BURTON SMYRNA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (302-508-0966, LOCATED AT 19 S DUPONT BLVD, SMYRNA, DE 19977) WHERE THE TECHNICIAN TOOK A PICTURE OF THE FAILURE AND SENT IT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 21,870.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
