The steering became uncontrollable and wobbled so violently I could not keep my hands on the wheel. It will be open for inspection at any time. The safety of all other road users and pedestrians were put in grave danger. Due to the complete loss of steering control. This has happened to other ram owners I have talked with as well. The problem was addressed by my local mechanic. He recommended replacing the entire front end steering and suspension components I agreed he did the work, he did the work. I also replaced all four tires with new and had them balanced. Within 2 weeks this death wobble happened. There are no warning lamps for this problem.

Yesterday, 3/22/2024, I was driving northbound on I-15, fat left lane, approx. 80 mph/posted highway speed. Suddenly lost steering control on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel truck. Front end/tires began vibrating, all steering control lost, truck veered to the right across 3 lanes of traffic and off into the dirt/sage brush to the right of the highway. It almost rolled over, but I was able to slow it to a stop. My dogs & I could have been killed. I turned the truck off for a few minutes, then re-started the ignition. Was mid-trip with no other transportation option, so I drove the rest of the way at much slower speeds, was able to get the truck to our home. I am still shaken from what could have happened to me and our family. I have dash cam video of this incident.

DEATH WOBBLE AT INTERSTATE 70MPH SPEEDS, NO CONTROL UNTIL SPEED DROPS TO 30. HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES.-FIRST TIME FEB 2019 WITH ABOUT 55K MILES. LAST TIME WAS AUG 2020 WITH LESS THAN 60K MILES. HAVE SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME ND MONEY TO NO AVAIL. CONDITION IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AS IT HAPPENS WITH NO WARNING AND IS ALARMINGLY VIOLENT. DEATH WOBBLE - I WAS DRIVING IN HEAVY TRAFFIC ON A 4 LANE HIGHWAY. I DROVE OVER A BRIDGE EXPANSION JOINT AND SUDDENLY THE TRUCK BEGAN SHAKING VIOLENTLY. I COULD NOT STEER. I COULD NOT BRAKE. WE NEARLY COLLIDED WITH A HIGHWAY DIVIDER AND OTHER VEHICLES. I HAD TO COAST DOWN TO 30 MPH OR SO WHEN IT RESOLVED ITSELF.

DEAR SIR OR MA'AM, I AM WRITING YOU TO REPORT A SEVERE PROBLEM THAT OCCURRED TO ME ON 3/5/16, AND AGAIN ON 4/9/16. I WAS TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH ON BOTH OCCASIONS ON WASHINGTON STATE HIGHWAYS. THE FRONT END OF MY 2011 RAM 2500 PICK UP BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. IT WAS SO INTENSE THAT I WAS AFRAID THAT I MIGHT LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. I SLOWED DOWN AND PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THE PROBLEM STOPPED. AFTER I GOT BACK ON THE ROAD I TRAVELED ABOUT A MILE, AND THE PROBLEM OCCURRED AGAIN. MY WIFE BROUGHT THE TRUCK INTO A REPAIR SHOP ON 3/7/16 TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TIRES OR SUSPENSION. THE SHOP SAID THE TIRES WERE BALANCED AND THAT THEY DID NOT FIND ANY OBVIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE SUSPENSION. AFTER A QUICK INTERNET SEARCH I DISCOVERED A NUMBER OF PEOPLE DESCRIBING THE EXACT PROBLEM THAT I HAD EXPERIENCED. THEY REFERRED TO IT AS THE 'DODGE DEATH WOBBLE' MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. IT SEEMS TO BE CAUSED BY THE STEERING DESIGN ('Y' TYPE VS. 'T' TYPE?) I AM HOPING THAT YOU WILL INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS PROBLEM AND ULTIMATELY MANDATE THAT FCA US LLC (DODGE) ISSUE A RECALL FOR ALL VEHICLES AFFECTED BY THIS DESIGN FLAW BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, THE TRUCK BEGINS TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY AND CANNOT BE PROPERLY CONTROLLED. DRIVER MUST IMMEDIATELY REDUCE SPEED OR STOP IN ORDER TO REGAIN CONTROL OF VEHICLE. THIS OCCURS ESPECIALLY IF HITTING ANY KIND OF BUMP AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, EVEN IF IT IS NEGLIGIBLE. IT IS ENOUGH TO LOSE STABILITY. THE SHAKING IS SO VIOLENT THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN A GRIP ON THE STEERING WHEEL. BECAUSE IT HAPPENS WITHOUT WARNING, IT PLACES ALL OCCUPANTS IN DANGER AS WELL AS OTHER MOTORISTS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE CANNOT BE PROPERLY STEERED AND MUST BE IMMEDIATELY SLOWED OR STOPPED, CREATING A ROAD HAZARD TO EVERYONE. THROUGH RESEARCH, WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS COLLOQUIALLY KNOWN AS THE "DODGE DEATH WOBBLE," AND WAS SUBJECT TO A RECALL PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE AND WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US. WE HAVE SINCE ATTEMPTED TO DETERMINE THE EXACT CAUSE OF THE VIOLENT SHAKING AS WELL AS ANY REMEDY FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT HAVE ALSO LEARNED THERE IS A PENDING CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT THAT MAY CAUSE THE MANUFACTURER TO HESITATE TO ADMIT THERE IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THE "REPLACEMENT" PARTS UNDER THE PRIOR RECALL. WE HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO NOT HAVE AN ACCIDENT (AND THEREFORE NO POLICE REPORTS, ETC.), THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN CLOSE CALLS WHEN WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THE TRUCK. WE CHOOSE TO TAKE OTHER TRANSPORTATION WHENEVER WE CAN. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS DEFECT THAT MUST BE ADDRESSED BEFORE SOMEONE LOSES THEIR LIVES. WE PLAN TO TAKE VIDEO IF WE ARE FORCED TO DRIVE THE TRUCK AGAIN, OR ASK OUR DEALER TO DRIVE IT AND CONFIRM THE DEFECT. Approximatly 6 years ago My TIPM failed on my 2011 dodge ram 2500. It was not under warrenty so I replaced it myself not knowing this was an ongoing problem with dodge products. Driving on the highway doing about 100km per hour and the truck shut off. No noise or anything it just died, no steering etc. luckily I was able to slow down and safely get to the side of the road. Put in park and it started up again fine. A few weeks later the same thing happened while drive 60km per hour. I took it home and appears the key is able to shake loose while in the run position; if you hit a bump etc it’s enough to cause the truck to shut off. I brought it to the dealer and told them and they knew exactly what the issue was; have to replace the ignition and get new keys- approximately a $1000 repair im told. They also said they do 4-5 of these repairs a week. I asked if it’s a recall item and they said no. I was shocked as it was very frightening when the truck shut off on the highway and not having full control of the vehicle. It was dangerous and I have not driven the truck since; have been 5 weeks waiting on the new ignition to come in. I also have a 2012 dodge 3500 diesel and it did the same thing this week. While driving it shut off. So I have 2 of these truck with the same issue; I’m told it’s a common issue with the trucks, but it’s not a recall? Seems like a huge safety concern to me. If I had been involved in an accident due to this issue I’m Sure we would be looking at a whole other issue.

WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE ON A CITY STREET, HIGHWAY, AND OFF ROAD; ON BOTH A ROUGH PAVED ROADS AND WHILE RUNNING OVER BUMPS IN THE ROAD, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER (ENGINE AND ALL POWERED ACCESSORIES) AFFECTING THE VEHICLE'S ENGINE, POWER STEERING AND BRAKING. FORTUNATELY, NO ACCIDENTS OR OTHER EVENTS HAVE OCCURRED WHEN I WAS OPERATING THE VEHICLE DURING THIS SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS POWERLESS, IN MOTION, THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE PLACED INTO NEUTRAL AND THE ENGINE RESTARTED BEFORE REGAINING ENGINE AND ACCESSORY POWER. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OCCURRENCE AND HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE USED IN 2015. I HAVE REPLICATED THE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER WHILE PARKED WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING: BY SLIGHTLY MOVING THE VEHICLE'S IGNITION KEY FOB WHILE ATTACHED TO THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE (WIN) MODULE, THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE'S ENGINE AND ACCESSORIES TO SHUTOFF. WHILE RESEARCHING A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, I FOUND NUMEROUS COMMENTS ON VEHICLE FORUMS AND CHATROOMS, AS WELL AS IN YOUTUBE VIDEOS RELATING TO ISSUES PROBLEMS WITH DEFECTIVE WINS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE VEHICLE BE REPROGRAMMED. IN MY OPINION, MOPAR HAS KNOWN, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE ISSUES WITH THE WIN AND THE VEHICLE'S SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. LOSS OF POWER EVENTS LIKE I AND OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCE HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR CAUSING A SERIOUS ACCIDENT RESULTING IN DEATH OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY.

WHEN WE GOT HOME LAST NITE I SAW SMOKE COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE HOOD AND I COULD SMELL SOMETHING BURNING LIKE ELECTRICAL. I OPENED THE HOOD AND THE ALTERNATOR WAS POURING OUT SMOKE. I GRABBED MY HOSE AND POURED WATER ON IT UNTIL I COULD DISCONNECT THE BATTERIES. UPON RESEARCH I FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM ON 2013 MODEL YEARS. I FEEL THE 2013 RECALL MAY NEED TO BE EXTENDED TO EARLIER MODEL YEARS. I AM FORTUNATE THE TRUCK DID NOT CATCH FIRE.

THE WIN MODULE MAKES THE CAR SHUT OFF, WITHOUT WARNING TO THE DRIVER. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES GOING DOE THE FREE WAY AT 81 MPHS. IT ALSO HAPPENS IN THE CITY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT IT GOING TO HAPPEN. THE TRUCK LITERALLY SHUTS OFF BECAUSE WHENEVER. IT ALSO HAS ISSUES STARTING BACK UP.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, MY WIFE AND I OWN A 2011 RAM 2500 6.7 TURBO DIESEL. IT WAS PURCHASED NEW BY HER PARENTS. I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM MY IN-LAWS A YEAR AGO AND IT'S JUST OVER 80,000 MILES. UNFORTUNATELY, OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS, WE HAVE RUN INTO A COUPLE OF MAJOR ENGINE PROBLEMS: -O2 SENSOR (INCLUDES OVERLAY HARNESS AND MODULE REPLACEMENT), APPROX $1,500 -TURBOCHARGER - VARIABLE FLAPS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY, APPROX $5,000 (ACCORDING TO RAIRDON OF MONROE, WA) EVERYTHING I HAVE READ AND EVERY MECHANIC I HAVE TALKED TO (INCLUDING THE CHRYSLER DEALER) HAS SAID THE ONLY TRUE FIX IS TO DELETE THE EGR/EMISSIONS AND RUN THE TRUCK WITHOUT IT. IT IS VERY STRANGE THAT THE MOST TRUSTED FIX IS AN ILLEGAL OPTION AND THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE FROM CHRYSLER FOR EITHER OF THESE KNOWN PROBLEMS. SEEING AS THE DELETE IS AN ILLEGAL OPTION, I ATTEMPTED TO GO THE LEGAL ROUTE AND GET THE O2 SENSOR FIX AT THE DEALER. NOT MINUTES HAD I PICKED UP MY TRUCK, DRIVING OUT THE OF DEALERSHIP, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON FOR THE TURBOCHARGER. THERE IS SERVICE BULLETIN FOR THE O2 SENSOR ISSUE, HOWEVER IT WAS NEVER SUBMITTED AS A RECALL. IF IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE (A MANUFACTURE ERROR), WHY WAS THERE NO RECALL ISSUED BY CHRYSLER? IT SEEMS THE OVERARCHING ISSUE COMES FROM THE EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT. ALONG WITH THE O2 SENOR FAILING, THE TURBOCHARGER IS NOW SPITTING OUT AN ENGINE CODE (P2262). DUE TO THE CARBON/SOOT BUILD UP FROM THE EGR, THE VANES OF THE TURBOCHARGER BECOME CLOGGED. THIS IS ALSO A KNOWN ISSUE AND NOT A RECALL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SOLUTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. THANK YOU!

DIESEL FUMES INVADE THE CAB OF THE TRUCK WHEN IT IS UNDERGOING THE "REGENERATION" PHASE OF ITS EMISSIONS CYCLE. WE ARE LITERALLY CHOKING AND HOLDING OUR BREATH WHEN THIS HAPPENS ON A DAILY BASIS. THE VEHICLE WAS TRADED IN DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND SENT A REPRESENATIVE TO DO A REPORT ON THE INCIDENT. APPROXIMATELY TWO MONTHS LATER, THE CONTACT RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE MANUFACTURER STATING THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. AUGUST 7, 2015, I WAS DRIVING MY 2011 DODGE 2500 4X4 CREW CAB DIESEL WITH 47265 MILES, DOWN A NARROW CANYON ROAD WITH A DROP OFF INTO A RIVER ON ONE SIDE NEAR MY HOME. I BEGAN A RIGHTHAND TURN AT ABOUT 20-25 MPH WHEN BOTH THE POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES WENT OUT. I WAS PULLING WITH BOTH HANDS AND HAD BOTH FEET ON THE BREAK AND I WAS STILL HEADING STRAIGHT ACROSS THE CENTER LINE TOWARD ANOTHER CAR GOING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I DO BELIEVE IT WAS A MIRACLE THAT BOTH VEHICLES DIDN'T END UP DOWN THE EMBANKMENT AND IN THE RIVER. I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE TRUCK IN A TURNOUT PAST THE CURVE, I COULD NOT FIND ANY LEAKS OR ANYTHING BINDING IN THE STEERING. WHEN I RESTARTED THE TRUCK THE STEERING AND BRAKES WORKED FINE, SO I DROVE THE 1 1/2 MILES BACK HOME WHERE IT HAPPENED AGAIN TURNING INTO MY DRIVE WAY. THE DODGE DEALER STATED THAT THE BRAKE BOOSTER FAILED AND THAT HAD CAUSED THE POWER STEERING PUMP TO FAIL AND IT WOULD COST CLOSE TO $2000.00 TO FIX. I TOLD THEM TO GO AND FIX IT, BUT MY LAWYER AND I WOULD BE HAVING A TALK WITH DODGE BECAUSE I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY PROBLEM AND DODGE IS LUCKY THAT THEY ARE NOT OWNING 3 FATALITIES. THE STATED THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE. THE DEALER CALLED BACK AND STATED IT WOULD ONLY B E $500.00 FOR "CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION OF GOODWILL CDED". I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE FACTORY INSTALLED BRAKE CONTROLLER ON MY 2011 RAM 2500. THE CONTROLLER WILL NOT SEND ENOUGH POWER TO THE TRAILER TO STOP IT EVEN WITH THE BRAKE CONTROLLER SET TO THE MAX. I HAVE HAD THE TRAILER CHECKED AND TOWED IT WITH OTHER TRUCKS WITH NO PROBLEMS. I CONTACTED DODGE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE NO PROBLEMS REPORTED. UPON CHECKING WITH A LOCAL DODGE DEALER I WAS ADVISED THAT OTHERS HAD THE SAME COMPLAINT. THE BRAKES SKIP WHEN BEING APPLIED AT ANY SPEED. TOOK THE TRUCK TO GET SERVICED AT THE DODGE DEALER AND THE MECHANIC KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG BY THE DESCRIPTION I GAVE HIM. HE STATED HE NORMALLY GETS DODGE TRUCKS IN TWO THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR THE SAME ISSUE. Some electrical components became inoperative in the quick minute. Fuel pump was running continuedly till the battery was drained. Mechanic, I had used before told me that the TIPM Module was defective and needed replaced. Truck just before the battery died was that not all Eletronic's were working. Interior lights, horn, cruise control, FOBs not responding to the vehicle. Mechanic stated that the TPIM did need to be replaced. Contacted dealership were purchased and they told me that there have been recalls out on this particular part. I know that from 2009 to 2017 there have been several models that were impacted by this part being defective. I do have the invoice from the mechanic that took care of replacing the TIPM module.

THERE ARE TWO ISSUES AT HAND HERE. ONE IS THE FUEL PUMP FUSE/RELAY. IT WENT OUT BUT CANT BE FIXED WITHOUT REPLACING THE ENTIRE FUSE BOX AS IT IS INTERNALLY WITHIN FUSE BOX. I DID A BYPASS AND REPLACED FUEL PUMP, BUT I STILL HAVE CODES RELATED TO FUEL SYSTEM HAVING A LEAK. WHEN THIS ISSUE HAPPENED, MY WIFE WAS LEFT STRANDED AS THE TRUCK WOULDN'T TURN ON. ALSO, ON A DIFFERENT NOTE, I NOTICED MY TRAILER BRAKE LIGHT COMING ON SAYING IT IS DISABLE AND FLASHES ON AND OFF AS I AM DRIVING. NOT SURE IF THIS IS RELATED TO THE ELECTRICAL ASPECT OF IT. THE OTHER WAS ON ENGINE. I HAVE A 2011 RAM 2500 5.7 4X4. IT STARTED WITH HAVING A CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE. I REPLACED SPARK PLUGS AND COILS. STILL HAD ISSUE AND AFTER SOME RESEARCH, I FOUND OUT THAT THE VALVE STEM/SPRING IN ENGINE HEAD BREAK AND CAUSE THE LIFTERS AND CAMSHAFT TO RUB AND RELEASE METAL SHAVINGS THROUGH OUT ENGINE. WHILE THIS WAS MESSED UP, I WOULD NOTICE THE TRUCK WOULD SHAKE VERY HARD AS I APPROACHED A CERTAIN SPEED LIMIT. I TOOK TRUCK TO DODGE DEALERSHIP TO VERIFY RESEARCH AND IT WAS CONFIRMED. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. SO I REPLACED ENGINE. TOTAL BILL WAS OVER 7500 FOR PARTS AND LABOR.

WHEN I TAKE IT TO THE DODGE DEALER FOR SERVICE, OF COURSE, THEY TELL ME THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE 5TH WHEEL NOT THE TRUCK. THIS PROBLEM IS A VERY BAD ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!! HAD THE TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER STOPPED WORKING ON ONE OF THE STEEP GRADES I HAD JUST TRAVELLED, I MIGHT NOT BE HERE TO COMPLAIN. I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A "NO START". PROBLEM DID CONTINUE WITH THE DEALER A FEW TIMES WITH NO CODES. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE TRUCK WOULD START AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO RESTART VEHICLE, IT WOULD NOT START. DEALERSHIP CONCLUDED THAT IT WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE, THAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED WITH THE SOME MODULE IN THE TRUCK. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD TI PAY FOR THIS UPDATED, IN WHICH THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED A FACTORY ISSUSE. WHICH IN MY OPINION THAT THE DODGE CORP. SHOULD HAVE COVERED THIS EXPENSE. FCA US, LLC IS ATTEMPTING TO CIRCUMVENT THE "CONSENT ORDER" AGREED TO BY THEM WITH NHTSA. THEY HAVE AGREED TO REPURCHASE THESE DEFECTIVE VEHICLES FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE "ORIGINAL" PURCHASER, MINUS A REASONABLE AMOUNT FOR DEPRECIATION, PLUS 10%! IT APPEARS THAT FCA IS MAKING THEIR OWN RULES TO REPURCHASE BY "LOW-BALLING" THE REPURCHASE PRICE! WHAT THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO IS CALLED FRAUD! IT WOULD APPEAR THAT NHTSA IS ALLOWING IT! THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM ONLY WORKS WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. WHEN THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 90 DEGREES AND THE VEHICLE IS STARTED AND WHILE THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ON THE INTERIOR CAB WILL NOT COOL DOWN. IT IS NOT UNTIL YOU START TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING STARTS TO COOL AND WILL KEEP COOL UNLESS YOU STAY STATIONARY FOR A WHILE. I HAVE HAD THE DEALER INSPECT THE A/C UNIT MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND THEY FIND NO PROBLEM. WHEN A BASIC INTERNET SEARCH IS PERFORMED I FIND MULTIPLE SOURCES INDICATING A DEFECTIVE FAN CLUTCH AND ONCE REPLACED THIS PROBLEM GOES AWAY. WHILE BACKING INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE TIE ROD BROKE CAUSING BOTH FRONT TIRES TO TILT INWARD. I HAPPENED TO BE AT A DEALER'S LOT AND HAD TO HAVE IT REPAIRED AT THIS LOCATION. UPON CONTACTING MY DODGE DEALERSHIP I WAS INFORMED OF THE RECALL AND THEN CONTACTED CHRYSLER WHERE I WAS TOLD - ON THREE SEPARATE CALLS - THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. I'VE SINCE FOUND A PUBLISHED NOTICE BY CHRYSLER, STATING MY EXACT MAKE & MODEL AND THE EXACT TIE ROD BREAKAGE AS BEING PART OF A RECALL. CHRYSLER HAS DENIED REIMBURSEMENT OF MY REPAIR APPROXIMATELY $600 ON A $50,000 TRUCK WITH ONLY 40,000 MILES. AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT MYSELF AND A PASSENGER HAD JUST EXITED OFF A MAJOR INTERSTATE WHERE THE SPEED LIMIT IS 70 MPH AND I WAS TOWING A BOAT. I CAN NO LONGER TRUST DODGE VEHICLES, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SAFE PRODUCTS.

INSPECTION DID NOT SHOW ANY FAILED COMPONENT (TIRE, STEERING SYSTEM, ETC). CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR A DAY, THEN WENT OFF. LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN, WITH NO INDICATION OF PROBLEM. LOSS OF CONTROL HAS HAPPENED THREE MORE TIMES SINCE FIRST OCCURRENCE. SIMILAR SPEEDS DURING EACH EVENT, WITH TWO DIFFERENT OPERATORS.
