The factory-installed Uconnect infotainment system in my 2019 Dodge Challenger intermittently malfunctions by remaining stuck on the rearview camera display after the vehicle is shifted out of reverse and into drive or park. The rearview camera image does not disengage as designed and continues to display randomly during normal forward driving. This appears to be a failure of the Uconnect radio/software system rather than the camera itself. The issue occurs unpredictably and has happened multiple times without warning. Restarting the vehicle is sometimes required to restore normal screen function. This malfunction creates a safety hazard because the display obstructs access to navigation, climate controls, and other critical vehicle information while driving forward, causing driver distraction and reduced situational awareness. Backup cameras are federally mandated safety equipment, and failure of the system to disengage properly interferes with safe vehicle operation. Additionally, I am medically light-sensitive due to chronic migraines. When the rearview camera display remains active unexpectedly, the bright and high-contrast screen significantly worsens my symptoms, increasing pain, visual discomfort, and distraction while driving. This exacerbates the safety risk and makes the malfunction an extreme concern for me during vehicle operation. No warning lights or messages appear prior to or during the malfunction. The problem has not yet been repaired. The vehicle and system remain available for inspection upon request. This failure mode matches known Dodge/Stellantis rearview camera and Uconnect software defects reported on similar model-year vehicles, although my VIN is not currently included in an active recall.

The vehicle's Uconnect system (which is required for most all functions including backup camera) will intermittently go black and become unresponsive. Soft and hard resets do not resolve it at first. Hard reset eventually resulted in a generic screen with numerous functions missing. Eventually after several hours the correct screen restored itself. This happens intermittently and there are hundreds of reports of this online (search for Uconnect screen black).

Key Fob to start vehicle ran out of battery, I then replaced the battery from a nearby CVS Store and the Key Fob is still not working and my car will not start due to my key fob not being detected.

HAD VEHICLE IN REVERSE, PUT VEHICLE BACK IN DRIVE OR PARK AND REAR VIEW ASSIST CAMERA IS STILL SHOWING ON THE SCREEN FOR AT LEAST 10-12 SECONDS AFTER GEAR IS NO LONGER IN REVERSE. JUST GOT CAR IN JANUARY OF 2021, CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENS. HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES NOW.

In accident airbag did not deploy and both driver and passenger were injured. Driver suffered head injuries and concussion. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Car is totaled out by insurance company. Not sure of answer to this question. Has the vehicle or component inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Yes. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when they first appeared? No.

I was rear ended while traveling eastbound on US 175 ( C F Hawn Fwy ). When I was hit the impact pushed me alittle ways. The other driver was going pretty fast because I was hit hard enough to where the trunk of the car was pushed into the back seat of the car. After being able to get out of the car. I noticed that the airbags didn't deploy. The seat belt did lock up but the airbags did not come out.

The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the air bag needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 DODGE CHALLENGER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, WHEN SHE T-BONED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE CAUSING HER TO LOSE CONTROL AND ALSO HIT A GUARD RAIL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. THE CONTACT STATED SHE SUSTAINED A BROKEN LEFT HAND AND 3 PERSONS WERE INJURED ON THE OTHER VEHICLE (UNAWARE OF WHAT INJURIES). THE CONTACT STATED HERSELF AND THE 3 PASSENGERS ALL SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO IMPOUND LOT. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. Power steering/rack and pinion. Yes. Power steering cuts in and out around corners and sometimes completely locking steering wheel with no control. When steering wheel locks up it’s you to lose control of car and could cause head on collision. Yes I had dodge dealship diagnose and also independent mechanic. Manufacturer has not inspected. There were no warnings or any warning lights in car. Problem started about 3 months ago.

The power steering or steering rack appears to be defective. While turning on a curve, the steering will get stuck in what feels like a knotch, and can be weird to un-stick from that knotch. Can maybe cause unstable feeling in steering.

I bought this certified pre-owned vehicle from a local FCA/Dodge dealer on 10/09/2021. The vehicle began exhibiting erratic and dangerous steering behavior, so I brought it to the dealer on 10/26/2021.The dealer was able to reproduce the erratic behavior. They replaced the electronic power steering gear, the rack and pinion gear, inspected the entire vehicle and did not find anything else wrong, see attached service order. However, the steering continues to be erratic and the vehicle cannot be safely controlled. I notified the dealer of the continuing issues, but they said the could not do anything else to remedy the problem.

WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION THE STEERING WHEEL WILL LOCK. IT HAPPENS WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY OR ON A CITY STREET. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHEN CHANGING LANES AND WHILE MAKE A TURN. ON 1-11-2020 I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP TO TEST DRIVE THIS CAR, BUT WHEN I STARTED THE CAR THE DASHBOARD LIT UP WITH MULTIPLE CODES. THE SALESMAN HAD ME TEST DRIVE ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH THE SAME SPECS SO THAT A TECH COULD LOOK AT THE CODES. THE TECHNICIAN LOOKED THE VEHICLE OVER AND CLAIMED EVERYTHING WAS FINE. PURCHASED THE ORIGINAL CAR THAT HAD THE CODES ON THE DASHBOARD. WHILE DRIVING HOME ON 1-11-2020, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE LANES ON THE HIGHWAY. ON WEDNESDAY, 1-15-2020 WHILE IN MOTION ON A CITY ROAD THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED WHEN MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN. THE CAR WAS NOT DRIVEN AGAIN UNTIL TUESDAY, 1-21-2020 WHEN IT WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALERSHIP. WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION AND MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED. THE DEALERSHIP HAD THE VEHICLE FROM 1-21-2020 UNTIL 1-25-2020. I WAS TOLD THAT THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKING WAS DUE TO A BAD BATTERY AND THE DEALERSHIP CHANGED IT. WHEN DRIVING HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP ON 1-25-2020, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WHILE MAKING A LEFT HAND TURN AND A RIGHT HAND TURN. THE CAR WAS PARKED AND NOT DRIVEN AGAIN UNTIL 1-27-2020 WHEN IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE CAR IS STILL THERE AS OF 1-29-2020 WITH NO UPDATE ON THE ISSUE.

I leased this car there purchased it. Never had any accident or anything in that sort. However my car start to make this metal noise when I am driving which is super loud. I took it to the dealership but they said it's not serious without doing a thorough check up. they said it's just a sound that those type cars make and it replace the metal part it cost about 10k or something like that. I never heard this sound in any type of car. The sound is very loud and I don't feel safe driving my car. Something is off and the metal sound is constant. like 2 pieces of metal rubbing into each other and they're about to break.

I HAVE A 2019 CHALLENGER R/T WITH THE 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. IT HAS A PROBLEM WHERE IT WILL POP OUT OF FIRST GEAR INTERMITTENTLY AND I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER 7 TIMES IN THE 7 MONTHS I HAVE OWNED THE CAR AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO FIX IT. I HAVE PROVIDED 2 VIDEOS ONE A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR AND ONE THAT HAPPENED LAST WEEK TO PROVE IT IS A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN ALMOST REAR ENDED MANY TIMES BECAUSE THE CAR WILL POP OUT OF GEAR FROM A STOP. IT IS DANGEROUS AND DODGE HAS FAILED TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX MY VEHICLE. I HAVE REPLICATED IT WITH A DEALER EMPLOYEE IN THE CAR AND HAVE BEEN TOLD BY DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEES WHEN THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS I JUST NEED TO ?PULL IT OUT OF GEAR AND PUT IT BACK IN TO GEAR?. WHILE DRIVING ON A CITY STREET RECEIVED A TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION WARNING. VEHICLE HAD BEEN DRIVEN LESS THAN 300 MILES. VEHICLE STOPPED IN MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC AND TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT ENGAGE. LUCKILY I WAS NOT REAR ENDED. ENGAGED EMERGENCY FLASHER. AFTER SEVERAL EFFORTS TO START/STOP THE VEHICLE TRANSMISSION DID FINALLY ENGAGE. THIS TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES. MANAGED TO GET VEHICLE HOME AND TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP NEXT DAY. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT A TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE WAS REPLACED. STILL LEARY ABOUT DRIVING THIS VEHICLE.

I KEEP HEARING AND FEELING THE WHEELS RUBBING/WOBBLING. THE DEALER HAS REPLACED 2 TIRES AND 1 RIM SO FAR. MY CAR IS BACK IN THE SHOP TODAY AND THEY INSIST THAT THEY DON'T HEAR/FEEL ANYTHING. THAT IS NOT THE CASE SO THEY ARE TESTING IT AGAIN TODAY. I HAD THIS CAR BUILT JULY 2019, CHALLENGER GT AWD. I DON'T SEE ANY RECALL FOR THIS. In addition, the contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the back-over prevention camera was still enabled. The contact stated that the back-over prevention camera was displayed in real time. In addition, the contact stated that while driving forward, the image froze. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The contact referenced an unknown recall which had a similar failure description; however, the VIN was not associated with the recall. The contact was informed that there were no unrepaired recalls on the VIN. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. The VIN was not provided.

There is a loud popping sound when I start my car. It sounds as if the car is back firing. The sound has been duplicated several times. The sound does not happen every time, but it has happened well over 100 times. I have taken it into the dealership, and they claim that the sound can never be duplicated. Also, when I place my car in reverse and then drive the backup camera screen remains on in after driving forward for more than 30 seconds. This is VERY hazardous because when looking at the screen i can still see what is behind me which is a huge distraction.

Have had several dodge chargers and challengers and oil cooler fails too soon I believe way to expensive to fix so soon in my opinion all it takes is for someone to over torque the oil filter cap during oil changes so many times and I believe starts the problem not including how cheap looking the oil cooler seems currently have a 2019 challenger sxt awd and just noticed oil resting in the valley of the oil cooler here we go again same problem over and over again

PURCHASED THE CAR BRAND NEW WITH 992 MILES PUT ON BY THE DEALERSHIP OWNER (THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD). DROVE THE CAR 8 HOURS, SPENT THE NIGHT IN HOTEL; LEFT THE NEXT MORNING AND AT ODOMETER 1626 GOING 75MPH ON THE INTERSTATE THE ENGINE BLEW UP. I WAS ABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE AND BRING IT SAFELY TO THE SHOULDER BUT ALL THE ENGINE OIL HAD COVERED THE ROADWAY AND METAL PIECES. LOOKED UNDER CAR AND SAW PART OF A CONNECTING ROD HANGING OUT OF THE OIL PAN.

BRAKE LINES IN ENGINE BAY ON PASSENGER SIDE ARE ROUTED TOO CLOSE TO THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CAUSING THE INSULATION TO MELT. THE MELTED INSULATION WAS FOUND BY MY INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE. THE MECHANIC NOTED THAT THIS COULD BE A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE DUE TO BOILING BRAKE FLUID AND RECOMMEND GETTING THIS FIXED AT DODGE UNDER WARRANTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

STOCK, FACTORY BUILT, REAR BRAKE PAD SURFACE AREA IS SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE REAR ROTOR DIAMETER. SWEEP OF BRAKE PAD IS SUBSTANTIALLY NARROWER THAN THE ROTOR. THIS IS CAUSING AN IMPROPER WEAR PATTERN ON ROTOR. REDUCES STOPPING FORCE AND WILL CREATE A RIDGE IN THE ROTOR. THIS RIDGE WILL MAKE FUTURE REPLACEMENT BRAKE PADS INCOMPATIBLE, AND COULD AFFECT BRAKE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE NEGATIVELY.

Electrical system is currently failing. I was informed that I need a PDC wiring kit to replace the fuse box and the entire vehicle must be rewired. USB Charging ports DO NOT WORK. Cigarette lighter ports to charge cellular devices do not work. Every time the service department at the dealership fixed a component to repair the radio a fuse was blown in another area of the vehicle in 2024. Currently 2025, I was told that the Radio lost connection with amplifier. The screen of the radio is on. It is changing from station to station and there is no sound. The bluetooth connects to my phone but there is no sound. The display is working for Sirius XM Radio. The amplifier was replaced 2x's although there was nothing wrong with it. The radio was replaced although there was nothing wrong with it. Vehicle consistently lacks power, car drags when you switch lanes and accelerate, headlights were not working and replaced 3 times. I almost flew over a cliff because it was pitch black. I could not see the road in front of me. Door panel control was replaced because windows were stuck rolled down/rolled up. Keypad would not work to unlock the door. I had to climb into the car from the passenger side of the vehicle because the driver's side door was locking me out of the car. Batteries in keypads were replaced. Driver's side door was locking me inside of the car. I was forced to climb over the center console to get out of the car through the passenger side. I had issues with the shocks & struts. The Michelin tires that came with the vehicles are cheap [XXX]. I replaced the tires with all-weather tires and consistently rotated them during oil changes. UCONNECT RADIO ISSUES occurred numerous times in my Black 2017 Dodge Challenger GT MODEL with leather interior and sunroof as well VIN ending [XXX]. I filed numerous complaints with Dodge customer service as well as UCONNECT. Cases # [XXX] opened with Stellantis and the FCA case [XXX]. Both are uncooperative! I owned a 2017 Dodge Challenger which had electrical issues and a defective Uconnect radio system. A few months after purchasing the 2019 Dodge Challenger, I experienced electrical issues. The electric key system failed locking me outside of the vehicle while pumping gas. I had to enter the vehicle from the passenger side door. When I tried to exit the vehicle, I could not open the door. I had to climb over the center console to exit the vehicle from the passenger side. The key fab battery was replaced but the issue continued. The rear/front suspension failed in 2020. The westbury service department blew my alternator servicing while replacing the radiator and fixing the electrical issue with Uconnect. The driver's side window would not roll down. It was stuck down in 2021. The door panel switches were replaced. The door issue was not resolved. I randomly remained locked out of the vehicle. I complained that the heat would turn on randomly inside of the vehicle. My headlights stopped working twice and my light bulbs were replaced although the bulbs were good. I couldn't see the road in front of me at night and almost drove off of a cliff. The radio/gps/bluetooth system continuously failed ten times. The service department replaced the radio. and amplifiers twice, although they were in working condition. This did not resolve the issue. The Jamaica service department explained that the issues that have been occurring are electrical and tried replacing the fuses to fix the reoccurring issues. When I bought the car to them to fix the radio issue in 2024 my charging and USB ports stopped working. The fuse issue has since caused other safety hazards. They replaced the fuses several times and have explained that the entire electrical component "body harness wiring" must be replaced. I should not be responsible for replacing this part. When I bought the vehicle in for electrical issues while it was under warranty it should have been fixed immediately.

I had a flat tire while driving to work and was unable to pull over for about a few thousand feet. As the tire went flat I swirled into the grass on a street without a shoulder. The tire snapped off and was not locatable. I filed a police report and called the police at time of incident. The total damage on the vehicle was under $3,000 but because the tire snapped off and damaged the firewall Dodge stated that the vehicle had to be a total loss. This was a 2019 challenger there should be no reason for a wheel to snap off like such. After visiting several Dodge chat rooms I have learned that this is very common with the challenger and needs to be addressed with a class action suit and safety recall! This happens very often to Dodge challenger consumers

My 2019 Dodge Challenger wheels on the front has been wearing and tearing from the inside causing rubbing on the outside of the wheels. When I drive there is an uneven drive with the wheels wobbly going down the road. I have rotate the tires every oil change. I am afraid that this will cause an accident. There were no signs of the tire pressure lamp was on. I went to the Dodge dealership in Bessemer, Al. At no avail did the mechanic checked the wheels only to say there are no recalls on this model. How can I get someone to check

On my way to work on 9/28/23 my 2019 dodge challenger hellcat Redeye engine just shut off at 65mph. I was in the left lane by the wall on I45 heading northbound. I instantly had a loss of power steering and braking. The engine just shut off. A check engine light came on and the dash said shift I to park to start. I was successfully able to get across 4 lanes of traffic to stop on the apron between o ram and side of freeway. When I shifted to park and to try to restart it would not start. Had to be towed to dealership where upon inspection they said the motor was locked. When broken down a valve just dropped into the cylinder and jammed into the piston and cylinder wall. Pieces also damaged the head and the supercharger and dealer says starter is fried. Mopar is digging in and acting like this isn’t an issue but online there are several class actions and forums about defective valve system in these engines. Had I been a novice driver or my wife with children jn the car she would likely not been able to get off to a safe place and stalled dead in the fast lane of a very busy Houston roadway.

My 2019 Dodge Challenger GT harness has been compromised. The electrical system in a vehicle, including the headlight circuit, is designed to operate within specific parameters to ensure safety and reliability. When a harness is compromised it can cause an electrical short circuit. In my case, this short circuit is causing a fuse to melt. A fuse is a safety device designed to protect electrical circuits from overheating and potential fires by breaking the circuit when excess current flows through it. When a fuse melts due to an electrical short caused by a faulty harness, it means that excessive current is passing through the circuit. This situation can be dangerous for several reasons 1. Loss of headlights: The melted fuse interrupts the flow of electricity to the headlights, resulting in them going out completely. This sudden loss of visibility can be hazardous, especially at night or in lowlight conditions, increasing the risk of accidents. 2. Overheating: The excessive current passing through the compromised harness generates heat, often leading to melting or damage to surrounding components. This can potentially cause a fire hazard, posing a serious risk to both vehicle occupants and the car itself. 3. Electrical damage: In addition to the headlights, a compromised harness can affect other electrical components in the affected circuit, such as the turn signals, fog lights, or other lighting systems. It can also damage the vehicle's control modules and wiring, leading to further malfunctions and costly repairs. Replacing the faulty harness is crucial to restore the electrical integrity of the headlight circuit and ensure proper functionality. By replacing the harness, you eliminate the risk of further short circuits, melted fuses, and potential damage to other electrical components. Was getting on freeway and hit the gas to accelerate and get ahead of the traffic. The Challenger would not accelerate fast (has a hemi) and car almost flew into me. Started testing the vehicle and it just wouldn't accelerate fast, it was stall slowly and pickup speed over 30 seconds or so. I brought it in to one shop and they said its probably a software update and to take it to Dodge and it should be free. Dodge told me it's probably not software, kept my car for 5 days and told me it was a software update and that they updated it for free but still charged me $175 for the "diagnosis" when I told them exactly what the issue was. And now that I got it back, it gets stuck in reverse, you have to turn the vehcile off and wait and start it again then it works. At a red light turn yesterday, it wouldn't drive forward and the "D" for drive started flashing.

the lower control arm and lower ball joint broke causing me to hit another vehicle ,plus had to be towed due to damage , highway patrol called and took a report, was inspected my insurance adjuster after the accident this part would have broke while driving and caused more damage or injuries to me or my wife, the rack and pinion still needs to be replaced and is on back order until further notice no date given when it will be in by the dealership

The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Challenger equipped with Goodyear tires. The contact stated that while driving at unknown speeds, the air pressure warning light would illuminate. The contact mentioned that there was an abnormal rubbing sound coming from the tires while turning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the inside of the front driver’s side tire was worn. The tire was the original tire. The tire was replaced however, a few months later the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front passenger’s side tire needed to be replaced from also being worn. The tire was replaced but a few weeks later the failure recurred. The failure recurred multiple times and only the front tires were replaced after each failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 46,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Challenger. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal sound when the steering wheel was turned. The instrument panel would also get very hot. Additionally, the contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that the driver’s and passenger’s side tires were worn due to steering knuckle, causing tire damage. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the VIN was not under recalls. The dealer diagnosed that the instrument panel overheated and burnt the connecting wires. The instrument panel was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact was relating the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V758000 (Service Brakes, Tires, Wheels). The failure mileage was 40,000.

P1DAB-00,U1412,P0716. VEHICLE HAS SHOWN CODES ABOVE FOR 5 PLUS MONTHS. CODES CAUSE VEHICLE TO SHIFT BETWEEN GEAR RANDOMLY. I HAVE TAKEN VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP BUT PROBABLY WAS NOT RESOLVED; THE DEALERSHIP STATED THE PROBLEM WAS THE SPEED SENSOR, SO THE SWITCHED THEM OUT ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER IT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. VEHICLE IS UNSAFE; ON ONE OCCASION THE VEHICLE SHIFT FROM THE 8TH GEAR TO THE 3RD WHILE ON THE FREEWAY ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. PLEASE RESOLVE ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE IS GRAVELY INJURED.

THIS IS MY 2ND DODGE CHALLENGE I'VE OWNED. MY FIRST ONE WAS A 2017 R/T. THE REASON I MENTION THIS IS BECAUSE ITS THE SAME ISSUE I HAD WITH THE OTHER ONE. I KEEP UP WITH ALL THE MAINTANCE AND TAKE CARE OF MY CARS. THE PROBLEM FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN TOLD IS THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND THERE'S ALSO A KNOCKING SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE. ITS EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST ONE I HAD AND TRADED IN. I COULDN'T GET IT FIXED BECAUSE ITS NOT COVERED IN THE FACTORY WARRANTY OR IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES I BOUGHT. SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND DODGE WANTS ME TO PAY HUNDREDS JUST TO LOOK AT IT WHICH I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO WITH A CAR THAT HAS LESS THAN 30,000 MILES ON IT AND ITS SOMETHING THAT I FEEL AND BELIEVE IS THEIR FAULT. MY TIRE SUFFERED A MAJOR CRACK ON THE TRAIN TO THE SIDEWALL ON JUNE 13, 2020 I CALLED RUSSELL WESTBROOK DODGE IN VAN NUYS TO PURCHASE A TIRE SINCE THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT THREE DAYS BECAUSE OF ORDERING DELAYS, SO I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE TO BUY ANOTHER TIRE AT ANOTHER TIRE SHOP THIS TIRE WAS 305 3020 THE STANDARD STOCK TIRES ARE 305 35 20. I WAS UNABLE PHYSICALLY TO TAKE MY OLD TIRE WITH ME SINCE I CAME FROM A TRIP AND MY TRUNK AND INTERIOR HAD LUGGAGE. I WENT TO RUSSELL WESTBROOK DODGE ON JUNE 19, 2020 WITH THIS CONCERN AND ASK THEM AT THE VERY LEAST TO REFILL MY TIRE WITH NITROGEN WHICH I PAID $500 FOR AND ASKED TO CHECK FOR MY TIRE PRESSURE ON ALL MY TIRES, BOTH OF THESE REQUESTS WERE DENIED I FEEL UNSAFE DRIVING THIS CAR. I ASKED THE SERVICE DIRECTOR OF RUSSELL WESTBROOK DODGE IN VAN NUYS TO WRITE A SERVICE DOCKET DETAILING MY SITUATION AND HIS DENIAL TO CHECK MY TIRE PRESSURE AND TO FILL MY TIRES WITH NITROGEN, AS WELL AS A POTENTIAL ALIGNMENT HE DECLINED ALL OF THESE REQUEST AND BANNED ME FROM SERVICING MY CAR, I FEEL VERY OVERWHELMED FOR MY SAFETY AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS BECAUSE OF THIS NEGLIGENCE BROUGHT BY RUSSELL WESTBROOK DODGE. I REACHED OUT TO PERELLI TIRES LLC AND THEY DECLINED TO HELP ME BECAUSE I WAS AN ABLE TO HAVE THE TIRE WITH ME FOR INSPECTION, IF I HAD SPACE IN MY TRUCK I WOULD'VE TAKEN MY TIRE.
