THE CONTACT TOWED THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE ENGINE CEASED. THE CONTACT TOWED THE VEHICLE TO A DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY AN IMPROPER OIL CHANGE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
