Hello. This vehicle ,2016 Dodge Journey has had repeat transmission problems . It should of been recalled under S44 as the date of production was Sept 2015, engine, 3.6L. and automatic transaxle (DG2) .. It is again at Crown Dodge for the repeat transmission problem .. The Crown Dodge Dealership has been paid for this recurring transmission since 2021when the vehicle had only 59,000 miles on it . I have noticed others have had the same issue with this particular vehicle that should of been and is listed on recall S44.. Thank you for your help...

To whom it may concern: My 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad AWD (3.6L) is currently experiencing "P0944 Loss of Hydraulic Pump Prime" (See attached diagnostic report, vehicle_record_report.pdf from a local auto repair shop) The car was assembled in November 2015. The assembly date falls within the date range specified in the attached safety recall report for S44 / NHTSA 16V-461. (attached is copy, RCRIT-16V461-1293.pdf). However, the VIN number for my vehicle doesn't show up when searched. Given the type of transmission problem we're experiencing, the assembly month/year, the engine too, can someone be assigned to investigate if my vehicle should be included in the recall? It has the symptoms and details to indicate that it might. Also, I did open a case with FCA, Case #[XXX]. They informed us that if the VIN doesn't show up, there is no recall. We asked if they could verify the transmission model to rule out the recall possibility. They wouldn't. They suggested that we take it to a dealer for a diagnostic. However, we'd prefer another third party to review it first. Is there a recommend, recognized third party that can verify if it is or isn't the SR-44 recall issue causing the problem? This vehicle is needed for our family. Can someone be assigned to look into this for us? Thank you so much. Transmission pump has failed at only 98,000 miles. I was stopped at a stop light and the vehicle would no longer move. I restarted it, and it allowed me to continue driving, but once I stopped again at a stop light it wouldn’t move. This endangers me and the cars around me since the vehicle doesn’t move out of the road. We had the vehicle towed and the mechanic confirmed that it was the transmission pump. There may have been one warning sign weeks ago, but I thought it was due to water in the gas line which happens often. The warning signs were not significant to what happened with the car not moving.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard a grinding sound coming from the vehicle and the vehicle started to jerk. The contact veered off the roadway and turned off and restarted the vehicle. The contact then stated while driving at slow speeds, the vehicle started to jerk and decelerated while the accelerator pedal was being depressed. The check engine warning light illuminated. The contact pulled off the roadway. The vehicle was towed to the residence and was inspected by an independent mechanic who retrieved DTC codes for transmission failure. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 126,000.

While driving as I increased speed it seems that the trans would slip. Also several times it actually lost power for a second before regaining composure. But today all this occurred and when I came to a traffic light , suddenly the car shutdown. I was able to turn it back on again, but I believe these occurrences are happening with regard to a recall regarding the transmission pump. One that I never received info about in 2016. If I had I probably wouldn't be reporting this.

I was driving my vehicle and the engine light came on with cruise control one time and abs brake lighta another time. When I got it checked by a mechanic, I was told it was clamshaft and crankshaft and that it was under a recall for my specific make and model and to take it to Dodge dealership. I did so and they ean a diagnostic test that tevealed exactly what I told them the mechanic told me and that it was not under recall and would be $2900 to fix. I argued that there is a recall for my specific make and model for the exact issue and was told to call Chrysler. I called and spoke with them and was told my vin doesn't pop up for thr recall even though my same year, make and model is having the same specific issue and that there was nothing they can do. I drive my vehicle to take my son to school and go to work as a nurse, caring for others. I was told that my vehicle may power off in the middle of driving because of the faulty sensor, potentially causing harm to myself, my loved ones and others on the road for an issue that my same make, model and year vehicle has a recall for that my vin number doesn't come up for.

My engine dies while I'm driving without any warning/indicators. The engine light comes on as well. The diagnostic code reads P0335. There is a recall for my make model year but my VIN isn't listed in Dodge's database. There have been multiple incidents over the past few months

The EVIC lights will turn off while driving. Doesn’t matter if it’s daylight or evening. During evening hours it poses a risk due to not seeing speed or any other lights on dashboard. The EVIC will stay on after car is shut off and key fob is moved away from vehicle causing the battery to die.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that after several attempts, the vehicle failed to start. Due to the failure, the contact was forced to jumpstart the vehicle. There were several messages displayed on the instrument panel. The contact stated that the messages disappeared while driving the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic on several occasions for the same failure. The contact stated that the battery, alternator, starter motor, and various other parts were replaced; however, the failure persisted. Recently, the contact stated that upon attempting to unlock the door with the key fob, the vehicle failed to unlock, and there was no power from the vehicle. The contact used the key to manually unlock the door, and the alarm system sounded off. Due to the key fob failing to operate as needed, the contact was unable to disengage the alarm. The vehicle failed to start while jumpstarting the vehicle. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000. The VIN was not available.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the doors continuously locked and unlocked, and the windows continuously rolled up and down unintendedly. Additionally, the interior lights and the exterior lights were turned off and on unintendedly. The contact also stated that a light indicating that the tailgate was opened was displayed while the tailgate was securely closed. There was no warning light illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that a fee for the diagnostic test would be charged. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. My vehicle has been stalling out while driving, to the point of the brakes lock up, once it’s in park you can’t get it out of park, or can’t get the vehicle to turn off while stalled out, literally have to disconnect the battery, and reconnect it to maybe get the car a fresh start to turn over and return power to systems. The check engine light pops on when stalled but not normally and is coding for crankshaft position sensor a circuit. My vehicle apparently doesn’t have an open recall; but have seen this same issue has been a recall on the same year, make, and model, just not mine. The dodge dealership would rather me sell them my car and buy a new one.

After coming home and parking the car in the driveway, went out with my son and noticed the passenger headrest had been pulled out. Went and looked at it and noticed some of the brackets holding a metal bar in place had been broke off.

I got in my car yesterday and the headrest of my driver's seat popped open. I am aware that they're was a class action suit against the manufacturer for malfunctioning headrest but I cannot find any recalls on this website for that issue. I would like to know if this is going to be covered, buy the dealership if I bring this in for repair.

I’m having the same issues as other Dodge journeys from earlier models that had the recall on the engine for the Rocker arms, lifters, and camshaft. Almost causing me to have an accident inside the highway due to my car, reducing speed from 65 To 15 mph on the expressway as well my vehicle Starting to shake very badly. Second issue is The same problem with earlier models, using the same engine and transmission recall, I’m having the same issues, and unfortunately, my car states that has no open recalls when my car has the same engine and transmission then the earlier model with the recall As I was reading on the web, they are some 2016 Dodge journeys with the same issues as earlier models that are not recalled as of yet

While driving my 2016 Journey in Raleigh, N.C. the vehicle was working fine until I came to a stop sign and it stalled. I was able to start it up and luckily no vehicle was behind me the first time it occurred. In Raleigh it did this again at a red light but because the vehicle behind me was still at a stop and I was aware from the time before I quickly restarted and drove with little fanfare. The Journey would drive fine, but when stopping at a sign or light or stopping in general the vehicle will stall. It buckle and then stalls as well. I was able to get home from Raleigh to Raeford NC because of driving on the highway. However, upon arriving in local roads in Raeford and having to stop at the lights, the Journey stalled at every light. I was able to start it up and drive a few times, and a few other times it would stall on first, or second try then work on next. It once stalled and took multiple times (more than 3) restarting before I was able to get it driving. At home I was able to get the vehicle safely into the driveway and upon starting it while in park it would idle normally and not shut off. I then put it in reverse to back up and it immediately started to buckle and then stalled. Put in in park and start the engine again and it would idle, went to drive and it stalled again. Restarted it in park and went to neutral and it would idle, but try to go to drive or reverse and it would start to buckle as if to shut off. Back in neutral or park and again it idles. It will role in neutral if I release the brakes too. Put it in drive or reverse and it stalls and shut off. Now I am unable to even get it out of my driveway. So I will have it towed to the dealership.

While I was driving, my car unexpectedly lost power and the engine shut off while I was making a left hand turn. There was no warning. The steering wheel became very hard to maneuver and the car coasted through the turn. I was almost hit by incoming Traffic. Once the car came to a complete stop, I was able to put it in park and restart it after attempting twice. The first time, it sputtered. It has not been confirmed by a dealer and it has not been inspected by anyone. There were no warning lights prior to it shutting off. The radio never stopped working on either. It happens when the air is running

When driving the car will go into limp mode with no warning. When the car shuts off I have no control of steering wheel and brakes. Thus cam shaft was replaced but the issue now persists. Now the engine is stalling and caused the steering hose to bust and head gasket is blown.

WHILE DRIVING MY JOURNEY WILL STALL AND I LOSE POWER STEERING AND BRAKES WITH NO WARNING. IT ALSO RANDOMLY HAPPENS WHEN STOPPING. AFTER I GOT THE CAR TO STOP I HAD TO PUT IT IN PARK AND START. EVERY TIME THIS ISSUE HAPPENS I HAVE TO PUT IT IN PARK AND IT STARTS RIGHT BACK UP. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO PRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL HOWEVER, THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE POST HOLDING THE HANDICAP SIGN FOR THE PARKING SPACE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NO INJURIES AND NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKES WERE FAULTY, HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE EXACT CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

HAD ABOUT 20,000 MI ON THE ODOMETER AND BRAKES START TO PULSATE VERY BAD, CAUSING LOTS OF VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. HAD DEALER CHECK BRAKES AND SHOWED LITTLE SIGNS OF WEAR ON THE PADS. THIS CONTINUED TILL I FINALLY HAD THE BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED WITH AFTERMARKET VENTILATED ROTORS AND NEW BRAKE PADS. AFTER ONLY 200 MILES, VEHICLE IS AGAIN VIBRATING VERY BAD ON HARD BRAKING AND STEEP INCLINES. GOING TO HAVE DEALER CHECK THE CALIBERS ON THE FRONT TO SEE IF ONE IS STICKING, WHERE BRAKES WERE CHANGED. NEVER HAD THIS OCCUR IN ANY OTHER VEHICLE WHERE THE PULSATING RETURNED AFTER REPLACING BRAKES AND ROTORS.

BEEN HAVING SERIOUS INTERMITTENT ISSUES WITH MY BRAKES. MY TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT AND ABS LIGHTS WOULD COME ON SIMULTANEOUSLY AND THEN BRAKES START TO MAKE A GRINDING NOISE AS WELL AS PEDAL STARTS TO SHAKE. BROUGHT IT INTO DEALERSHIP ON 10/6/19 AS IT WAS THROWING A CODE FOR A WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. HAD THEM REPLACE THAT ALONG WITH A FULL BRAKE SYSTEM CHECK ONLY FOR IT TO START HAVING SAME ISSUES 2 WEEKS LATER. I'VE READ ONLINE OF MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVING THE EXACT SAME ISSUE ONLY FOR DODGE TO SLAP A BANDAID ON IT. I HAVE 3 KIDS AND DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THEM ANYWHERE AS IT IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN.

The contact's daughter owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact's daughter received a notification for Emissions Recall: U67 related to the catalytic converter. An appointment was scheduled to have the vehicle serviced; however, the day prior to the appointment, the check engine warning light illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure and stated that the warning light might be related to the emissions recall. The dealer performed a diagnostic test for the check engine warning light and discovered that the warning light was related to the cam shaft. The dealer replaced the catalytic converter and reset the computer which cleared the check engine warning light. Despite the repair, the vehicle shut off while driving on three separate occasions. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer each time however, the failure returned soon after the vehicle was repaired. Upon investigation, the contact linked the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V907000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the vehicle was not included in the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 99,000.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while the vehicle was stopped for a traffic signal or stopped for traffic, the vehicle was stalling. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the crankshaft sensor had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V907000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact called a local dealer and was advised that the information was correct and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.

The contact owned a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light illuminated and the security alarm sounded. Shortly afterward, the temperature gauge began to indicate the vehicle was overheating, and moments later vehicle lost automotive power. The contact was able to coast to the shoulder of the roadway, where the vehicle then burst into flames originating from the engine compartment. The overheating warning light was illuminated. Local emergency services arrived and were able to extinguish the flames. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and deemed a total loss by the contacts insurance provider. A fire report was filed and the contact was informed that investigators intended to inspect the vehicle. A police report was not filed and no injuries were reported. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 132,000.

While returning from a shopping trip with my mom the passenger headrest broke/exploded? It caused several small plastic fragments to fly from I guess inside and the headrest hit my mom in the back of the head. There were no lights to indicate a problem, no other vehicles around and we were only traveling 25 mph. No police or anyone else involved Ed. Wasn't sure what to do. I saw a recall for this on similar vehicles but mine is not included.

The other day I noticed my air bag warning light was on on my dashboard. I had my car hooked up to run the codes for the dash lights. It came back as the airbags in the drivers and passenger headrests had popped or started to pop. I had the headrests looked at and the black plastic cover on the back of it is partially coming off. There is a gap between the front of the headrest and the back of the headrest, big enough my finger can fit through. I was not in a car accident or anything like that, my car was parked for a few days and when I went to drive it, this is how I found it.

The drivers side seatbelt is coming unlatched while operating the vehicle. This happens sometimes with very little tension and almost always when a more sudden stop is needed. I have researched online and this appears to be a recurring problem with this vehicle specifically. I attempted to have it repaired but the cost was over $700 which I am completely unable to afford. In my opinion, an item as essential as this should not so easily malfunction and should be required to be repaired by the manufacturer immediately since it is clearly a problem had by many others.

The contact exited the vehicle and noticed a puddle of fluid on the ground underneath the vehicle. The contact stated that the fluid was possibly power steering fluid. The contact was on the way to work, and while the vehicle was in reverse(R), there was an abnormally loud sound coming from the steering wheel. The contact stopped at an auto specialty store, and when the contact checked the power steering fluid reservoir, the reservoir was empty. The contact refilled the power steering fluid reservoir. The contact stated that later in the day the contact checked the power steering fluid reservoir was checked and was empty. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure persisted. My abs, traction control, and my AWD service light all have been on making my car jump before I can accelerate and it then drives fine but today it would not allow me to go over 15MPH and all I could hear was grinding noises! This was the first time that has happened, I’ve replaced the wheel sensors, bearings, and all new tires it turned off for a couple months but now is back on! This is a huge hazard, I have 3 kids that were with me when the new incident happened and had to put my hazards on to make it into a gas station parking lot, this needs a recall on all senors, abs, cruise control, electrical, transmission. List goes on. What is it going to take for them to see many people have been complaining of the same issues at hand?? Is it going to take a serious or critical accident?? It should not have to get that far, I’ve complained a couple years ago and no one ever contacted about these issues. I just want my car safe for my kids! Please I beg of you to do something about these issues!

I was driving on the highway and my car started to jerk when I accelerated and hit the brakes. I pulled over to see what was wrong with the car. It hesitated to start back up and when it did it stalled. My ESC light came on and my engine light came on before I pulled over. I was stuck on the side of a busy highway with a car that almost caused an accident when it jerked. Took the car to AutoZone for a diagnostics check and got 3 error codes, P0344, P0128, and C121C-00. Was informed that there are similar issues being reported about cars of the same year, make, and model that was not included in a 2016-2017 recall and that there is an open investigation referring to the camshaft sensor being intermittent (Code P0344). There was no other warning lights on the dashboard. All the lights came on at the same time.

I CUT THE CAR OFF AND CALLED MY HUSBAND AND HE SAID AFTER 10 TO TRY AND START IT BACK UP AND IT DID IT CRUNK BACK UP AND I DROVE SLOWLY HOME WITH HAZARD LIGHTS ON AND WHEN I GOT HOME AND CUT THE CAR OFF I LET IT SIT FOR 10 MINUTES AGAIN AND WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS OFF. The engine/powertrain occasionally does not accelerate on the freeway causing us to backup traffic. This happens randomly and will eventually cause a major accident. I have contacted dodge but they want me to leave my car for 6 weeks with no loaner I am a single mother that is not possible. The car is under bumper to bumper coverage but they still wont fix the issue! Also my heated seats are stuck on high and often smell like they are going to catch fire! Again dodge wont help!

I received notice of a recall for my vehicle, when reviewing the recall list, I noticed I have issues where all icons come on, and the radio turns channel without selection. I can no longer check the vehicle status (oil level, tire pressure, etc.). I recently completed a scheduled oil change, and the next day received notice the vehicle was due for an oil change. In the recalls listed, I am having the same issue, but my VIN is not showing. Please help, as my 2016 Journey should be part of this list.

Driving home from work (about 10:45p on 7/22/2021), when, without warning, the ETC (electronic throttle control) and the Trac light came on. This led to an immediate lose of power with no ability to accelerate. This happened 7 times from Sterling Boulevard to Loudoun County Parkway exit on Rt 7. At one point, I was almost rear-end after loosing power. This happened to me once before on 7/18/2021 at 11:30p, again I was driving home from work. I called the dealership on 7/22, because I was out of town from 719-7/21, in the morning to see if they could repair the issue. They could not get me in until July 28th. They assured me it was safe to drive. If it happened again, I was instructed to stop and reset the vehicle, which was done every time I lost power on 7/22, but they assured me the vehicle was safe to drive to a job I had Salisbury, Maryland on Saturday (3 hrs away). I ended up canceling the job. My concern is that upon researching the internet, there seemed to be too many of the same stories. This issue seems to be affecting Journeys and Chargers based on my research. If I was on an Interstate with a semi behind me, there is no way that driver could have braked in time.

Vehicle started stalling repeatedly for brief moments, cruise control began to "stick" on. Vehicle does not "die" in these instances but all electrical components shut down for a very brief moment then come back on. This happens frequently and for no apparent reason associated with road/driving conditions. Cruise control also wouldn't turn off when problems started. Haven't tried to use cruise control since first instance for fear of safety.

I believe the 2016 Dodge Journeys should be included in the 15V675000 recall. My passenger side floorboard was wet, mechanic changed filter but water can still be heard sloshing in the car. Since then, emergency brake, and check engine light will randomly turn on while I’m driving. The “service AWD” and “service park assist system” notice will turn on when I start my car. Now, the car is not registering as parked. I can’t turn the car on and it goes into a security mode because I get a “car not in park” notice. I have had the car serviced and checked multiple times and no codes come up. I have the brakes checked when the light ABS light flashes, no issues can be found.

For several month my brake light would illuminate when I would hit brakes. Then the ABS light and traction control light also came on. Took it to shop and said it was the electric stability control module and dodge journeys are known for this but it only recalls 2012-2015. Mine is a 2016. Pretty sure it should also be included in the recall, nevertheless they tried to charge me almost $600 to fix, I refused.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated while driving at 55 MPH, the ABS warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake pads needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the brake pads were replaced. The contact also stated that the cruise control system failed to operate as designed, and the driver’s side window failed to open as needed. The contact stated that the Navigation System was inoperable and there were also several unknown warning lights illuminated upon starting the vehicle. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.

My car Intermittent just shuts down while driving on the road without warning and has done so 4 times now with my family in it as this is the family car. Thank God no one has been hurt or any accidents at this time. When it shuts down you loose control of the vehicle and the steering wheel locks and unable to move safely off the road you have to stop in the middle of traffic and put it in neutral and get out and push it off the road! I have had it sent to two shops to find the problem and they both come up with the Crank Shaft Sensor the first one replaced and the problem still happens! So the 2nd shop a Dodge dealership has diagnosed the same problem but then they say the Recall S89 is the problem with my vehicle but because My vehicle was made 6 months before the start of the recall they say I have to fix the problem out of pocket and I refuse to do it! If there is a known problem and a fix for it on a recall then the recall date should be changed to include older models with the same issues. Thank you for any and all assistance in this matter.

I HAVE A 2016 DODGE JOURNEY ABOUT A MONTH AGO RAN OVER A LARGE RAIN PUDDLE WHILE TURNING IN TO GET SOME GAS. FILLED UP AND AS I'M DRIVING OFF ABS, BRAKE, AND THE SWERVING CAR SIGNAL KEPT COMING ON. MY FUEL GAUGE READER WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO EMPTY AND THE SPEEDOMETER WOULD GO UP AND DOWN RANDOM TIMES WHILE DRIVING. COUPLE DAYS LATER WE HAD TOOK IT IN TO GET CHECKED OUT WAS TOLD MY FUEL SENSOR WENT OUT AND NEEDED TO GET A NEW FUEL PUMP BECAUSE THE SENSOR WAS INSIDE OF IT. HAD IT FIXED AFTER WAITING TWO DAYS FROM OUR CAR GUY DROVE IT OFF THE REPAIR SHOP AND NOT EVEN HOURS LATER THE SAME ISSUE. WAS TOLD I HAD WARRANTY ON FUEL PUMP PURCHASED FROM DEALERSHIP AND THEY WOULD REPLACE IT AGAIN. I TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD NEEDED A NEW FUEL PUMP AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 135 PER ERROR CODE AND THEN WOULD TELL ME WHAT ADDITIONALLY NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE CAR FOR UP TO A WEEK. THE CAR WAS JUST PURCHASED IN AUG 2018 AND IT HAS UNDER 54K MILES ON IT. WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AT ANY GIVEN TIME ALL THE LIGHTS CONTINUE TO COME ON. THE CAR STOPPED ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. My vehicle, like those of numerous other Dodge Journey owners, has a malfunctioning ABS Control Module. Because of this malfunction, the ABS and cruise control do not work, placing me and my family in an unsafe situation. Some owners have even reported that they cannot drive their vehicles due to locked brakes resulting from this malfunction. My abs module has malfunctioned so I lost anti lock brakes traction control and cruise control. The dealership has no parts and don't know when they can them. I also have another vehicle from chrysler with same issue They have no idea when they will get parts and want me to pay up front before they order it. I find that wrong in so many ways. I called chrysler and they didn't give a darn. I asked if car was safe to drive and all I got was I don't know. I don't know about you but this is pure bs this should be a recall item I mean it's only the brake system. This a huge problem it's not just chrysler they all bought cheap Chinese parts and they don't work. You need to put a fire up [XXX] to fix this before someone dies They are putting thousands of new cars out and they rest of us can't get parts. Front blowers blow hot air when A/C is turned on, defrost won’t work in winter, the backup camera keeps going black and glitching when in reverse, my abs, traction control, and AWD service keeps coming on, I have changed both front wheel sensors, wheel-barrings, brakes, and all new tires. It helped for a month no lights on and it drove amazing no issues and one day it started again and when I try to accelerate you can feel it not want to go, I hear a grind noise and then the car will jump super hard then the AWD service will kick on and traction control turns off and it will drive fine again. I have 3 kids and do not feel safe anymore driving my car! Im shocked there isn’t a recall on any of these issues considering there have and still are a lot of complaints on the same issues I’m having. Also cruise control won’t work. I seen it was recalled but previous owner had taken it in and got it replaced but it definitely is bad again. I know these issues can not be good on my car’s transmission or engine! Please help me! I’ve filed a complaint before and heard from no one.

The driver's headrest in my 2016 Dodge Journey has deployed and will not reset. The plastic pieces that hold the metal bar have broken. I have read about many other owners of Journeys, that are experiencing the same issue, yet there is no official recall. I have not taken it to be inspected.

WE WERE DRIVING THE CAR WHEN STEERING SUDDENLY BECAME ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. IT WAS FRIGHTENING AND DANGEROUS. WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO MUSCLE THE CAR TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, DODGING TRAFFIC ALL THE WAY, AND STOP. WE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND WERE INFORMED THE RACK AND PINION STEERING HAD GONE OUT. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THEY MADE A PROVISION OF SERVICING THE VEHICLE FOR A MANUFACTURER SERVICE CAMPAIGN REGARDING THE SUSPENSION, AND THEY REPLACED THE LOWER CONTROL ARM. THE REPAIR FAILED TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION; THEREFORE, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE STEERING BOOT MAY BE FAULTY. THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL AND THE SUSPENSION WAS VERY UNSTABLE WHEN DRIVING. SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER HAVING NEW TIRES PUT ON MY SUV, I NOTICED THE SERVICE AWD, TRACTION CONTROL, AND ABS LIGHTS WERE ON CONTINUOUSLY ON MY PANEL WHEN IN MOTION AND UPON LEARNING THE IGNITION BUTTON. SOMETIMES THEY'D GO OFF EITHER MOVING OR STATIONARY BUT THEN AS 2 MONTHS PASSED, THEY'D REMAIN ON AT ALL TIMES. I WASN'T ABLE TO ENGAGE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THOSE LIGHTS WERE ON. I HAD 2 NEAR ACCIDENTS FROM NEARLY HITTING 2 LARGE DEER. I HIT MY BRAKES AND MY TIRES DID BUT WASN'T TO GRIP THE ROAD AND JUST FELT LIKE THEY WERE ON ICE (IN SUMMER) . WHEN THEY WOULD GRIP THEY MADE A LOUD NOISE AND THEN I WAS ABLE TO STOP BUT NOT WITHOUT SMELLING BURNT RUBBER. I HAVE HEARD FROM A FRIEND OF MINE THAT IS A MECHANIC THAT HE HAD A FEELING IT WAS MY ABS SENSOR BUT DIDNT HAVE ACCESS TO A DODGE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AS HE WORKS FOR A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. IVE HEARD FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT THIS HAS BEEN A "COMMON" PROBLEM RECENTLY WITH JOURNEYS. I PAID 97 DOLLARS FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FORMA NON-DEALER GARAGE AND THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS MY RIGHT FRONT ABS SENSOR AND IT WAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. I CALLED THE DODGE DEALERSHIP AND I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN THERE FOR THE RECALL THAT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I BROUGHT MY SUV IN AND THE ADVISOR DIDN'T BELIEVE IT WAS MY SENSOR UNTIL IT WAS REPLACED. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE JOURNEYS HAVE BEEN COMING IN BY THE DOZEN OVER THIS ISSUE AND ALL OVER THE U.S. THAT WAS THE ONLY SENSOR CHECKED AND REPLACED AND MY WARRANTY IS ABOUT DONE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE HAVE 3 KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND I DON'T WANT ACCIDENTS FOR ANYONE OVER THIS ISSUE. MY KIDS NEARLY LOST ME LAST YEAR IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT. MY VEHICLE WAS SERVICED OCT. 2018

ON JULY 22, 2017, I TRIED TO START MY CAR AND IT WOULDN'T START. I CALLED A TOW TRUCK COMPANY AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE THE VEHICLE TO NO AVAIL. THEY TOWED THE VEHICLE TO KENDALL DODGE CHRYSLER AND JEEP. THE VEHICLE SAT AT THE DEALER FOR OVER 8 DAYS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE VEHICLE BACK IT STILL HAD ELECTRICAL ISSUE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK IN AND THEY REPAIRED THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES AGAIN. IN FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR THE WHILE I WAS DRIVING WITH MY FOUR KIDS IN THE CAR (2 OF WHICH ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 3) THE ANTILOCK BRAKE LIGHT TURNED ON AND THE CAR STOPPED ON ITS OWN. AFTER ACCELERATOR WAS TOUGH TO TOUCH. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THE CAR WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. I CALLED DODGE DIRECTLY AND THEY CALLED THE DEALER AND THE TOLD THEM TO REPAIR THE CAR. THE DEALER STILL GAVE ME A HARD TIME AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RENTAL CAR. THEY MADE ME CALL DODGE AGAIN AND HAVE THEM AUTHORIZE A RENTAL. THE CAR IS NOW GIVING ME ELECTRICAL ISSUES AGAIN ALONG WITH THE ANTILOCK BRAKE LIGHT TURNING ON SPORADICALLY AND WHEN I CALLED DODGE DIRECTLY THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE GOING TO SEND A TECH TO CHECK THE VEHICLE OUT. IF THEY CAN RECREATE THE PROBLEM THEN I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PROBLEM TO HAPPEN AGAIN. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE ANTILOCK BRAKES TO LOCK UP AGAIN WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR. THE VEHICLE CLEARLY HAS A RECURRING ELECTRICAL ISSUE THAT CAN NOT BE FIXED. THIS VEHICLE IS A DANGER TO ME AND MY FAMILY IT IS A TIME BOMB WAITING TO EXPLODE WITH THE ANTILOCK BRAKE LOCKING UP WHILE I'M DRIVING OR EVEN PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. WHILE DRIVING MY CAR IT WOULD SHAKE/JOLT WHEN GOING DOWN HILL AND PRESSING THE BRAKES. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER WHO SAID THAT THE ROTORS WERE WARPED AND NEEDED REPLACED, SAYING THAT THIS WAS DUE TO THE WAY I DROVE THE CAR THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS/DOWN HILL. AT THIS POINT I HAD ONLY HAD THE CAR SHORT OF TWO MONTHS. THEY ALSO SAID THAT THE BRAKES WOULD NEED REPLACED DUE TO THIS WEAR. THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW VEHICLE ONLY A YEAR OLD AT THE TIME. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I AM TOLD THAT THIS IS "NORMAL WEAR" AND NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. WHILE DRIVING/TURNING MY CAR SEEMS TO HALT AND MAKE A GRUNTING/RUBBING NOISE. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES WHO SAYS THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE HAD ME REPLACE MY BRAKES PADS AND ROTORS TWICE IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS. SOMETHING IS WRONG AND I BELIEVE THAT WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS CONTINUES TO DAMAGE MY BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS.

I bought the car in 2019 . Since purchasing it has had electrical issues. The AC blew hot air, the rear windows did not work, the center console usb plug caught fire, the lights on dash flicker. Dome light comes on by itself. Now the head lights flicker and go out. I have had it checked , and on computers nothing comes up.I cannot even use cruise control because it speeds up on its own to high speeds. I contacted the dealership, I was told I was making it up, I took it in and was told they could not find anything. I have taken video, and even have numerous witnesses to this. This is just one of many issues.Three nights ago on my way home from the store all my lights went out on the highway. It was pitch black. I was lucky no one was around me and I was able to get off the near by exit without crashing. There is no recalls on my car but on the 2016 Dodge journey this is mentioned by numerous customers. I even contacted Dodge Chrysler and was told they have no records of any issues with my year make or model.

Was driving car after cleaning it had a box in trunk that barely took a portion of the trunk up. While drive smelt smoke and electrical smell and my trunk was on fire inside. Pulled over and the back hatch inside got so hot from what I can only guess was electrical that the box caught fire. This caused a whole inside back hatch and melted part of my seat and damaged my storage containers.

The contact stated that an inspection was completed, and the vehicle failed the Emissions test due to DTC: P40; for the catalytic converter and Oxygen sensor. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 97,000.

While driving the car, car stalled and began displaying the lightning bolt icon on the cluster. The power steering stopped working and the brake was very stiff and hard to depress. I pulled off the road and waited a few minutes and started the car again. The idle was very rough, icon was still displayed on the cluster, and car began jerking and stalled again. I had the vehicle towed to the house and began looking into the issue. Error codes read on the car was P0365: Camshaft Position Sensor “B” Circuit, and the red lightning bolt indicating an issue with the electronic throttle body. The battery was taken out and tested bad so it was replaced. The throttle body was cleaned and tested good. When I tried to start the car after the codes were cleared, the vehicle attempted to start but wasn't able to turn over fully. The P0365 code returned. I then had a mechanic come check out the car to see if he could do anything to help. He determined that the valves in the engine were bent and the cars timing was off. With all of this being said, This issue I am complaining about is the P0365 Camshaft sensor code. There was a recall for the camshaft sensors in some 2016 Dodge Journeys but my VIN did not fall in that range. When I called FCA, I was told there was nothing to be done because my VIN wasn't included in the recall. A bad camshaft sensor would cause all of the issues that I am experiencing with the car. If the sensor is bad or doesn't perform as it should, it could effect the overall timing of the engine's firing sequence, causing stalling, failure to start, and damage to the engine, like in my case with the bent valves. This incident posed a severe safety risk to myself and the other drivers around me due to the loss of power steering and partial loss of braking ability. Luckily this incident did not occur on the interstate or major highway, where there are speeds in excess of 55 mph.

Had to leave it on the side of the road and it got towed by highway patrol.Also rewend the battery. Now we are stuck without a ride.i looked up the recalls it said they were repaired but I don't think that's true.

In regards to the recall S89 that has NOT been issued for my 2016 Dodge Journey - the crankshaft sensor has been replaced 3 times. While traveling on the highway, at highway speeds the vehicle will just die with little to no warning. Most recently 7/20/2023 - this is the 3rd time this has occurred.

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Journey. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the vehicle hesitated upon the depression of the accelerator pedal. The vehicle entered LIMP Mode with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact initially took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle with a shift solenoid defect related to the engine control module (ECM). The contact took the vehicle to several other independent mechanics and was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The contact then received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V332000 (Electrical System, Vehicle Speed Control) which she linked to the failure. The dealer and the manufacturer were notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the software update would be covered under recall; however, any additional repairs would be paid out of pocket. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

When making a turn and accelerating the gas the vehicle pops. This vehicle is a 1 time owner has 36,385 miles and is the rear differential and electric clutch assembly on rear differential is out. This vehicle should not have something this major occurring with the low mileage. So far no recalls. However I have seen multiple complaints within google search. This is a safety issue as it feels as though the vehicle is going to delay in turning and could cause an accident.

This all began on or around 10/8. The engine light came on in the vehicle after which time the vehicle was no longer driven by owner as a safety precaution. On 10/11 the vehicle was diagnosed by Aamco transmissions. The mechanic advised the vehicle had experience hydraulic pressure failure, the hydraulic pump in the vehicle went out unexpectedly. The mechanic said all fluids were inspected and topped off and look well all except transmission fluid, which was described as burnt. The mechanic explained that because of the pump failure the transmission wasn’t receiving any pressure. I found an open recall not specific to my VIN but specific to 2016 Dodge Journeys that was for power train automatic transmissions. Recall number was S44. Another recall number was 16V461000. The consequences of this recall is exactly what my vehicle experienced. AAMCO also confirmed they see this a lot with my type of vehicle. My vehicle is available for inspection. My safety was gravely out at risk as I drive a lot taking my kids to basketball practice. I live in a very busy area metro Atlanta and have used the expressway often I could have loss the ability to brake at a higher speed or completely shut off in the middle of high speed traffic.

The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where they informed the contact the camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor should be replaced. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V907000 ( Engine and Engine Cooling). The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000.

The problem started back in April, where lights on my dash started coming on. I noticed a different feel when i drive now. I dont know if its electrical steering or what. Its the BRAKE, ABS, A TIRE, and A Car with Swerve Lines... I dont feel safe when me and my kids are in truck. One time i was driving and it said i was going 99 but was actually going 45. Also it says there are 4 RECALLS ON THIS MODEL but when i put my VIN its says i have no unrepaired recalls. THAT IS FALSE! THE RECALLS LOOK LIKE SOME OF THE RPOBLEMS MY VEHICLE IS HAVING. Sometimes when I turn my car on the front screen won’t turn on it will stay black, when I go to back up my rear view camera won’t work, sometimes my two front windows won’t roll down, my defroster won’t turn on in the front, my blowers used to work where I was able to switch them to defrost, just face, or feet but it’s just stuck on one setting and my passenger side blows hot air when the AC is on. In winter it’s hard to see out my front window even when I let the car warm up, it will fog up while I’m driving and it causes me not to see and could potentially cause a major accident, also in the summertime when I need the AC for my children and it’s not working properly can effect them as well, my car definitely should be on the recall list for several things that have been recalled, I feel unsafe to drive it especially with my babies in the car. It’s my only transportation for anything! Along side with my AWD light flickering on and off and causing my car to slow down and not accelerate, it feels like it’s going to stall and would not be good in the middle of traffic.

ONE TIRE COULD BE 39 WHEN YOU BEGIN AND FIVE MINUTES LATER IT COULD DISPLAY 34 PSI. THE VEHICLE IS ALWAYS IMBALANCED CAUSING IT TO ROCK.

AFTER BEING REAR ENDED AT A STOPPED POSITION AND PUSHED INTO ANOTHER STOPPED VEHICLE IN FRONT, THUS CAUSING A DOUBLE COLLISION, THE DRIVER SEAT HEADREST COMPLETELY EJECTED FROM DRIVER SEAT. DRIVER SEAT ADJUSTMENT BAR CAUSED DEEP TISSUE DAMAGE TO LEGS. THIRD ROW SEAT SPLIT AND SEPARATED SEAT SURFACE FROM BACK SUPPORT. INCIDENT TOOK PLACE AT A REDLIGHT FOR A LEFT-TURN LANE FROM THE HIGHWAY TO AN INTERSECTING ROAD. VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY A MINIVAN STILL MAINTAINING FULL HIGHWAY SPEED OF AT LEAST 55 MPH. LITTLE OVER 30K MILES. ABOUT 47 MPH ON A 45 HIGHWAY AND NEEDED TO VEER RIGHT. I HAD MY MUSIC TURNED UP AND INSTEAD OF BREAKING I ALLOWED THE CAR TO COAST SO THE SPEED WOULD DROP BEFORE MY TURN I NEEDED TO MAKE. . WHEN I DROPPED TO A SPEED I WAS HAPPY WITH, THEN I START BREAKING AND THATS WHEN I REALIZED THE CAR HAD CUT OFF, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP, AND THE BRAKES BECAME TOUGHER TO PUSH. WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION ON THE HIGHWAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT APPEAR. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE VEHICLE LOSES ALL POWER AND BRAKES. AT THIS POINT I AM UNABLE TO ACCELERATE TO MOVE TO A SAFE AREA WHERE THE CAR NEEDS TO BE TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED. ONCE THE VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF AND BACK ON THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS LIT AND THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WILL TURN OFF MOMENTARILY. UPON DRIVING THE VEHICLE AGAIN, THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WILL TURN BACK ON AND THE PREVIOUS STEPS NEED TO BE REPEATED.

I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH SEVERAL THINGS. FIRST WHEN I STOP THE CAR IT ACTS LIKE IT DOESN'T WANT TO STOP. IT WILL ACTUALLY COME TO A BUMPY STOP FINALLY. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON. AFTER HAVING THE COMPUTER CHECKED THE CODE WAS FOR THE CATALICK CONVERTER NOT FUNCTIONING. THE LAST ISSUE HAPPENED YESTERDAY AND WHENI WAS DRIVING MY CAR DECIDED TO DECELERATE FOR NO REASON. I WAS LUCK I WAS ON A FARM MARKET ROAD AND NOT A MAJOR HIGHWAY. I HAVE CHECKED FOR RECALLS ON MY VEHOCLE VIA VIN NUMBER. HOWEVER MY SPECIFIC VIN IS NOT LISTED, BUT I AM EXPERIENCING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECALLS. THE DEALER (LAWTON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, 215 SE INTERSTATE DR, LAWTON, OK 73501, (580) 350-6000) DIAGNOSED THAT IT WAS DUE TO A HARDWARE FAILURE, BUT PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO NOTIFY SIRIUS XM. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED SIRIUS XM AND WAS INFORMED TO NOTIFY THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO SERVICE THE RADIO. THE RADIO FAILURE WAS NOT RESOLVED. THE VEHICLE WAS RECENTLY PURCHASED LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO AND THE DEALER PROVIDED NO REASON AS TO WHY THEY HAD NOT COMPLETED THE RECALL REPAIR FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V907000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) PRIOR TO SELLING THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THERE WAS ALSO AN INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE WITH OTHER COMPONENTS BESIDES THE RADIO. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,300. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY CAR HAS LOST ENGINE POWER, ALONG WITH POWER STEERING AND BREAKS. I PULLED UP TO A LIGHT AND STOPPED TO TURN RIGHT. I WAS ON A BUSY SURFACE STREET. AS I TRIED TO TURN AND ACCELERATE I FOUND THE POWER STEERING WAS GONE AND THAT THE CAR WAS ROLLING. ALL THE CAR ELECTRICAL I.E. MUSIC , LIGHTS WERE ON BUT THE ENGINE WAS DEAD. I HIT THE POWER BUTTON AND THE CAR STARTED AGAIN. I WILL TAKE THIS CAR INTO DODGE AGAIN BUT I SUSPECT THAT THEY WILL TELL ME THAT THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE AND SEND ME HOME WITH IT. CAR HAS 20K MILES, WHILE DRIVING THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS CAME ON. DEALERSHIP DISCOVERED THAT, IN ADDITION TO THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL, THE AIRBAGS WERE NOT WORKING. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT WATER BOTTLES HAD ROLLED UNDER THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AND BROKEN THE WIRES FOR THE AIRBAGS. THIS IS A 8 SEAT FAMILY VEHICLE AND CAN BE ASSUMED THAT CHILDREN WOULD BE IN THE BACK SEAT, THEREFORE SPILLS AND/OR TRASH ARE LIKELY TO ROLE UNDER THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SEATS, YET THE WIRES IN QUESTION OR THIN, FRAGILE, AND UNPROTECTED. FURTHERMORE, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY WARNING LIGHTS THAT THE AIRBAGS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG THE AIRBAGS HAVE NOT BEEN FUNCTIONING. DURING A GOOGLE SEARCH, I DISCOVERED THAT SEVERAL OLDER DODGE VEHICLES HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR SIMILAR ISSUE, YET DODGE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DESIGN FLAW. THE WIRES UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT SUPPOSEDLY DO NOT AFFECT THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL, BUT I BELIEVE IT IS SUSPECT THAT THESE ISSUE OCCURRED AT THE SAME TIME (AND COMPLAINTS ON OTHER DODGE VEHICLES HAVE INDICATED THAT MOVEMENT OF THE SEATS DISLODGED THE WIRES AND TURNED OFF ABS AND AIRBAGS). THE DEALERSHIP WANTS 300 DOLLARS TO FIX THE WIRES, BUT OFFERS NO WAY OF PREVENTING THE PROBLEM FROM REOCCURRING. I HAVE ALSO FOUND THREE SAFETY RECALLS ON THIS MODEL THAT NEITHER DODGE OR THEIR SERVICES PROVIDERS HAVE NEVER INFORMED ME OF! I BELIEVE THIS MODEL NEEDS TO BE CLOSELY INSPECTED, AS IT ALREADY HAS THREE SAFETY RECALLS IN LESS THAN A YEAR (NOT INCLUDING THIS ISSUE). I DO NOT HAVE PICTURES, BUT THE DEALERSHIP DOES.
