The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact was unable to remove the key fob from the ignition. The contact manually moved the clutch to be able to remove the key fob. The contact stated that several attempts were needed to remove the key fob from the ignition. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the failure was confirmed. The contact received a new key fob. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

Anytime the break is pressed it causes the center console from working properly: audio stops, display does not work, turn signal sounds do work, lock/unlock buttons don’t work, AC system does not work. Radio console should be recalled. This issue started over 4 years ago and it continues to get progressively worse. Costly to repair.

The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the turn signals and the defroster were inoperable. Upon investigating the failure, the contact discovered that the failures had occurred because the grounding wire was not thick enough to support the electrical functions. The contact also discovered that other mechanics had added an additional ground wire to correct the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. A case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.

About 80% of the time I stop, I put the car into 'park" and attempt to remove the key, it is stuck. The solenoid in the steering column will not release the key although it is in position 2. My wife just left the key stuck and it drained the battery, stranding her. I have not taken the car to the dealer but research online has shown that this is a widespread problem among Camaros and other Chevrolet vehicles between 2010-2015. Users report the Chevy is refusing to declare a recall and dealers are charging $700 to replace the gear shifter which houses the switch that activates the solenoid in the steering column.

The key gets stuck in the accessory position rendering the car unable to be shut off, you have to keep shifting and putting it back into park while engaging the lever very hard several times to allow the button to release the key . Doing research online, as it was getting progressively worse, I have found that many Chevy owners experience this same problem. I found videos and threads that owners discovered it is the shifter assembly not the ignition. My car is currently at the dealership while they replace the assembly, confirming it is damaged. This will cost me about 1000 dollars to fix after tax. I have 8100 miles on my car, and it's in excellent condition. I can show the invoice when It is finished being repaired

BLEND DOOR IS BROKEN AND WHEN DOING RESEARCH, I FOUND THIS ISSUE IS COMMON WITH 2010-2015 CHEVROLET CAMAROS. MY CAR ONLY HAD 57,000 MILES ON IT WHEN THIS OCCURED.

The blender door is junk. It falls apart, so no air conditioning or worse, no heat. I got stuck in a traffic jam in freezing temps and despite blankets, I may lose a piece of my ear lobe. Flash forward, not a single local repair shop will fix this. They say it's a recall issue...or one that should be. Sadly, the dealerships want $4k - $6k to fix it. Something that just is not in my budget with this economy. Chevrolet might want to fix this before someone loses more than an ear lobe. I will be suing if my doctor has to remove a portion of my ear. They were concerned over a stupid sticker on a visor, but not people freezing to death or dying of heat stroke. Do better Chevrolet. Do beter NHTSA - I filed a complaint about my Ford going into limp mode on a highway without warning over ten years ago and the only response from anyone was crickets.

I have a lot of problems with my A/C. I bought it new in 2014, in 2019 my coolant dye leaked out for no reason. I’ve had the condenser, clutch, dryer, and o rings replaced. The pressure is high because of a suspected blockage, which couldn’t be identified, in my A/C. I have to take in in to check for evaporator leak. The windshield has to be removed so I have to take it to the dealership.

My 2014 Camaro SS, has about 35k miles on it now, and only drive during the summer. I was looking for a parking spot at work, went to turn right, and the steering wheel totally locked up on me, would not turn left or right from a straight position, ended up slamming on the brakes for i wouldn't run into the embankment in front of me. Put the car in Park, kept playing with the steering wheel, and it finally came free and turned right, after trying to go from left to right a couple of times. So put it back in drive and it performed normally the rest of the day. Sometimes when parking the car, the key will not go fully into the lock position, without starting and shutting the car down a few times, and wiggling the steering wheel in the center position. I See there is a steering related recall on this vehicle but thinking that isn't the problem, but will check it out just in case. But as you can see this could be a very dangerous situation when driving down the highway at 70 MPH. This car was also one that had the key upgrade to it for the issue with the ignition switch, but thinking that isn't an issue. I also used to work for GM in Powertrain, and the switch/sensor area for a while where the one gentleman was fired from, and now retired from GM. So am very familiar with vehicles and thinking it may be the locking mechanism in the steering wheel that is having issues, or the PCM is having glitches? Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

OUR 2014 CHEVY CAMARO SS POWER STEERING WOULD LOCK UP ON US WHEN WE WERE DRIVING AND WOULD JERK AND WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO STEER THE CAR AND IT WAS VERY SCARY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WERE GOING THE SPEED LIMIT ON THE INTERSTATE GOING 65-70 MPH. MY HUSBAND WAS COMING HOME FROM COURT ON 9/8/20 AND IT WAS ALSO OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY AND IT LOCKED UP ON HIM AND THE NEXT THING HE KNEW HE WAS HIT BY A LADY AND HE WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND OUR CAR WAS TOTALED AND HE DONT EVEN HAVE ANY RECOLITION OF WHAT HAPPENED THE IMPACT OF THE LADY HITTING HIM KNOCKED HIM OUT AND HE IS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE HE SUFFERED A BROKE ARM AND HAD TO HAVE SURGERY TO HAVE A PLATE AND SCREWS PUT IN TO REPAIR IT AND WE DONT HAVE A VEHICLE NOW. WE HAD JUST PURCHASED THE CAR THE END OF MAY 2020. WE SEEN A RECALL ON THE STEERING LOCKING UP AND THE CHEVY DEALER SAID THEY COULDN'T REPLACE IT BECAUSE THE VIN NUMBER WASN'T ON RECALL. HOW CAN A VEHICLE THAT IS DOING THE SAME EXACT THING AS THE SAME EXACT VEHICLE WITH A DIFFERENT LETTER IN THE VIN NOT BE ON RECALL FOR THE SAME EXACT DEFECT? MY HUSBAND IS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AND NOW WE ARE LEFT WITH NO VEHICLE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE ID LIKE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE REPLACED DUE TO THIS RECALL THAT WAS DEFECTIVE IN MY VEHICLE. THE WHEEL LOCKS RANDOMLY NOT ALLOWING ME TO REMOVE MY KEY FROM THE IGNITION. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME- SOMETIMES I WAIT LIKE 5 MINUTES UNTIL IT RELEASES ON ITS ON BUT OTHERS I WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES AND IT WON'T RELEASE MY KEY. I CAN'T SIT IN MY CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WAITING FOR MY CAR TO RELEASE THE KEY.

When I purchased it 3 years ago, the driver side white tail light would work, then it wouldn't. Bulb & fuse are fine. Now it doesn't work at all. Radio turns off & on with a pop sound through the speakers while driving at random times.

FOR OVER A YEAR THE RADIO IN THE CHEVY CAMARO HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONING (SHUTTING ON AND OFF EXCESSIVELY), THIS ELECTRICAL ISSUE AFFECTS MY VISION WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT IT HAS CURRENTLY ESCALATED TO PREVENTING TURN SIGNAL AUDIO THEREFORE I CONTINUOUSLY HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE IF TURN SIGNALS ARE WORKING AND WILL NOT KNOW IF THEY STOP WORKING. I HAVE STOCK EVERYTHING ON MY CAMARO. THE RADIO, TURN SIGNALS, AND A/C GLITCH OUT ALL OF THE TIME. MY RADIO WILL RANDOMLY GLITCH OUT SOMETIMES WITH A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE SPEAKERS AND SOMETIMES QUIET. I NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL OF WHAT STATION TO LISTEN TO OR THE VOLUME. SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES AND OTHER TIMES EVERY 10 SECONDS. IF THE REAR DEFROST IS ON, THE RADIO HAS NO SOUND UNTIL I TURN THE REAR DEFROST OFF. WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES, TURN ON MY HIGH/LOW BEAMS, OR USE MY TURN SIGNAL, THE RADIO GLITCHES. IT ALSO GLITCHES WITHOUT TOUCHING ANYTHING IN THE CAR WHAT SO EVER. ALSO SOMETIMES WHEN I USE MY TURN SIGNALS, IT MAKE MY SPEAKER SOUND LIKE THEY ARE BLOWN WITH A LOUD SOUND THAT DOES NOT STOP UNTIL I SHUT THE CAR OFF, REMOVE THE KEY, AND OPEN THE DOOR. SOMETIMES THE SOUND KEEPS GOING EVEN AFTER THAT. THE TURN SIGNAL CLICK SOUND DOESN'T ADD UP TO THE LIGHT FLASHING ANYMORE. SOMETIMES THE AIR OR HEAT WILL NOT TURN ON AND THE LIGHTS TO THAT SYSTEM FLASH REPEATEDLY/QUICKLY ON AND OFF EVERY TIME THE CAR GLITCHES, DOOR OPENS OR CLOSES, OR CAR GETS LOCKED/UNLOCKED. THE IGNITION ALSO TRIES TO KEEP MY KEY, AND MY CAR WILL NOT TURN COMPLETELY OFF UNTIL I CAN GET MY KEY FROM THE IGNITION. I HAVE BEEN STUCK TRYING TO GET MY KEY OUT FOR A FEW MINUTES. THIS IS AFTER THE IGNITION RECALL WHICH DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. THE CLOCK HAS TROUBLE KEEPING TIME BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH IT GLITCHES OUT, AND I HAVE ALSO NOTICED MY HEAD LIGHTS DIM WHEN IT DOES. THESE PROBLEMS ARE ONLY GETTING WORSE! HELLO IM REACHING OUT DUE TO A SAFETY CONCERN WITH MY 2014 CAMARO. THE VIN IN LOCATED IN THE SUBJECT LINE ABOVE. I REACHED OUT TO GM LETTING THEM KNOW THAT I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY STEREO. THE SPEAKERS ARE ALSO AFFECTED WHEN THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.. THE CAR WILL TURN ON AND I WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY ANYTHING THROUGH THE STEREO, LIKE THE RADIO, A CD, AN AUX CORD AND EVEN SIRIUS XM BUT RANDOMLY THE STEREO HAS A LOUD NOISE THAT SCREETCHES THROUGH THE SPEAKERS WHICH CAUSE A GREAT AMOUNT OF DISCOMFORT. THEN THE STEREO RESETS AND IS ONLY ABLE TO BE USED VIA AUX AT A LOWER VOLUME AMD EVEN WAY DIFFERENT SOUND QUALITY. ITS VERY STRANGE AND REALLY INCONVIENENT WHILE DRIVING, A FEW TIMES IT SCARED ME SO ABRUPTLY THAT I ALMOST WRECKED DUE TO AN ANXIETY ATTACK. THE RADIO MAKES VERY LOUD POPPING NOISE AND ALL POWER CUTS OUT TO THE DISPLAY, TURN SIGNALS, HEATING/COOLING FUNCTIONS. THIS HAPPENS REPEATEDLY EVERY TIME DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE TRIGGERS ARE USING THE POWER WINDOWS, USING TURN SIGNAL, ADJUSTING HEAT/AC, OR PUTTING THE VEHICLE INTO REVERSE. NOT ONLY IS IT INCONVENIENT TO NOT HAVE RADIO OR HEAT/AC. IT IS ALSO A SAFETY HAZARD TO NOT HAVE TURN SIGNALS AND HAVE VERY LOUD AND DISTRACTING POPPING NOISES WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHER CAMARO OWNERS AND EVERY ONE OF THIS MODEL HAS THE SAME ISSUE AROUND 40,000 MILES.

WHILE TRAVELING, THE RADIO SUDDENLY MADE A LOUD POP NOISE AND THE INFORMATION PANEL WENT OUT...INFORMATION PANEL BEGAN FLICKERING ON AND OFF, ALSO AFFECTING THE AC/HEAT CONTROLS AND WHEN USING THE BLINKER, IT WOULDN'T MAKE A SIGNAL SOUND. THE LACK OF BLINKER SOUND LEADS ME TO WONDER IF THE BLINKERS EVEN WORK WHEN THIS HAPPENS. THIS PROBLEM RANDOMLY HAPPENS AND WHEN IT DOES, IT'S VERY DISTRACTING AND THE LOUD POP NOISE IS EXTREMELY UPSETTING. I HAVE FOUND ON NUMEROUS FORUMS THAT THIS SEEMS TO BE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE CHEVY CAMARO AND GM DOESN'T SEEM CONCERNED. I BELIEVE THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. MY CAR WAS PART OF THE IGNITION SWITCH RECALL IN 2014. FOR THE PAST WEEK, WHENEVER I PARK THE CAR I CAN NOT GET THE KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION. THE DEALERSHIP EXPLAINED THAT THE PROBLEM IS BEING CAUSED BY THE SHIFTER NOT COMMUNICATING TO THE CAR THAT IT'S IN "PARK" SO IT WON'T RELEASE THE KEY. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT SINCE MY CAR HAS 55,000 MILES, THE REPAIR WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE IT'S ELECTRICAL AND CONSIDERED PART OF THE "TRIM". THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE IN EXCESS OF $600.00. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD THIS REPAIR AND THIS IS MY ONLY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION. THE CAR IS PRETTY MUCH UN-DRIVABLE AT THIS POINT UNLESS I WANT TO GET STUCK SOMEWHERE.

THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SIMPSON CHEVROLET OF GARDEN GROVE (10150 TRASK AVE, GARDEN GROVE, CA 92843, 714-656-2802), BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.

The radio makes a loud pop & makes me jump as it goes on & off whenever it wants to. As this happens, the dash light turns off, the heater/ac turns off, the signal lights stop flashing, & when the turn signal is activated it makes a loud static noise that flashes through the speakers. It is a safety issue because it's distracting & it's dangerous for signal lights not to work properly. The car only had 60,000 miles when this began. I've been told there are computer chips, ECM modules, a new stereo with On Star navigation & I honestly can't remember all that was tested wrong with the electrical system that is estimated at $1000 to repair. I have seen numerous complaints of the same issue on the web. I sincerely believe it is a problem Chevrolet is aware of & a recall should be made before an accident is caused.

There is a distracting pop in the radio which also affects the signal lights, the heater and air conditioner controls, and the controls for the radio itself. There are numerous complaints on the web for this same year vehicle with the same problem. It is very distracting as when the radio pops it makes a loud noise that is similar to running over something or hitting something with your vehicle. Also the tail light on the driver side won't stay on and the headlight on the passenger side has a short in it also. These problems I have been listed numerous times on the web. I have had several service mechanics look at it and they haven't been able to fix it as of yet. I recently read online. There is a short in those radios. But the radio is still is listed as at $700. I don't have this kind of money to replace it. And I'm not sure if that will fix the problem or not. I wrote to Chevrolet when it first happened about 35,000 mi ago. I got a reply that they didn't have enough complaints yet. I don't know if they ever looked on the web because at the time there were quite a few and they are still listed today. This was the year after I bought my car which would have been 2018. It's a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro LS. Please assist as this affects where I go as I am afraid that something will happen to my car since it affects so many things already. I don't want it to cause other problems as these are more than enough to affect my driving. My car had approximately 30,000, mi at the time this incident began.

My 2014 Chevrolet the radio /air conditioning and a/c controls,overhead lightning and now the blinkers are popping cracking lighting up my electronics in the center console and it is very scary. The a/c clicks on and off my turn signals are effected and now I am having to get a jump to start my car and I have a 1 year new battery. I am afraid with this going on and it is a known problem for this car.

Vehicle was parked in driveway at home on slight incline (<3% grade). Parking brake failed but vehicle is a manual and was in 1st gear so it didn't move noticeably. Discovered when pushed in clutch to start vehicle and had to slam hard on brake to stop vehicle moving backwards down incline. Took vehicle to local dealership and paid for inspection. Linkage to parking brake below center console had broken free at joint (lead solder ball popped off cable). No new parts are available to repair, limited availability for used parts (have yet to find one). Dealer service advisor made comment that it happens a lot so parts are difficult to find now.

THE STEERING WHEEL HAS MANUAL DRIVE SHIFT LEVERS ON BOTH SIDES. WHEN MAKING A RIGHT TURN SOMETIMES THE LEVER GETS CAUGHT ON KEYS CAUSING THE STEERING WHEEL TO MAKE A HARD RIGHT TURN RESULTING IN MOMENTARY LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL. I HAVE ALMOST DRIVEN INTO DITCHES OR OTHER OBJECTS DUE TO THIS DEFECT. ALSO, THE SHIFTER IS NOT ENGAGING PROPERLY CAUSING THE KEY TO BE GET STUCK IN THE IGNITION WHEN THE ENGINE IS OFF. IN ORDER TO GET THE KEY TO RELEASE I HAVE TO RESTART THE ENGINE, REVERSE AND PUT THE SHIFTER BACK IN THE PARK POSITION. When I drive my knee turns the key, causing a the car to turn off. This is a safety issue that is concerning I am a mom. Every time my knee hits the part key while the car is on it turns the car off. The heater is an issue I have air but no heat. In order for me to fix the heater I told they would have to remove the entire window, but I would have to sign a waiver, because the window could break. Then they would have to remove the dash and another part in order to fix the heat in the car. This is in my opinion a safety issue I don’t understand how the heater could be fixed without causing the window in the car to possibly break. I was told the chances of the window not breaking in order to fix the heater in the car is nearly impossible. Which means I would have to buy a window and pay for labor in order to fix the heat in the car. 1. I have an ignition issue my knee is turning off the car when I drive. 2. Fixing the heat in the car is nearly impossible. 3. Please help check for recalls

HALFWAY INTO THE WEEK THE CAR THEN STALLED AGAIN LUCKILY AS WE TURNED INTO WORK. MESSAGES CAME UP SUCH AS "SERVICE STABILITY AND TRACTION CONTROL" AS LONG AS "ENGINE POWER REDUCED". WE WERE ABLE TO PARK IT AND HAD ONSTAR RUN A DIAGNOSTICS FOR IT AND WERE TOLD THAT SEVERAL CODES POPPED WITH TRANNY, STABILITY AND TRACTION CONTROL, ABS BREAKS, ENGINE POWER ETC WERE ALL AFFECTED AT THE TIME. WE TOOK IT TO DEALER COUPLE HOURS LATER AND CAR WAS CHECKED OUT AND "FIXED" COUPLE DAYS LATER. TURNED OUT TO BE A SHORT IN ONE OF THE WIRES. I HAVE CONTACTED ONSTAR AND HAD THEM DO A DIAGNOSIS AND THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. IT ALMOST COMPLETELY DIED IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC ON THE FREEWAY. CAR IGNITION KEEPS HANGING UP AND WILL NOT RELEASE KEY UPON SHUT OFF. TRAVELING BETWEEN STATES, A BURNING SMELL BEGAN TO COME THROUGH THE VENTS, THE CAR SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING TRAVELING 70 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY, REMAINING LIT AND APPEARING FULLY FUNCTIONING. IT STRUCK ME AS VERY FAMILIAR TO THE IGNITION ISSUE I HAVE HAD FOR THE WAY THE CAR SHUT OFF AND BEGAN TO ACT. UPON STOP AND ACTUALLY SWITCHING OFF, CAR WOULD TRY TO CRANK, BUT DID NOT CATCH. AFTER TOWING TO DEALERSHIP, CAR CRANKED AND DROVE AS USUAL. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT INDICATED LOW FUEL PRESSURE, AFTER DIAGNOSTICS FOR THE THIRD TIME THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL INSISTING NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. KEY RING HAS A TOTAL OF 3 KEYS AND LIGHTWEIGHT, DEFINITELY NOT WEIGHING DOWN THE IGNITION. THIS IS DEFINITELY COMPUTER RELATED, ELECTRICAL AND AFFECTING THE MECHANICAL ABILITY OF THE CAR AS WELL AS THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVER. WHILE SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT FOR A BUSY INTERSECTION, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND MESSAGE APPEARED WITH THE STATEMENTS ENGINE POWER REDUCED AND SERVICE STABILITRAK. I WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF INTO A PARKING LOT AND SHUT THE CAR DOWN FOR A RESTART. UPON RESTART, THE MESSAGES CONTINUED. I ATTEMPTED TO PROCEED TO MY DESTINATION, HOWEVER THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT SHIFT INTO SECOND GEAR, AND THE VEHICLE WOULD TOP OUT AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH. WHILE I WAS IN A 55 MPH ZONE, I DECIDED TO AGAIN PULL OFF THE ROAD AND CONTACT ONSTAR. MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON, THE DEALERSHIP CONTACTED ME SAYING THE PROBLEM WAS A BAD HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. THE DEALER HAD A SPARE FUEL PUMP IN-STOCK, HOWEVER THE FUEL LINE IS NON-SERVICEABLE, AND I WAS TOLD THEY WERE ON A BACK-ORDER OF 3-5 DAYS. THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED BRAND NEW JANUARY 2014 WITH LESS THAN 10 MILES ON IT. UPON TAKING THE VEHICLE IN THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR A FUEL SYSTEM ISSUE, I EXPERIENCED A RAPIDLY FLASHING ENGINE LIGHT TWO TIMES. I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY SAID DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE ANYWHERE OTHER THAN TO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE ENGINE MAY BLOW. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 5/29. THE DEALERSHIP "REPLACED" ALL PARTS ON THE VEHICLE INCLUDING THE FUEL LINE, FUEL INJECTORS, PISTONS, ALL FUEL INJECTORS AND THIS DID NOT HELP. THEY THEN ATTEMPTED TO EVEN OUT THE COMPRESSION IN THE CYLINDERS TO FIX THE ISSUE OF THE COMPRESSION LEAKING. THIS DID NOT WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS STILL HAVING COMPRESSION ISSUES. THEY FINALLY REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT ENGINE FROM GM. THE ENGINE WAS INSTALLED AND I WAS CALLED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AFTER 29 DAYS AT THE DEALERSHIP. I REQUESTED A BUY BACK, AS FROM WHAT THEY HAVE TOLD ME REGARDING THE CAR HAVING A DEFECT AND THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN FOR ME. THE DEALER AND GM WEST COAST LIAISON DENIED BUY BACK DUE TO THE WARRANTY STILL BEING IN EFFECT. THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE AND SHOULD BE BOUGHT BACK BY THE DEALER. WE ARE PURSUING WITH THE BBB AND A LAWYER. THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT COOPERATED AND WILL NOT ASSIST ANY FURTHER. I FOUND ALL THE WHEEL LUG NUTS WAY UNDER TORQUED AT APPROXIMATELY 80 LB FT OF TORQUE., THE 2014 CAMARO FACTORY OWNERS MANUAL THAT CAME WITH THE CAR STATED 110LB FT OF TORQUE ON EACH LUG NUT. ALSO NOTED THAT ON EACH LUG NUT THERE APPEARED TO BE A SPECIAL COATING MATERIAL ON THE MATING SURFACE OF EACH NUT. LOOKS & FEELS LIKE A TEFLON COATING.
