THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO COAST ONTO THE EMERGENCY LANE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC REPLACED THE CLUTCH CABLE SEVERAL TIMES; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000.
