SINCE THE RECALL REPAIR, THE HORN SELF-ACTIVATED AND SOUNDED FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 SECONDS. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN AND NH UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
