CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE RUNNING IN THE PARKED POSITION WHEN THE DOG IN THE VEHICLE JUMPED OUT OF THE SEAT AND KNOCKED THE GEAR INTO DRIVE. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SURGE FORWARD AT LEAST TWO FEET BEFORE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE KICKED IN TO STOP THE VEHICLE. *AK
