Premature battery depletion. Brand new battery 2 months old was completely dead. On 3rd battery in one calendar year. Stranded with young children in car that cannot even be jumpstarted. Dealer has confirmed issue and has reportedly has had numerous owners with the same issue, same vehicle. No warnings, or prior issue, car has absolutely no power.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH, the instrument cluster, Wi-Fi, A/C, Cruise Control, and Navigation System went blank, and failed to display any information. The contact stated that the vehicle had not lost power. The contact stated that the failure was constant. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the vehicle needed a software update to be completed; however, the dealer stated that the update was not available from the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.

Vehicle has a malfunctioning climate control system due to electrical / software issues. When the climate control a/c is set to manual mode it will have a "ghost" control which will randomly change settings, it changes the set temperature - recirculating mode - a/c on and off - fan speed - fan direction (windshield, face, feet) - and will also apply to the rear passenger control unit. The main and lower front climate control screens will act "crazy" when this "ghost/glitch". is happening and randomly change settings, the driver cannot override it when it is happening until the vehicle is shut off. It is extremely dangerous as this malfunctioning climate control will let the front windshield moisture build up and be impossible to clear off - which leads to a visual obstruction and could result in a crash, it's especially bad for us in the PacNW in the winter when it is dark and always wet, not being able to keep the windshield clear is scary. I've reported the issue date as 12/24/22, but it happens frequently. I have recorded videos of it happening on my iPhone but the file size is too large for here. We are still waiting for parts from Jeep to get this issue fixed, there are multiple reports from other owners on this issue also, why is this vehicle allowed to be sold to the public ? It has so many issues.

Complaint - The wiring harness in my engine compartment is mounted on the firewall below the cowl. It runs from the driver’s side to the passenger side. On my vehicle, it has a significant drop on the driver's side, almost hitting the master brake cylinder cover. The wiring harness does move significantly on the driver's side. Note-Some kinds of clips are molded onto the wire harness cover. Upon inspection of the wiring harness and cover, there is nothing that I and Service Director could find to attach the wiring harness to the firewall to keep it permanently up and away from the driver-side master cylinder brakes. Notes - My vehicle is available to you for inspection if warranted. -Dealership Service Mgr Director and Wagoneer customer service were notified and were inspected. I/we also confirmed and noted that other identical vehicles have the same problem. — inspection was performed either on the service lot by Director and myself or in the Dealership Showroom Display vehicle by me. -WCS officially informed me on 7/8/2022 that the Service Director said my vehicle wiring harness was manufactured as designed, and WCS goes by what the Director says. Because I told them (WCS) I was filling a complaint with NHTSA, they will close my case. -As of this date, no problems or failures are noted. Impression- This potential safety hazard could lead to electrical shorts, major components failure, and a possible fire hazard when the vehicle is in motion due to vibration wear, including off-road use.

Dear NHTSA, I am filing this complaint regarding a serious and ongoing turbocharger and engine problem in my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Despite being one of Jeep’s flagship luxury vehicles, my SUV has experienced repeated engine warning lights, loss of power, and now complete turbo failure—all within 57,300 miles and under warranty. Soon after purchase (used, low mileage), the check engine light began appearing repeatedly. The dealership (Jeep Pearson, Broad Street, Richmond, VA) performed several repairs and software resets, but the problem always returned. Recently, I was informed that the turbocharger must be replaced—an alarming issue for such a premium vehicle. These failures have created safety risks including: Sudden loss of acceleration while driving on highways or merging. Hesitation or delayed throttle response, leading to unpredictable behavior in traffic. Concern about engine stalling or overheating from repeated malfunction. I have already escalated the issue to Jeep Brand (Stellantis) and requested the following: Vehicle replacement with a safe, defect-free model; Buyback and loan payoff to remove liability from a defective vehicle; or Two-year warranty extension covering all turbo and powertrain components. Despite multiple service visits and my written escalation, Jeep has not provided a permanent fix or assurance that the problem won’t return after repair. My warranty is nearing expiration, leaving me at risk of future costs caused by what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Through online research and owner discussions, I’ve found other Grand Wagoneer owners reporting similar turbo failures, power loss, and recurring check-engine issues, often before 60,000 miles. This suggests a potential systemic defect that could compromise safety across the 2022 Grand Wagoneer line. I respectfully ask NHTSA to Investigate turbo and powertrain reliability in 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneers. While traveling on San Marcos Highway between Luling and San Marcos at 65 MPH, the vehicle began to lose speed and I realized the engine was no longer powering the vehicle. No warning indicators other than an unresponsive throttle. I was able to coast off onto the shoulder and bring the vehicle to a stop. The dash prompted me to put the vehicle in park before starting so somehow the vehicle turned off while driving. I have experienced numerous electrical nuances with this vehicle, but mainly to the comfort systems (A/C, radio), but a vehicle randomly turning off while driving is what prompted me to file this report.

The engine in our 2022 Wagoneer failed. We bought the car on April 30, 2022 and it had 15,000 miles on it when the engine blew. We were driving on I-70 near Burlington, CO when the message on the did ash read something to the effect of put the car in park. There were no other warning lights. Immediately, the car began to lose power and white smoke started to come out of the exhaust. We were able to get the car to the shoulder from the left lane, however, we were going 75mph or so and could’ve gotten into a wreck. A wrecker was called through Wagoneer roadside assistance and came about 2 hours after the initial call. The anti lock brakes on the car kept locking when the car was put into neutral to try to get the car on the wrecker. The engine barely started at this point. The closest dealer was in limon, co which is where the car is currently. Upon visual inspection, a new engine was ordered under warranty. Apparently, the engine was completely locked at this point and the service dept in Limon couldn’t even start the car. We don’t know if there is anything else wrong. Additionally, there is another Wagoneer at the Transwest dealership in limon, co with a blown engine.

The front windshield in our vehicle is severely distorted and causes other vehicles and objects to appear to be in different positions when viewing objects greater than 30° from the center of the driver's perspective. This is a well-documented manufacturing issue with the early build Grand Wagoneers. There is a technical service bulletin with an overview of the problem (23-015-22). We brought our vehicle to an authorized dealer on [XXX]. The service technician could see the issue instantly as we were parked next to a stair railing that severely distorted when viewed through the windshield. He created a report and passed it on to Wagoneer customer care. Although this is not covered in our warranty, we are still working to have the issue resolved through the factory. Multiple people have reported this issue and the only remedy is to replace the original glass with the manufacturing defect. Wagoneer Customer service has acknowledged this and actually posted the technical service bulletin and helps in remediation. That night and dusk, this is a serious safety concern. The refraction of the oncoming car's headlights move the vehicles placement when viewed through the windshield. It can cause flickering and flashing distracting the driver. There are several other scenarios that would be dangerous with a distorted and misplaced object in the driver's field of view. The windshield has distortion in it. This is visible from the outside and the inside of the vehicle. This is an EXTREME hazard one that can easily cause an accident as it alters the depth perception of items within the windshield. A passenger riding in the front seat can actually start to feel sick (like sea sickness) due to this distortion. The manufacturer claims they have never heard of this and they do not warranty windshields even though this is a factory defect. Many forums discuss this issue as well.

Subject: Safety Complaint – 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer – Multiple Safety-Critical Failures and Warranty Concerns. I am the owner of a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (purchase price $114,000 USD), well maintained and currently with 41,000 miles. Despite careful use, it has developed multiple recurring electrical and mechanical failures that present serious safety risks: •Parking and side sensors fail, making obstacle and blind-spot detection unreliable. •Rear-view camera often shows a solid blue screen in reverse, leaving no rear visibility. •Main display flickers, freezes, or shuts off; infotainment reboots while driving, disabling controls. •Entire electronic system resets mid-drive, affecting safety features. •Power liftgate fails to open. •Air suspension changes height on its own, affecting handling and stability. While the basic 36,000-mile warranty has expired, the vehicle still has a 60,000-mile powertrain warranty. Many of these failures involve safety-critical systems that should be addressed without cost to the owner. I recently brought the vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealer, who charged $1,399 USD just for diagnostics instead of addressing them under warranty or goodwill. These issues are widely reported by other 2022 Grand Wagoneer owners, suggesting systemic defects. I respectfully request that NHTSA investigate promptly, require Jeep/Stellantis to issue recalls where necessary, provide a permanent fix, and ensure dealers address safety-related defects regardless of basic warranty expiration.

This vehicle has alignment issues causing vibration at higher speeds and excessive tire wear. After multiple alignments and tire balances, nothing has resolved the issues. Dealers are not doing anything about issues. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Our 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer has wheel alignment issues. We are going to our third set of tires in 56,000 miles. Vehicle has excessive vibration traveling over 75 mph after tires have been balanced. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? When tires have excessive wear, they do not grip the road safely and an increased danger in wet weather. Vibration at higher speeds can cause loss of control. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Dealer just says it's out of alignment and charges 200 dollars to align vehicle, but this does not fix the issues. Dealers are no help in this issue Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Only dealer and tire shops. Tire shop says it is a suspension issues, but Jeep dealer denies that Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? Our car is now having two issues: 1. The first issue is extremely scary, but we found a temporary work around so have been dealing with it for months as we needed are car. If the auto stop/start is not turned off (which has to happen ever time the car is started), the car essentially puts on an emergency break and shuts down the car at the first for second stop. This happened in the middle of a busy intersection the first time and happened numerous other times including while I was on the phone with the Jeep dealership. It is extremely dangerous as you can be stuck at a stop light in the middle of the road and the car has to be turned off and turned back on. We drive on [XXX] in michigan daily for work and it is a 55mph road with dozens of stop lights making this a huge safety hazard. I have seen numerous other people on a Jeep Wagoneer facebook page with the same issue. 2. The second issue is more recent, but has made the car un-drivable. While driving suddenly the "service fuel system" alert comes on with the check engine light flashing and the car feels like it is going to stall out, then it will regulate and the alert will go away, then it will come back a minute later. We immediately drove our car to the dealership as it was not drivable that way and they have had it for 3 weeks unable to find a fix. I was told the vehicle has a TSB out for stuck thermostat in the engine. It can cause malfunctions, overheating, etc. we also have an issue with the trunk door not closing or opening properly due to a module issue.

While I was driving at around 35 miles per hour and tried to stop in a short distance because of the “should I go or not” situation at the traffic light, the whole vehicle was shut off at a blink of an eye. Soon after I noticed it and tried to imitate the incident to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, it happened three time in a row. The incident can only be seen at night time when light from the headlight is visible since it happens so quick. It wasn’t just about headlight. The engine shut off and turned back momentarily as well. Thankfully each event didn’t last longer than a second and there weren’t any vehicles nearby. When I told a CDJR Monrovia service department manager about the incident and said we need to investigate, he was not serious about it. And nothing was inspected upon the request. There were no warning signs prior to the failure.

The vehicle came to a screeching stop with no visible reason for doing so. Three cars behind me also had to come to an abrupt and dangerous stop to avoid me. I pulled out of my driveway, began to drive, reached 10 mph, then came to a full brake, causing tires to screech. The speed of traffic behind me was approx 25mph.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated that after entering the vehicle, it was discovered that the front passenger's side seat lumbar section had erroneously bulged outward making the front passenger’s seat extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the contact stated while seated, the front passenger's head did not comfortably reach the headrest. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was determined that the front passenger’s seat lumbar module was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred with the front driver's side seat several months later. The front driver's side seat was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted regarding the failures. The failure mileage was 51,000.

At approximately 38,000 miles we were driving on the expressway heading west into the evening sun when we pulled down the driver sunvisor for the first time and heard a snap and the entire visor fell off the roof into driver lap. Heavy visibility and safety concern. Also near 56,000 miles the exact same thing happened on the passenger side of the vehicle and after much research, this appears to be a very common theme for these parts and we are concerned as a consumer to spend close to $1,000 to replace this safety equipment to only have the same thing happen again. Need help as Jeep and the local dealership are unwilling to offer any assistance.

I own a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III (VIN [XXX] ) that has experienced repeated, unresolved electrical system failures which pose a direct risk to my safety and to the motoring public. The vehicle has already required fourteen warranty visits, with thirty-one days out of service and twenty repeat repairs. The problems include multiple no-crank/no-start events that have left me stranded, four premature battery failures, and ongoing electrical malfunctions affecting the instrument cluster, infotainment system, HVAC, rear camera, mirrors, power running boards, and other electronic modules. These failures show that the electrical system is unstable and unpredictable. On [XXX], after the latest no-start incident, the dealership’s service manager told me directly that the issue was “more than just a bad battery.” Despite this acknowledgment, the only action taken was to replace the battery for the fourth time and declare the vehicle “repaired.” Jeep’s customer care initially agreed that the history showed a deeper safety issue and promised to open a STAR engineering inspection, but that inspection has never been scheduled. Instead, I am being pressured to pick up and drive a vehicle that the dealership itself admitted has unresolved electrical problems. This is not just a matter of inconvenience — the risk of sudden electrical shutdowns while driving, or the loss of critical safety systems such as brakes, steering modules, and cameras, presents a clear hazard to my family and others on the road. A vehicle with this history should not be returned to service based only on repeated battery swaps while the underlying defect remains unidentified. I respectfully ask NHTSA to investigate the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III for systemic electrical failures and to ensure that Stellantis does not force consumers to operate unsafe vehicles that continue to suffer from recurring electrical shutdowns. The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated while driving at approximately 80 MPH, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the message "Shift to Park and Restart" was displayed. The contact was able to coast to the side of the roadway and shifted to park(P). The contact was able restart the vehicle and continued driving. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where the failure could not be duplicated; however, the failure recurred while driving. The message "ACC Disabled" was displayed, and the power steering warning light was illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle; however, the vehicle went into Limp mode and failed to exceed 15 MPH. The vehicle was taken to a different dealer, where the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 33,000.

Airbags failed to deploy in a front crash. Passenger side curtain air bags deployed, but none of the others deployed. The lane departure or lane keeping assistance did not work. The vehicle slowly swerved off of the highway with no safety features kicking in to help keep it on the road. No automatic emergency braking started. The vehicle was still going with the cruise control on following the collision. As of 3/20/2025 the vehicle is still available for inspection. This is the first report of this malfunction. The local sheriff was contacted following the accident. I do not have knowledge of who all has inspected the vehicle. There were no warnings or messages that the safety systems were not working. Yes, our safety was at risk. As the driver of the vehicle, I have broken my C2 vertebrae in my neck.

While driving the vehicle(speed does not matter as this has occurred while standing at a stop light) all safety warning lights illuminate on the dash and render all of my safety features inoperative. This includes: ABS, Forward Collision Avoidance, Rear Collision Avoidance, and Park assist. Once this happens the vehicle becomes extremely difficult to operate and to stop. The remedy is to pull over, turn the vehicle off and open the drivers side door to shut off the RAC (Retained Accessory Control), let the vehicle sit for a minute or two, then restart the vehicle. All light will remain off and the car will function normally. This issue occurs at least 2-3 times per week and is extremely frustrating. I've taken the vehicle to the dealership several times for what they have determined to be a "software issue". Several trips have been for recalls, others have been for this issue and my Infotainment system going black. The Infotainment system going black is the second major issue with this vehicle. The dealership was able to get the system operating again with an additional software update, however it has not completely remedied the problem. The Infotainment system will still black out, but for only a quick second, then it comes back on. When it does this, I loose all settings including profiles and SiriusXM programmed stations. I've done a master reset on the Infotainment system and have had it back to the dealership, but it still has not been 100% resolved. This is a safety risk when it blacks out as I loose navigation, audio, and Bluetooth connectivity. Now my attention is not on the road but on the failed system. The interior radio and heat and air display brightness. The brightness changes independently of lighting stays on 15 min to long at dusk, come on 17 min to quick at dawn causing a blinding effect for the driver putting anyone in vehicle and other drivers at risk. Took to dealer twice first time they said all of wagoners operated like this second time they said it was a software programming issue. There is no warning when this happens just super brightness.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated while driving at approximately 55 MPH, the instrument cluster was flashing "Systems Disabled" and the steering was difficult to turn. The contact depressed the brake pedal to slow the vehicle however, the brake pedal depressed to the floorboard. The contact was able to stop the vehicle. The contact drove the vehicle back to the residence and the vehicle was later towed to the local dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure had occurred once. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 32,000.

The system that has failed is the windshield has major distortion that affects the depth perception as you are driving. This is an extreme hazard as you cannot judge the distance of objects as they become distorted. Yes it was inspected by a Jeep dealership and they concurred with this distortion, in fact he laughed and said not sure how anyone drives this. Be aware as well that Mopar in fact issued a service and replacement bulletin for this defect (attached) No warning lamps are issued. I purchased the car used from another state. When it arrived I noticed this defect but could do nothing at that time from whom I purchased it from. I have researched this and it is a defect known by Mopar. They now are claiming to not be aware of this even though its all over the internet and I have the service bulletin issued by them.

The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II. THIA WHOLE VEHICLE IS A DEATH TRAP!! Since owning this vehicle it's been one issue after another with one dealership visit "repair" after another. With each repair the vehicle gets worse and the problems aren't fixed. My vehicle has been in & our of service over 20 times in the passed year. We even had it in for a 10 hour repair, where they said they fixed "all the technology". But that still doesn't work. We had it upgraded, but that doesn't to make anything better... It's slower than molasses & freezes - but that is the least of my issues... It seems like The dealership is doing nothing to help me & just putting Band-Aids on these issues, so I've finally decided to open my mouth. Not only are "minor issues" such as the radio not getting fixed, there are issues like my check engine light constantly coming on, my power steering going while driving, heating/cooling seats turning on and off whenever they feel like through out the drive & the adaptive cruise control frequently decides not to work. This vehicle is going to kill me and my family because everyone is downplaying how serious everything is, mind you the power steering went out while I WAS DRVING my soon to football. This whole vehicle should be recalled. I thought I was going to love this car, but it has been nothing but a nightmare! my jeep is back in service for the power steering issue. Who knows how long it will be there. Or they may give it back and say "hey, it's good." like they've been doing. BUYER BEWARE. if you're thinking a grand wagoneer.. think again!!

We had two tires put on/rotation at the dealership and the two recalls repaired via a software update on or around the end of August. Once I left, felt the steering was hyper sensitive thought it was the tires. I had two incidents upon acceleration the truck aggressively yanking me into the opposing lane without driver input. Secondly, my wife had it happen to her on a very busy feeder road, the truck not only aggressively pulled her into the adjacent lane but also accelerated. I was told the software update corrupted the electronic steering input and the electronic steering gear resulting in the car 'getting a mind of its own'. I followed up with Stellantis about a buy back or swap and was denied. I do not feel safe in the vehicle at all. It literally feels like a passenger is yanking the wheel out of your hands. Very dangerous. My truck is still in repair awaiting parts. Stellantis tells me that after the dealership service department issues a report, they may reconsider. I find it deeply troubling.

When disconnecting trailer the suspension automatically goes into "tire jack mode." After the most recent incident, the suspension is stuck and not adjustable to normal, making driving on the highway difficult. The back end of the vehicle is raised up and the front is down low.

Car started displaying all Mill lights in the message center, including “lane assist disabled,” “stability control arm needs servicing,” “traction control unavailable,” and others. After about 3-5 seconds of rapid fire messages being displayed, the car made a “shutting down noise” and then died on the side of the road. Had it towed to a dealership.

AC/HVAC: experienced multiple occasion where the system (front and rear) turns on and quickly varies between settings with no way to override. Engine: when speeds are in excess of 80mph front passenger vent makes excessive noise in line with engine rpm’s “Auto drove” ineffective due to lane departure inop, after service for above incidents Radio is extremely intermittent.

Rear window trim piece almost flew off while I was driving. This could have caused an accident or damage. Come to find out you have to replace the whole window to fix the problem too and not just the trim piece.

2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer series 1,had 22000 miles and engine locked up with number 4 piston seizing up. New starter put on and also new Cadillac converters. A new motor was installed but will not idle because of timing issues. 64 days later engineer can still not figure out how to help the mechanic to get it running. Prior to this driving home from dealer lot airbag light came on SOS. Would shift in four low without pushing the button while driving. Because dealership was not a Certified Jeep Wagoneer dealer, wagoneer client services has been little to no help driving a used GMC Arcadia that has more miles on it that what our vehicle had when the motor blew!

Started the vehicle and had no power steering. Turned off and restarted several times to see if it was just a computer glitch. It couldn't be steered at all. If this had happened while driving there most certainly would have been an accident.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated while driving approximately 52 MPH, the cruise control inadvertently disengaged and the vehicle was unable to accelerate as needed. There was an unknown warning light illuminated, and a message to service the vehicle was displayed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,999.

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, the hood of the vehicle suddenly became unsecured and flew open, striking the front windshield, and creating a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact indicated that the locking mechanism bolts had erroneously unscrewed from the hood causing the failure. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the hood and locking mechanism and the failure was remedied. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 4,000.

We purchased this Grand Wagoneer on Mon June 27th and left for our family vacation we had planned in Oklahoma. We live in Castle Rock, Co. The next day on tuesday as we were driving on the I-35 the Transmission would drop out of gear and the rpm's would rev up. This would be while doing nothing but driving normally . Then it happened about 5 times over the course of 1.5 hours. We stopped for gas in and upon leaving to re enter the interstate the vehicle would kick when the gas was pressed. My definition of kicking is that the front end would kick right and the rear end would kick left. This was with any amount of torque from acceleration. In trying to figure out what is going on I called the closest Jeep dealership FOWLER to see if we can stop in and have them re program the transmission assuming that or the drivetrain might have been the issue. But then as I was driving it was making the vehicle kick more and it was getting scary as the vehicle could have flipped if I wasn't being as careful as I was. We were going to try to coast our way slowly to the dealership to avoid being stranded and try not to accelerate much but within a few minutes a large noise like we were carrying a train under out car started and it was very obvious something was wrong as the car was pulling and making lots of noises. I pulled over and looked under the car. Everything looked fine other than an enormous amount of grease on the frame by the rear right wheel/inside. There were zero warning lights, errors or messages of any kind on the dash throughout all of these issues. The diagnosis is that the CV boot ruptured and the axle separated from the frame also destroying the differential. In turn, the only conclusion is that it was not assembled correctly at the factory. The parts are at Fowler Jeep right now in OK. Jeep is repairing it but not buying it back. This vehicle is unsafe and noone in their right mind would want to drive this car again with the unknown.

On 2/23/2022, owner struck a medium sized pothole. The vehicle lit up several warning lights (ABS, traction control, etc.) as well as the check engine light. At this time, the driver applied the brakes and they went to the floor. Driver was able to coast into a roundabout and eventually into a parking lot and got the vehicle stopped. Upon shutdown and re-start, the vehicle had brakes again. Vehicle was taken to dealer on 2/23/22 and returned on 2/25/22. Several updates were programmed and battery was replaced. On 3/5/22 driver hit a medium sized pothole on a major interstate at 65 mph and the same thing happened. Luckily traffic was very light as the time and driver was able to exit the freeway and coast to a stop. The car was brought to the dealer again on 3/7/22 where it remains to this day.

LANE DEPARTURE

On three separate occasions today, while driving on an interstate with the lane departure turned OFF, the Wagoneer seized up going from 75mph to mid 40mph quickly. The vehicle shuttered and went side to side a bit like it was reacting to lane departure. It was scary and I was almost rammed from behind once. It also started swaying and serving on occasion. Lane departure is off and it’s far Marie than normal lane departure movement which eases the vehicle back. Vehicle is going into service tomorrow.
