Consequence: If the front brake pads friction material detaches from the backing plate occurs, the motorcycle may experience increased stopping distance, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy / Corrective Action
Ducati will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front brake pads, free of charge. The recall began June 1, 2020. Owners may contact Ducati customer service at 1-888-391-5446. Ducati's number for this recall is SRV-RCL-20-001.
