TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 VOLVO VHD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, A LOUD WHISTLING NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE AIR INTAKE VENT. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1.
