SUNROOF RECALL - THE PANEL HAS BECOME LOOSE AND THE COVERING NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FOR SAFETY (FALLING). I CALLED MY LOCAL MERCEDES DEALER FOR THE RECALL REPLACEMENT AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS. I ASKED CAN THEY CALL ME WHEN THEY COME IN AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL EVER COME IN. THEY OFFERED NO SOLUTION.
