I AM LOCATED IN STRASSEN, LUXEMBOURG (EUROPE) AND TAKE MY CAR TO THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP (TOYOTA, 6 ZAI BOURMICHT, L8070 BERTRANGE) HERE FOR SERVICE. I AM RETURNING TO THE UNITED STATES DECEMBER 2020 AND REQUIRE ALL RECALL ISSUES TO BE ADDRESS PRIOR TO EXIT INSPECTION. UPON REQUEST TO THE LUXEMBOURG TOYOTA TO ADDRESS THE RECALL ISSUE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG INFLATOR, REPRESENTATIVES STATED THEY ARE NOT OBLIGED TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE NOR NOT PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION REGARDING INABILITY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF AN OFFICIAL WRITTEN REPORT.

I WAS TRAVELING ON HWY 58 TURNING ONTO HWY99 . CONSTRUCTION HAD IT DOWN TO 1 LANE. WAS GOING APPROX. 35 MPH WHEN MY FRONT DRIVERSIDE TIRE BLEW OUT, SENT CAR IN TO A RIGHT TURNING MOTION IN TO CEMENT DIVIDERS. AIRBAG DEPLOYED BUT DID NOT AIR UP. AIRBAG CAME OUT LIKE TUBE RIGHT INTO MY CHEST. WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FROM ACCIDENT. WHERE THEY CONCLUDED THAT I HAD 3 BROKEN RIBS.

INITIALLY THE DEALER DID NOT HAVE THE RECALL ITEM(S) IN STOCK. EVENTUALLY THE DEALER RECEIVED PARTIAL PARTS AND OTHER PART WAS BACKORDERED. FINALLY, I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WERE IN TO BRING MY VEHICLE IN FOR THE RECALL WORK. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, HOWEVER, AS SOON AS I RETURNED HOME THE AIRBAG PANEL ON THE DRIVER SIDE DETACHED FROM THE AREA COVERING THE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY. I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO CONNECT THE PANEL. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM ON TWO OCCASIONS FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND EACH TIME THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PUSH THE PANEL BACK IN PLACE. THE PANEL IS NOW HANGING AGAIN EXPOSING THE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. I'M AFRAID THE AIRBAG MAY DEPLOY WITH THE PARTS BEING EXPOSED. I THINK THE DEALER BROKE SOMETHING THAT KEEPS THE PANEL IN PLACE AND IS NOT DOING WHAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE TO ASSURE MY SAFETY...I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO ABOUT THIS OTHER THAN CONTACTING YOU GUYS AND PERHAPS THE TOYOTA ZONE OFFICE. WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTION? I HAVE BEEN PUSHING IT BACK IN PLACE OFTEN MYSELF SINCE THAT TIME AND NOW IT JUST WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE.

TAKATA RECALL. ON JANUARY 12,2018 I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. A VEHICLE CUT ME OFF AND I HYDROPLANED WHEN BRAKING. THERE WERE MASSIVE STORMS OCCURRING. MY CONCERN IS THAT MY AIRBAGS NEVER DEPLOYED. I SLAMMED VERY HARD INTO THE MEDIAN RESULTING IN SOME LINGERING BACK SORENESS AND TRUTHFULLY A FEAR OF DRIVING IN THE RAIN. I RECEIVED A MAILER LAST WEEK NOTIFYING ME THAT THIS VEHICLE IS NOW PART OF AN AIRBAG RECALL. SEEN BY THE PHOTOS BELOW, THERE IS NO REASON WHY THESE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT HERE.

I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN TWICE NOW WHERE I TRY TO PASS SOMEONE ON INTERSTATE 79 NORTHBOUND FROM PITTSBURGH TO CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP PA AND PRESS THE GAS PEDAL AND ONCE I GET TO SPEED THE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR AND THE CAR GOES TO 80 + PER HOUR BEFORE I CAN GET IT TO SLOW DOWN OR STOP. LUCKILY BOTH TIMES THERE WERE NO CARS IN FRONT OR BEHIND ME THAT I COULD GET CONTROL OF THE CAR. THE FIRST TIME I ENDED UP PUTTING THE CAR IN NEUTRAL TO GET CAR TO STOP. TODAY SIMILAR SITUATION EXCEPT I WAS ABLE TO PUMP THE BRAKES VERY HARD UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO RESPOND AND SLOW DOWN BACK TO THE CORRECT SPEED. I WAS ASKED BY TOYOTA IF THE MATS ON THE FLOOR WERE OBSTRUCTING THE PEDAL, AND THIS WASN'T THE CASE IN EITHER INSTANCE. WHEN I CALLED TOYOTA CORPORATE OFFICE THEY WERE REFERRING BACK TO MY DEALER TO RUN DIAGNOSTIC TEST WHICH WILL COST ME TO HAVE DONE. I HAD THIS IN FOR SERVICE THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED AD WAS TOLD THEY FOUND NOTHING AND THAT THE NEXT TIME IT HAPPENED TO CALL SO THEY COULD HOOK UP TO A COMPUTER AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. TODAY WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER THEY WOULDN'T EVEN SCHEDULE MY CAR FOR SERVICE, GAVE ME CORPORATE TO CALL AND IF CORPORATE WANTED TO HAVE THE DEALER SERVICE THEY CAR THEY WOULD CALL THEM. I AM NOW WAITING ON THE DEALER TO CALL ME SO I CAN PAY TO HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT TO TELL ME WHAT THEY MAY FIND. I PLANNED ON GIVING THIS CAR TO MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR COLLEGE BUT I AM NOW CONCERNED WHAT SHE WILL ENCOUNTER AND WORRIED ABOUT HER SAFETY DRIVING IT.

THE VEHICLE PROCEEDED THROUGH THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL. THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS APPLIED REPEATEDLY WITH FORCE; HOWEVER THERE WAS NO REDUCTION IN THE SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN OFF THE ROAD INTO A DITCH IN ORDER TO STOP. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESUME WITH EXTREME CAUTION. ONE YEAR AGO, THE IDENTICAL FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA YARIS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 5 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO PARK WHEN THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A WALL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE KNEES AND HANDS. A POLICE REPORT WAS AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE VEHICLE. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. AT 60MPH ON THE HIGHWAY THE ACCELERATOR STOPPED RESPONDING AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR TO THE FLOOR GAVE NO RESPONSE AND THE CAR RAPIDLY SLOWED. ACCELERATOR BEGAN TO RESPOND A MINUTE OR TWO AFTERWARDS BUT WAS NOT CONSISTENT. THIS IS THE SECOND INSTANCE OF THIS HAPPENING WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASING THIS 2009 TOYOTA YARIS. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED THEY RECEIVED ERROR CODE P2121 WHEN DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM. THEY REPLACED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY INCLUDING THE POSITION SENSORS WHICH WERE SAID TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE. SHE TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF AND CALLED THE DEALER. THE DEALER STATED THAT SHE NEEDED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSED. THERE HAD BEEN NO REPAIRS DONE TO THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 9062.

WE ARE A SMALL NONPROFIT THAT RECEIVES CAR DONATIONS AND REFURBISHES THEM FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. WE RECEIVED THIS 2009 TOYOTA YARIS AS A DONATION WITH ABOUT 173K MILES ON IT. WHEN WE RECEIVED IT WE NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT SEATBACK WAS TORN IN TWO VERTICAL SPOTS. WE THOUGHT THIS TO BE THE RESULT OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER BEING OVERWEIGHT. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE TWO STEEL VERTICAL SUPPORTS FOR THE SEATBACK WERE RAZOR SHARP AND WERE CUTTING THEIR WAY THROUGH THE FOAM OF THE SEAT AND THE FABRIC. IF ALL OF THE YARIS SEATS ARE BUILT THIS WAY THIS WOULD BE A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY ISSUE IN SEVERAL TYPES OF COLLISIONS. IN NORMAL USE A DRIVER WOULD HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THE SEATBACK WAITING TO BE FORCE THROUGH IN A COLLISION.

Vehicle was rear-ended on November 4, 2022. The driver was wearing a seatbelt but the driver airbag did not deploy after being rear-ended. After the accident, the dashboard airbag indicator warning light turned on. The vehicle did not show any airbag issues or warnings prior to the accident. The emergency parking brake does not properly engage after the accident.

AFTER HAVING MY MECHANIC LOOK AT IT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE LOWER CONTROL ARM REAR BOLT WAS BROKEN AND PART OF IT REMAINS BUT IS NO LONGER CONNECTED TO THE CONTROL ARM. MY PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WHEEL WAS MOVING IN AND OUT APPROXIMATELY 2INCHES. IN MY RESEARCH I HAVE FOUND NO RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS ISSUE AND FEEL IT IS A LARGE SAFETY ISSUE.

I ALSO AM CONCERNED ABOUT TAKATA AIRBAGS THAT MAY BE IN MY VEHICLE, BUT I DON'T SEE A RECALL NOTICE (ALTHOUGH I REGULARLY RECEIVE MAIL ABOUT POTENTIAL TAKATA AIRBAG RECALLS). THE POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH IN THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED WITH INSUFFICIENT LUBRICANT GREASE. RECALL STATUS RECALL INCOMPLETE REMEDY TOYOTA IS CURRENTLY PREPARING THE REMEDY FOR THIS CONDITION. ONCE REMEDY PREPARATIONS ARE COMPLETE, TOYOTA WILL SEND AN OWNER NOTIFICATION LETTER BY FIRST CLASS MAIL TO OWNERS OF VEHICLES COVERED BY THIS SAFETY RECALL. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO TOYOTA MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE THE INCIDENT OCCURRED YET ABOUT THE CONCERN OF NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYING YET WAS NEVER NOTIFIED THAT THIS WAS EVEN AN OPTION TO REPORT THE FAILURE OF THE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY IN AN ACCIDENT, ESPECIALLY WHERE THE HEAD ON COLLISION TOTALED THE CAR. THE PICTURES OF THE INCIDENT ATTACHED TO THIS REPORT WERE OBTAINED BY MY FATHER IN THE DAYS FOLLOWING THE ACCIDENT AND INCLUDE THE ROAD OF THE ACCIDENT AND THE CAR. THE STEERING WHEEL IS VISIBLY DEFORMED FROM THE IMPACT MY BODY HAD ON IT DURING THE CRASH. I FRACTURED THE C2 SEGMENT IN MY NECK AND TO THIS DAY STILL SUFFER FROM COMPLICATIONS FROM THE CONCUSSION AND INJURIES OF THIS CRASH ON A DAILY BASIS. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH NEUROLOGICALLY TESTING AND THERAPIES RELATED TO THE INJURIES. THESE INJURIES HAVE IMPACTED MY LIFE GREATLY AND I FEEL AS THOUGH MY CONCERN IS BEING DISREGARDED BY TOYOTA. I'M WRITING ABOUT TWO DESIGN FLAWS THAT LED TO AN UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT, AND WHICH COULD HAVE HAD CAUSED EVEN MORE SERIOUS RESULTS. I BELIEVE THE PRIMARY CAUSE FOR THIS INCIDENT IS A POORLY DESIGNED INTERIOR TRUNK SAFETY LATCH, AND THE DASHBOARD DISPLAY DESIGN IS A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, 35 MILES INTO MY TRIP. AS I CHANGED LANES, MY TRUNK POPPED OPEN (IT HAD BEEN LATCHED) AND MY LAPTOP IN ITS COMPUTER CASE JETTISONED OUT OF THE TRUNK AND FLEW ACROSS THE INTERSTATE, CAUSING VEHICLES BEHIND ME TO SWERVE. MY MECHANIC UPON INSPECTING THE TRUNK OBSERVED THE INTERIOR TRUNK RELEASE IS DESIGNED SUCH THAT IT 1. DANGLES FREELY IN THE TRUNK SO COULD EASILY GET CAUGHT ON SOMETHING THAT SHIFTED IN THE TRUNK, AND 2. RELEASES WITH ALMOST NO PULL NEEDED. WHAT LIKELY HAPPENED IS THAT THE STRAP OF THE COMPUTER BAG CAUGHT ON AND PULLED THE INTERIOR TRUNK RELEASE WHEN I CHANGED LANES. ALTHOUGH THIS RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL DAMAGE TO ME AND BREACH OF COMPUTER SECURITY, IT COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT TO CARS BEHIND ME. HAD THE DRIVER BEHIND ME NOT HONKED HIS HORN AND MOTIONED ME TO PULL OVER, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THE TRUNK OF THE YARIS DOESN'T OPEN WIDE ENOUGH TO CATCH MY EYE IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR, AND I DID NOT SEE THE DOOR AJAR LIGHT COME ON: THE DASHBOARD DISPLAY ON THE YARIS, CENTERED RATHER THAN IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER, MAKES SEEING THE SIGNALS ON THE DASH DURING DAYTIME DRIVING VERY HARD. ADD TO THAT, THE DOOR AJAR SIGNAL, FAR TO THE LEFT, IS OBSCURED BY THE RIM AROUND THE DISPLAY. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU'D HAVE TO LEAN TO THE RIGHT TO NOTICE THAT A DOOR, OR IN THIS CASE THE TRUNK, JUST POPPED OPEN. THE PLACEMENT OF THE DASHBOARD PANEL IS NOT GREAT IN TERMS OF SAFETY. I HAVE OWNED MY CAR FOR TWO YEARS NOW, AND HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE AIRCONDITIONER LEAKING INSIDE MY CAR, SINCE I GOT IT. IT MAKES A HORRIBLE NOISE WITH ANY LEFT HAND TURN, MY CARPET IS RUINED, MOLDY AND IM CONFIDENT IM BREATHING IN MOLD SPORES AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE. I WAS DRIVING MY 2009 TOYOTA YARIS (CA. 30K MILES) HOME FROM WORK UNDER NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS. AS I APPROACHED A RED LIGHT, I WAS ALARMED TO FIND THAT THE BRAKES WERE COMPROMISED AND THE BRAKING POWER WAS REDUCED. I HAD TO SWERVE ONTO THE SHOULDER TO AVOID HITTING THE BACK END OF THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. AT THIS POINT, I WAS ONLY 2 MILES FROM HOME AND DECIDED TO PROCEED CAREFULLY. AS I WAS TURNING OFF A MAIN ROAD AND INTO MY NEIGHBORHOOD, THE BRAKES COMPLETELY FAILED, AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TURN. THE CAR CAREENED OFF THE ROAD, OVER THE CURB, UP A SMALL EMBANKMENT, AND SMASHED HEAD-ON INTO A STONE WALL. THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED, AND THE FRONT END SUSTAINED CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE. THE CAR WILL MOST LIKELY BE TOTALED. THANKFULLY, I WAS NOT INJURED, BUT I SHUDDER TO THINK AT WHAT THE OUTCOME COULD HAVE BEEN UNDER DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES. I WAS DRIVING AT THE REGULAR SPEED LIMIT AND WHEN THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME WAS STOPPING TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN. I STEPPED ON MY BRAKE AND THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP. I WAS PRACTICALLY STANDING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP AND I HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. THE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. I REMEMBER THAT A POLICEMAN TOLD ME TO PUT ON THE EMERGENCY BRAKE BECAUSE THE CAR WAS STILL SLIDING. I KNOW I TRIED TO STOP AND THE CAR WOULDN'T STOP. BASED ON THEIR REPORTS OF TOYOTA'S STICKING ACCELERATOR, I THOUGHT THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED AND INVESTIGATED. I JUST CAME HOME LAST WEEK. I BROKE 4 RIBS IN THE ACCIDENT AND THE CAR IS TOTALED. I WAS IN REHABILITATION FOR 2 1/2 WEEKS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS ACCIDENT INVESTIGATED. WHEN I DRIVE AT 60MPH AND HIGHER MY 2009 5 DOOR LIFTBACK YARIS WITH ELECTRONICALLY ASSISTED STEERING THAT I BOUGHT NEW, IT HAS A DANGEROUS TENDENCY TO WANDER. IF I LOOK AWAY FOR A SECOND, THE CAR WANDERS AND HAS OFTEN DONE SO INTO OTHER LANES. THIS HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 10 TIMES IN THE YEAR THAT I HAVE OWNED IT. I HAVE HAD TO ADJUST MY DRIVING HABITS TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THAT THIS HAPPENS OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED MANY MORE TIMES. THE HABITS THAT I PRACTICE TO AVOID THIS ARE TO PAY CONSTANT ATTENTION TO THE ROAD AHEAD OF ME SO I DON'T WANDER OUT OF MY LANE. MUCH MORE ATTENTION IS NEEDED WITH THIS CAR THAN ANY OTHER OF THE 8 PASSENGER CARS I HAVE OWNED AND DRIVEN. IT IS VERY TAXING ON MY ENERGY LEVEL ON LONG DRIVES WHICH I CONSIDER TO BE 3 HRS OR MORE. I AM VERY CAR SAVVY AND I THINK THIS PHENOMENON IS DUE TO THE ANGLE OF CASTER ON THE FRONT SUSPENSION. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT FOR CASTER ON MY YARIS OTHERWISE I WOULD TRY THAT. IT DOES NOT TRACK AS STRAIGHT AS MY PREVIOUS CARS OF WHICH RANGE FROM HEAVY TO LIGHT WEIGHT, FROM OLD TO NEW, AND FROM BEING EQUIPPED WITH POWER STEERING TO NO POWER STEERING. MY YARIS HAS ELECTRONIC ASSISTED STEERING. I HAVE READ THAT THE NEW COROLLA HAS ELECTRONIC STEERING AND THOSE DRIVER'S COMPLAINTS REFLECT MINE. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS EARLIER BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT WEIGHT WITH SMALL SIZE AND RELATIVELY TALL HEIGHT. AFTER HEARING OF THE COROLLA DRIVER'S COMPLAINTS AND THE COINCIDENCE OF IT BEING EQUIPPED WITH POWER STEERING, I THINK THERE MAY BE A PATTERN. MY THEORY IS THAT THE CASTER IS SET TO MAKE STEERING EASY ON THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING FOR THE REASON OF SAVING WEIGHT AND MONEY IN THE MATERIALS IT WOULD TAKE TO MAKE A MORE ROBUST POWER STEERING SYSTEM SUCH AS BIGGER ELECTRIC MOTOR, BIGGER WIRES, BIGGER BATTERY, BIGGER ALTERNATOR, ETC. *TR

I RENTED A LATE MODEL (I BELIEVE 2009) SILVER TOYOTA YARIS IN AUGUST 2009 FROM ALAMO AT THE ORLANDO FL AIRPORT (MCO) LOCATION FOR A 2000 MILE TRIP. I DON'T KNOW THE VIN. THIS WAS JUST BEFORE THE WIDELY REPORTED PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR MATS ON TOYOTAS. I HAD THAT EXACT PROBLEM AND HAD TO KEEP PULLING IT BACK, OFTEN WHILE DRIVING AT 70 MPH. I'M AN ENGINEER AND DO ALL MY OWN MECHANICAL WORK ON MY OWN CARS, SO THERE'S NO MISTAKE ABOUT THIS. I TRIED TO RE-ATTACH THE MAT AT A REST STOP. IT WAS EASY TO SEE THAT THE MATS WOULD EASILY COME LOOSE AS THEY SHIFT AROUND BY NORMAL MOVEMENTS OF ONE'S FEET; AND THEY DID AGAIN. THESE WERE CLEARLY STOCK MATS BECAUSE THEY WERE PERFECTLY ALIGNED TO THE INSUFFICIENT HOOKS. ALSO, THEY WERE NOT STACKED ON OTHER MATS. JUST NORMAL STOCK MATS WITH POORLY DESIGNED ATTACHMENTS. WAS TRAVELING ON CONSTANTINE DRIVE ON MY WAY TO BEACH BLVD IN HUNTINGTON BEACH. WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT, IT APPEARS THAT YOUR STANDARD HEAD LIGHTS ARE LIT; INSTEAD, THE DAY RUNNINGS LIGHTS REMAIN ILLUMINATED. WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE STANDARD HEAD LIGHTS AND THE REAR LIGHTS ARE IN THE OFF POSITION WHICH NEARLY RESULTED IN SEVERAL COLLISIONS. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FRONT HEAD LIGHTS ARE EXTREMELY BRIGHT AND THERE WERE NO AFTER MARKET PRODUCTS AVAILABLE PER THE MANUFACTURER TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WILL ALSO SPEAK WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 179 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1000.
