CHRYSLER MOTORS LLC, MY CAR HAS BEEN LEAKING WATER INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR FOR OVER 2 YEARS. DESPITE MANY TRIPS TO THE DEALER TO FIX IT, PHONE CALLS TO CORPORATE, AND LETTERS TO CORPORATE, MY CAR CONTINUES TO LEAK WATER AND MOLD CONTINUES TO GROW ON THE MAT. THE MOST RECENT SUGGESTION FOR REPAIR IS ONCE AGAIN TEMPORARILY FIXING THE SYMPTOM AND THE QUOTED COST THIS TIME WAS BETWEEN $600 AND $800. IT WILL NOT FIX THE CAUSE OF THE SYMPTOM WHICH IS DEBRIS GETTING INTO THE PAN AND THE HOSE. AFTER A FEW MONTHS DEBRIS WILL ACCUMULATE AGAIN AND I WILL HAVE TO HAVE IT CLEANED AGAIN, AND BE CHARGED AGAIN. THE REPAIR NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE CAUSE NOT THE SYMPTOM. MY CAR IS PARKED IN A GARAGE BOTH AT HOME AND AT WORK SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I AM HAVING PROBLEMS TO BEGIN WITH. I LIVED IN THE SAME HOME FOR 15 YEARS AND WE HAVE HAD 4 OTHER CARS (ALL HONDAS, NEVER A CHRYSLER) AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. CHRYSLER CONTINUES TO GIVE TEMPORARY, EXPENSIVE, SOLUTIONS THAT WILL NOT FIX THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. WATER CONTINUES TO LEAK INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR EVERY TIME THE AIR CONDITIONING OR THE HEAT IS ON. MOLD CONTINUES TO GROW. THE CAR CONTINUES TO STINK. MY KIDS AND I CONTINUE TO BREATHE THE BAD AIR. I CONTINUE TO PUT TOWELS OVER THE WETNESS SO THE MOLD SPORES DON'T CIRCULATE AS MUCH. I AM ASKING FOR CHRYSLER TO CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH HAZARD THEIR VEHICLE IS SUBJECTING MY FAMILY TO EVERY DAY. I AM ASKING FOR A REPAIR TO THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM TO BE PRESENTED, NOT A TEMPORARY REPAIR THAT WILL MAKE CHRYSLER MONEY OVER AND OVER AGAIN EACH TIME I AM BACK WITH WATER LEAKING INTO MY CAR. IN MY OPINION THERE IS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW IN THIS CAR. SINCERELY, CORY WATSON *TR
