Hello, My car has had an active recall since last year and several dealerships state they don’t have the part to repair. Including regal Honda in Lakeland, FL who I’ve asked to call me when the part becomes available. This car also has defects with the wired CarPlay which intermittently cuts out even after trying over Apple 10 cables. Also, I’ve had the steering wheel replaced due to the leather peeling after only several weeks of owning. To which the same issue has occurred. When the steering wheel was replaced in NJ they left a razor blade in my car which cut me and paid me $250 to be quiet essentially after 6 months of looking for support from them.

Multiple delearship locations failed to satisfy my appointment. Being canceled or due to bad service, etc. Just too many back and forth games, causing stress and worry and risking my safety issue driving my car with my kids. Delership saying they don't have the parts?! When it's a safety risk issue!! Other locations not helping to get me an appoitment to get the problem resolve! Phone call being transferred, being on hold just too much lack and bad service!

Recently, I received a recall notice from Honda Corp. (Recall #MJU; NHTSA Recall # 24V-744). This morning, I took the vehicle to a dealership to have the defective part(s) replaced. I was told there weren't any parts available and unsold cars in the dealership's inventory would be repaired first, or they couldn't legally be sold due to the recall. Edgar, the service rep, told me to check back in January.

The HRV LX owner manual states that clicking the unlock button on the key fob one time unlocks only the driver door. And 2 clicks will open all doors and tailgate. This is a safety feature that’s been around for over a decade. Unfortunately, when I click the unlock button once, all doors and the tailgate unlock. My dealer (Dennis Smith, Rohrich Honda) told me the manual is correct and all doors should not be unlocking with 1 single click. He suggested I adjust the door settings. There is no such setting to adjust the fob/unlock settings on the LX trim. Smart Entry can be adjusted in such a way, but LXs do not have Smart Entry. This is a defect with the fob itself. I did some research and other LX owners have stated they noticed the defect as well. As it stands, there is no possible way for me to unlock only the driver door. This is concerning as it is a safety feature and the manual states it should work properly, and yet it does not.

The driver side wiper does not spray fluid through the top of the blade only the nozzles at the bottom spray deicer/fluid. On highway driving especially in frost freeze conditions this limits the drivers ability to see forward as road dirt and frost/ice are not able to be removed. That the fluid only comes out the bottom means that the part of the windshield the driver needs to see out of is not completely cleaned or de-iced limiting specifically the drivers vision to the front. This has caused multiple near misses on highway and around town driving especially at night.

Two cracked have mysteriously appeared on my FRONT windshield. My vehicle was not involved in any accidents, nor have it been hit by any objects. The cracks are not on the outside, if you feel the windshield it is from the INSIDE, which indicates a factory defect since I'm the only driver of this vehicle, I can state this with 100% certainty. I purchased this vehicle brand new. It's barely one year since I've purchased it. 2024 Honda HR-V. I've seen 3 other Honda HR-V in my neighborhood with similar FRONT windshield cracks in the same area as mines. Their vehicles are similar models, except one is a sport HR-V. This is not a coincidence.

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The windshield of my 2024 Honda HRV exploded into pieces while the car was parked. The windshield was inspected by the dealership. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The sudden explosion of the windshield posed a significant safety risk, as shattered glass could have caused injuries to anyone nearby. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? The problem has been confirmed by Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy, UT, where the windshield was replaced. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? Yes, my dealership inspected the vehicle or the windshield, and after getting approval (2 days) they approved the replacement. . Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? There were no warning signs indicating a problem with the windshield prior to the explosion. The car was parked and unattended when the incident occurred. Additional Details: Mileage: 11,520 miles. Incident Details: The car was parked during my work hours. Surveillance footage confirmed no one had tampered with or touched the vehicle. Action Taken: Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy, UT replaced the windshield, but it took over a month due to a backlog of similar cases. According to the dealership, more than 55 other Honda HRVs had experienced the same issue. Since there are so many people with the same issue, why HONDA still didn't do a formal recall? Please, help us on that.

The windshield crack from a very small pebble strike out of all the cars I’ve owned I’ve never seen one break so easily it is a joke all the windows on the vehicle are flimsy and poor quality it crack near the bottom center edge just from finishing the drive home on a rural drive

I am filing a safety complaint regarding my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport (VIN: [XXX] , mileage: 45,000). The driver’s seat lowers unexpectedly while driving. This happens without warning and creates a serious safety hazard, especially when operating the vehicle on highways. I commute daily in New Jersey (Elizabeth to Union City, approx. 40 minutes on highways), and this defect places me and other drivers at risk. Despite multiple visits to Honda of Route 22 and Honda Service Center (Hillside, NJ), Honda has refused to repair or replace the defective seat under warranty. A technician even admitted this is a known issue with this model. Honda has denied coverage and left me driving a dangerous vehicle. The contact owns a 2024 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that the front driver’s side seat belt was locking without depressing the brake pedal. The contact had to unlock the seat belt by removing the tongue from the buckle to retract and reset for normal functionality. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the seat belt failed and needed to be replaced. The seat belt was replaced. The failure was persistent. The front passenger’s side seat belt had experienced the same failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case. The failure mileage was 5,000.

My HRV Honda got recall about the unsafe of front seat belt. I brought my car to Honda Dealer and I was told that they don't have part to replace and no ETA at all. That means I have to drive my car under risk. Hope NHTSA would force the Honda Co resolves this safety issue as soon as possible. All the seat belts in vehicle do not lock in place which is NOT good for me or my children in car seats! I have a video it will not load from drive or Dropbox. I just made it today Nov 27 2024 Noticed myself something was wrong then 2 to 3 weeks later it's mentioned all over..

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE

While driving, the car did an automatic hard brake for no reason. Traffic was accelerating after being stopped at a red light. The car in front of me was not braking and was accelerating away from me when suddenly the car hard brakes with no warning beforehand. It braked hard enough to throw me forward and cause traffic behind me to have to hard brake in order to keep from rear-ending me. There was an on ramp coming in near me but again that traffic was not in my lane. I have not complained to the dealership yet so it has not been reviewed and I have no reports since an accident did not happen. There were no warning lamps or messages before the event; although the brake light came on when the hard brake occurred, but not before. This was the first time it has occurred since purchasing the car about a year and a half ago. It was terrifying. It’s an hour later and I’m still shook up.

When I'm driving, the safety brake has engaged while I was already braking. Also the emergency brake system has engaged while no car was on front of me. The closest car was on a side street, braked, and waiting for me to pass so they could onto the street after me.

While on cruise control on the freeway, car suddenly decelerated 20+ MPH. There was nothing ahead of me on the road at the time, no cars, no debris or construction materials, nothing. I was nearly rear ended. Car has not been inspected yet. Many alerts go off on the dash for unexplained reasons - that various safety mitigation systems are offline due to debris on windshield for example, when the windshield is totally clean. But there were no alerts prior to this deceleration at all. Drivers side speaker shorts out intermittently. Car is available for inspection on request. I haven't used cruise control since this incident.

For the second time, while driving normally, with no obstructions in my lane ahead of me, my car’s collision mitigation system abruptly and harshly hit my brakes while warning sounds deployed. This was enough to cause me and my passenger to leap forward in our seats; thankfully we were wearing our seatbelts. I have not been to the dealership yet for this issue, but will tell them at my first oil change. I’m really angry because the jolt this faulty sustem gave us was enough to trigger a panic attack or even a heart attack.

My vehicle has the check engine light on due to problems in the fuel tank emissions system. I have taken the vehicle to the dealer on more than 7 occasions and they have not provided a solution. The vehicle is expelling gases through the fuel tank cap and has an excessively bad smell of gasoline.

Gas Mileage and Fuel Consumption Report with Safety Concerns [XXX] & [XXX] 2024 Honda HRV I am reporting a critical concern related to the gas mileage reading and fuel consumption of my 2024 Honda HRV. Despite the recent diagnosis conducted by the manufacturer service center, the issue persists. The displayed gas mileage on the dashboard indicates a range of 17/19 city/highway miles per gallon, which significantly deviates from the expected fuel efficiency for this vehicle. Additionally, a maintenance request sign has appeared on the dashboard at only 2700 miles. This is an unexpected occurrence and adds to the concerns regarding the overall performance and reliability of the vehicle. Front Window- The front window malfunctioned and will all of a sudden go up and down several times. I am making a report with the dealership but, this is a huge risk since someone can unknowly get themselves stuck. Doors & Trunk lock- The doors and trunk will lock without being prompted to. I have a child that has been unable to get out of the vehicle. The trunk gets stuck as well and will not open. Even after shutting and restarting the vehicle. This will also be reported to the dealership.

On the 2024 HRV LX the unlock button on fob unlocks all doors at the same time when you press the unlock button once. It should only unlock the driver’s door when you press it once and should unlock all doors when you press it twice. The car manual itself states this should be the default setting however it is not. This is basic safety feature that has been used on most vehicles for last 10 plus years Honda included so it doesn’t seem feasible they would suddenly remove it. This was an oversight and a dangerous one!

The contact stated while driving approximately 60 MPH, the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) warning light illuminated, and the vehicle independently decelerated. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle warned the driver of the vehicle proximity to another vehicle, or of driving out of the intended lane erroneously. The contact stated that while attempting to roll down the passenger’s side window, the window failed to respond as intended. The vehicle was taken to an unknown local dealer on several occasions and was diagnosed with an engine oil leak, debris in the window module, and the battery needed to be replaced. No additional information was available. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

I was driving normally, and a car was coming up to a stop sign from my right side on a completely different road and the car jerked and the brakes automatically applied to the car and the dash blinked “BRAKE” for a brief moment. I’ve had the car for awhile and it has never done anything like that. Some days the blind spot doesn’t work either, when I know there is a car next to me the light on the mirrors and the beeping does not activate.

On several occasions the automatic brights have turned on when there were cars at crossroads, and when cars were within sight. The regular lights of the car are repeatedly interfering with visibility of other drivers, as the lights are much too bright and angled right in other driver's eyes. We avoid driving at night due to blinding other vehicles and preventing crashes. We are flashed constantly. The automatic braking has turned on when there were no objects, pedestrians, or cars in front of the vehicle - nearly causing us to get rear-ended by the vehicle behind us. The brakes because sticky after only 16 months of use. The steering is sticky as well.

I have brought the vehicle into the dealership multiple times due to dangerous behavior involving the Honda Sensing system. The vehicle has attempted to steer out of lanes, and shown repeated safety warnings related to the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Road Departure Mitigation (RDM). Despite these serious issues, the dealership repeatedly tells me that “no codes were found” and refuses to provide full diagnostic records or confirmation that proper factory scan tools (HDS/i-HDS) were used. I suspect they may be clearing codes or failing to document the issues appropriately. The problem is intermittent but dangerous, and I am very concerned it may lead to a crash or serious injury. Honda has not resolved this, and I believe this is a widespread safety defect that deserves further investigation. Most recently, while driving on the highway, the vehicle suddenly applied the brakes without any obstacle or warning, creating a highly dangerous situation. This incident was alarming and could have resulted in a serious accident.

Since that event, the vehicle has continued, from time to time, to display warning messages related to the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) and Road Departure Mitigation (RDM). These alerts occur sporadically and do not appear to be triggered by any identifiable driving condition. The dealership does not want to look at the car again for this problem and is trying to tell me I have to deal with Honda directly who is not escalating the issue even after multiple request as I fear for my safety and that of anyone in the vicinity of the vehicle.

Vehicle has been brought to dealership multiple times due to messages coming up on dashboard stating road departure mitigation system problem. See your dealer and Collision mitigation breaking system problem. See your dealer. Each time the car has been taken in the dealership has stated that the problem cannot be duplicated or replicated and no error codes found. Vehicle is operating as manufactured. Detailed have been requested. On one occasion the dealership stated the vehicle would be needed for multiple days but tried to return it the next day. After calls were ignored for days for answer the vehicle was returned covered in ice and windshield wipers not in the proper position. There is believed to be minor damage in the drivers side wiper. After the message came up again the dealership has stated they have exhausted all attempts to diagnose issue and will no longer work on the vehicle. Multiple attempts been made to gain American Honda's participation but they have not proactively participated. The car has also attempted to leave the lane/road on to occasions. This seems connected to the Honda Sensing probe NHTSA has expanded to include 2020-2022 Honda CR-V and Accord. This message was received yesterday and today upon start up and putting the car into gear.

The contact owns a 2024 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start upon numerous attempts to start the vehicle. The contact initially called the dealer who informed her that they would be unable to service the vehicle due to the dealer closing at the time of the call. The contact then called an independent mechanic who went to the residence and jump-started the vehicle. The contact was instructed to take the vehicle to a dealer as soon as possible for a diagnostic test. The vehicle was taken to the dealer the next day and the fluids were topped off and the tires were rotated; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The contact stated that a battery failure had occurred several times since the initial failure. The contact had to call for assistance several times to jumpstart the vehicle. The contact then received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V744000 (Steering); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle keeps displaying a dashboard notification indicating "Road departure mitigation system problem. See your dealer. The vehicle was most recently brought back from the dealer and after about 100 miles the car displayed this message again. The dealer continues to maintain there are no codes found and issue is not duplicated. The vehicle on two occasions has tried to depart the lane on the highway with well marked lanes. I have ask numerous times for more information about attempts to duplicate and what codes should be displayed. This message has shown up around 20 times at this point. This is very concerning and poses a serious safety concern. Photos are from two instances. This message only comes up for a few seconds. The computer is failing to record this and I am being told there is noting that can be done since it cannot be duplicated. I have the photos and have experiences attempts by the vehicle to leave the lane. This is a hazard that could lead to injury or path of an vehicle occupants or general public. Please assist before injury or death occurs. There maybe an effort by both Honda and the dealership to conceal this issue as I do not believe that is not being duplicated even if there are no codes. There being no codes registered is in itself a sign that there is a problem with the computer as there is photographic evidence.

The driver’s seat keeps lowering on its on. I get in the car in the morning and have to crank the seat up and then in the afternoon leaving work, I have the crank the seat up again. I went and made a complaint at 2 different Honda dealerships on 9/4/2024 and 12/4/2024 and they both said they couldn’t find anything. I know it keeps lowering beside I can’t see from my rear view mirror without having to crank up the driver’s seat. It is not an electric seat either. It is aggravating the car had 16miles on when I brought it.

I took my vehicle honda hrv 2024to kellys Honda in lynnway Massachusetts for seat belt recall and they said it was done after my vehicle was serviced but after I find out it wasn't done seat belt always got same issue stuck or couldn't be released and could cause an accident kelly honda services lied about fixing the problem and its not. also I have another recall on the same vehicle its been 3 months now and they saying they haven't got the parts yet also there is visibility issue with the vehicle mirrors are not heated and front glass it won't Clair even after you turn glass heated on.

As of 11/22/2024, Odometer reading little over 4k miles. Bought it brand new from Honda dealership in Pennsylvania. Issue: Right before coming to a complete stop i.e while down shifting 20mph to 6 - 8 miles per hour, I am feeling a sudden jolt while breaks applied. It is unknown to me weather this is a engine or transmission issue but this same issue many Honda HR-V owners have noticed and reported on social media. This issue is causing improper front side movement of the vehicle and causing improper break application when attempting to stop the car. This is causing a confusion and doubts while operating my car, making me feel unsafe to operate this car is a dense traffic situations. I am going to request as many car owners as possible to report this issue as they are facing the same issue but yet to report it to NHTSA. P.S Honda dealerships are charging $299 diagnostic fees which is not right. Authorities must address this issue with Honda with a mass recall to ensure people's safety. Thanks.

While driving on the highway my power steering went out making it extremely hard to control the vehicle. As soon as I left the highway several indicator lights came on saying power steering not working, STOP driving and call dealer. Also, accident avoidance not working, lane departure not working, etc. Called Honda Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to a dealer. This was at 6:00PM on a Saturday (Nov 16). Vehicle was inspected on Monday Nov 18 and everything was working fine. The vehicle history showed a drop in battery voltage which Honda believes caused the warnings to go off. I'm concerned that I had NO power steering which could have resulted in an accident.

This is the second recall for this HRV Sport. First was a seatbelt issue which was fixed then, now the gearbox issue has a recall and no fix. There is also an issue with my brake pedal which Honda checked and said "there is nothing to do". Also, my window keeps going up and down its sensor issue only to hear "We looked at it". I have a $550 monthly payment for a car that is dangerous for me and everyone else on the road. I want to return this car as I am totally turned off by the response of Honda. What can I do?

My car has been brought in for service multiple times due to airbag issues. After the initial repair resembling of the car panels was not done correctly forcing me to bring back the vehicle. After this on another occasional a strange rattling noise began to happen while driving the vehicle. This was scheduled for service but then the noise went away. After this another airbag issue came up saying the vehicle had to be taken to the dealer. The dealer was inititally saying the issue could not be duplicated and I could pick up the vehicle. At this point I looked up recalls and found the recall regarding steering and that noises could be attributed to this. I ask the recall be performed and was told it could not be. Another issue was however found with the airbags and repaired. I was told to get vehicle as it was fine. Since then the noise has occurred on 3 seperate occasions. Additionally while driving with lane control the vehicle has 2 twice left lane on highway forcing me to correct. I feel things are being dealt with in a very dishonest way by Honda of America and it is instructing dealers to avoid correctly diagnoising issues and falsling claiming it cannot be duplicated to avoid itself costly repairs.

The contact owns a 2024 Honda HR-V. The contact stated while her daughter was driving 30 MPH, the driver attempted to switch lanes to prevent another vehicle from crashing into her vehicle. The contact stated that the steering wheel seized inadvertently, causing the vehicle to drive off the road. The vehicle hit the sidewalk and drove into the ditch, where the vehicle hit a small hill. The air bags did not deploy. The driver hit her head against the steering wheel and sustained neck and head pain. The contact stated that the front driver's side seat belt failed to retract and restrain her daughter; however, the front passenger's side seat belt retracted even though the seat was unoccupied. Additionally, the rear driver's side and passenger's side seat belts had extended abnormally. The vehicle automatically dialed 911, and police officers arrived at the scene. A police report was filed. The contact's daughter was able to exit the vehicle and did not seek medical assistance. The vehicle was towed to Tipton Motor Sales, LLC(3840 North Expy, Brownsville, TX 78526), where the front bumper, all the seat belts, the front driver's side tire, and unknown suspension parts were replaced due to the damage the vehicle had sustained during the incident. The contact became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V744000(Steering), which the contact related to the failure; however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the insurance company would need to hire an investigator to determine the cause of the accident because the local dealer was not capable of doing so. The failure mileage was approximately 4,441.

Bought 5/28/24 a little over 2k miles on it. Noticed paint changing color on 8/3 at night when raining. Next morning the speckles of paint that the rain drops hit that were white disappeared. That night I was also frayed because there had been this foggy what looked like water stains on my windshield that the wipers weren’t cleaning off everytime it rained. Thought it was my windshield wipers or something I was doing with the condensation in the air when it rains. 8/8 downpour all day and my Car panel is completely white and in The morning it was gone. Contacted Mohawk Honda and said come there or go to nearest certified dealer ( I live 4 1/2 hours away from my home town where I bought it) went to nearest dealership they reviewed it and said It’s environmental or someone painted it but Honda has no record of it being repainted. They said it wasn’t covered under warranty and to call my insurance. I went there with pictures of other cars with the same year and model That posted pictures of their car paint doing the same thing and they said those cars could have been in a parking lot and someone threw battery acid on them. My issue is a safety issue because I have it on both windshield and panel Of car and on the windshield it is invisible until it rains and becomes Dangerous on highway when rain it hitting the windshield and wipers Are not able to take off the hard water stain like film on it. Corporate said the dealerships are privately owned and they Don’t always work together. Mohawk Honda(scotia ny) wanted piazza honda (Philadelphia) to repaint my body and they Would buff my windshield. Corporate was nice but nice doesn’t save lives. They said no one likes a finger pointed at them and gave Me specific instructions when I go to Mohawk Honda to find out why regional managers decided it was vandalised. As a new car owner with a warranty I shouldn’t have to go through this and I have to drive with defect windshield for two weeks and my Paint is still defect

Warning light keeps coming on the gauge saying clean windshield or your safety features will not operate. Comes on as soon as I drive car into my garage. Came on even after washed the car by hand. Been to the dealer twice and the second time they changed the camera in the windshield. Light came back on 3 days later. There is an electrical issue because the rear led cargo lights remain glowing even after turning off car. This was also addressed at the dealership. This is definitely a safety concern is my safety features will not operate if “windshield is dirty “. The car has only 1800 miles on it.

I was driving and the car suddenly started shaking. The car began losing control and I came to a stop as a curb was hit. A further inspection revealed my CV Joint was broken. I did not hit anything to cause the CV joint to be broken. Also the departure lane was not activated

Sudden HARD braking when a vehicle is passing Windows that do not close properly and are then prone to sudden slamming shut (will eventually shatter) Have been in to have these repaired only to have them not repaired and even refused due to dealer fear of not being reimbursed This is an ongoing issue with honda

[XXX] When I purchased this vehicle it had four miles on it and had just been also purchased on the 5 it appears from Mexico and brought here to Honda South in morrow ga . No information was told to me about the recall nor was it on or disclosed to me . Next day I download the apps for my car to use and immediately I was stopped with alerts for open unrepaired recalls . When the dealership was confronted they said the manager wasn’t there to come back Tuesday . I seen where this is not only a recall but a stop sell and a non compliance ordered . Until repair or replacement inspections have been done . Now once the repair would have been made the system then would have been cleared of it . But obviously they purchased it from the import regardless of the letter sent out by NHTSA on [XXX] To Mr. Blank with Hondas campaign manager [XXX] . Honda south completely dismissed the importance of safety in disregards to the public safety and the warnings put in place . They then gave me a service dept. Receipt as if I came in for it not as a new customer falsely claiming and stating they received deductible in cash for an inspection. It stated it passed and no repair needed . They never did any of this but instead used it to clear the recall as if I was a previous owner receiving a notice . Then knowing it hadn’t been checked I went to another dealership to see if I could get the inspection and they said that in the system it showed I didn’t it yesterday and also had repairs and part numbers billed to the warranty company. I have everything that shows the deceptive actions I would love to see them prove in camera of all the fraudulent claims and proof they worked on it . They used and falsified government documents and records leaving inaccurate data and jeopardizing my and everyone else’s safety . You don’t know it’s bad til an actually accident happens it’s too late . Now they screwed my loan abusive forces of power . I parked, turned the car off and then my boyfriend, me and my dog went for 30 min walks. When we came back, we started seeing smoke coming out from a front hood, there were also flame on the right front side of the car. I immediately called 911 to describe the situation. While we were waiting for fire department, the car exploded. Insurance report stated no visual sign of tampering and fire department stated same thing.

I woke up MLK day to find that my side left mirror had cracked, from top to the middle of the mirror, just a straight line. There was no damage to the rest of the car, no indication of anything hitting the mirror, just a clean crack, eventually the crack when through the whole mirror. I then reported to my honda dealership who then told me the side mirror is on back order which is causing a safety issue because it is challenging to drive when a mirror split it half, it throws off what I am looking at as I am driving There was no warning of an issue, just cracked and the car was parked in our driveway

My hrv has a twitching like feeling in the steering and steering sticks going around curves on the freeway. Sometimes when just driving straight I can feel the steering wheel jerking to the right. Fuel gauge is totally off. I can get to around 70miles of range left fuel light comes on and I drive about 2-3 miles and that 70 miles of Range will drop to 26 miles of range. I fill up around 12miles of Range left and it only take around 10.5 gallons to fill it up which the tank is suppose to hold 14gallons of gas. Cvt transmission is very jerky. Jerks more in cold weather and coming to a complete stop I get a very pronounced jerk

WHILE DRIVING IN THE FREEWAY TRYING TO EXITING ALL OF SUDDEN I FEEL MY STEERING WHEEL MOVE ITSELF TOWARD THE CURVE AND TRYING TO BREAK AND STEER ITSELF AT THE SAME CAUSING MY VEHICLE TO CRASH AGAIST THE CURVE AND GO TO ON TOP MAKING ME LOOSE CONTROL OF STEERING WHEEL AND CRASHING TO THE CAR INFRONT OF ME, ALSO THE AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY AT ALL, SEATBELT DID NOT PROTECT ME AT ALL IT WAS LOOSE, I ENDED INJUR MY HEAD I REQURED GOING TO THE ABULANCE TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. POLICE REPORT WAS MADE AND REPORTED TO MY CAR INSURANCE.
