This vehicle has a very profound strong gas smell inside and out of the car. Upon further research, it has been notably stated that this particular vehicle model from years 2003-2009 had the same common issue that when refueling and topping off at full tank capacity, there is a fuel leakage seeping from the top of the gas tank which sits underneath of the back passenger seat. Apparently there is a health hazard recall listed upon this vehicle for this issue but when I called my local mercedes benz dealer they said that there was no recall with this issue and refused to acknowledge the problem. But in fact there are many videos of evidence online illustrating and showing other same vehicle owners addressing the fuel tank leakage from within underneath the back passenger seat, and there is also many written testimonials cases stating the existance of the same issue. I really do hope this issue gets addressed asap for which i do fear for my family's safety and mine. Thank you in advance for your time!

The contact owns a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-350. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH and coming to a complete stop, the vehicle started sputtering and stalled. The contact pushed the vehicle to the side of the roadway. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The contact towed the vehicle to her residence five days later. The contact used an OBD reader to determine that the failure was associated with the fuel system. The contact replaced the fuel relay and fuses, fuel pump and fuel filter herself; however, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer and diagnosed with a fuel leak. The contact was informed that the fuel tank needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle could not be repaired under an unknown recall because the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was approximately 147,000.

The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact that they were unable to assist. The failure mileage was approximately 132,000.

AS A LOYAL MERCEDES BENZ CUSTOMER FOR YEARS IT PAINS ME TO WRITE THIS LETTER. I AM SHOCKED TO SEE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST MBNA AND HAVE PERSONALLY HAD TWO FUEL CELL ISSUES IN TWO SEPARATE AMG CARS 6 YEARS APART. IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT MY EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED THE COST BEFORE AND THIS TIME. IT SICKENS ME THAT MBNA REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A DEFECT IN THE DESIGN AND PRODUCTS UTILIZED IN THESE AMG VEHICLES YET THE DESIGN WAS CHANGED. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TOLD THAT THIS IS A FLAW THAT HAPPENS ON MANY OF THE AMG INSTEAD THEY ARE TREATED AS IF EACH ARE UNIQUE CASES. SHAME ON MBNA FOR TREATING SUCH LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISREGARD AND NOT ADMITTING TO THE PUBLIC THAT THIS IS A LIMITATION THAT CONSUMERS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES SHOULD BE AWARE OF FOR THEIR SAFETY. The contact owns a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the contact felt heat coming from the rear of the front driver seat and noticed smoke coming from the rear of the seat, causing the back of the driver’s seat to catch on fire. The contact was to pull over and noticed that the back of his shirt had caught on fire as well, the contact was not injured. The contact was able to stop the fire by pouring water on the seat. No police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but it was not diagnosed, but the front driver seat was replaced, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was contacted, and they agreed to replace the front seat. The failure mileage was 38,000.

THE DRIVER SUSTAINED A MINOR BURN, WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF ALEXANDRIA (200 S PICKETT ST, ALEXANDRIA, VA 22304, (703) 341-2100) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRE TO THE SEAT WARMER ELEMENT FRACTURED AND CAUSED AN ELECTRICAL SHORT. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE SEAT WOULD BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON, OCTOBER 1 THE DRIVER'S SEAT OF MY 2009 E350W MERCEDES BENZ BURST INTO FLAMES WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THE HEAT AND FLAMES FROM THE FIRE BURNED MY SHIRT. MY LEFT SIDE WAS ALSO BURNED. SINCE I WAS TRAVELING AT 35 MPH, I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER SAFELY, LEAP FROM THE CAR AND PUT OUT THE FIRE. IT WAS ONLY BY GOD'S GRACE THAT I AVOIDED A SERIOUS ACCIDENT WITH LIFE THREATENING INJURIES AND POSSIBLY FATALITIES. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE BEVERLY HILLS MERCEDES BENZ SERVICE CENTER TO ALERT THEM OF THE PROBLEM. I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO THE SERVICE CENTER FRIDAY MORNING. A LOANER CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I RENTED A CAR FROM HERTZ. TODAY CARLOS MUEDANO, SERVICE ADVISOR, SAID I WOULD BE BILLED $1,500 FOR REPAIRS. THIS CAR HAS 37,770 MILES ON THE ODOMETER, ROUGHLY 6,000 MILES PER YEAR OR 500 MILES PER MONTH. IT IS BASICALLY A NEW CAR. IN DECEMBER 2014 BEVERLY HILLS MERCEDES CHARGED $1,000 FOR REPAIRS TO THE TRUNK WIRING SYSTEM. POSSIBLY THESE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEMS AND REPAIRS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT HEATING UNIT WHICH CAUSED THE FIRE? THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT FIRES LINKED TO THE SEAT HEATING ELEMENTS IN MERCEDES BENZ CARS. IN FACT THERE IS CURRENTLY A CLASS ACTION SUIT OVER THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM. I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN MERCEDES BENZ. I PURCHASED THE MERCEDES BENZ PRODUCT EXPECTING HIGHEST QUALITY AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU HAVE FAILED ON BOTH COUNTS. OUR 2009 MERCEDES E350 HAS ONLY 39,574 MILES ON IT. ON OCTOBER 26, 2016, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, THE VEHICLE STARTED SHAKING, AND THERE WAS NO POWER WHEN ACCELERATING. IT WAS TOWED TO THE MERCEDES DEALERSHIP IN ARCADIA, CA. WE WERE TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE CAM ADJUSTER WAS DEFECTIVE AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $2,671. BECAUSE THE CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN FOR LESS THAN 40,000 MILES, WE ASKED THE DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE AND PARTS DIRECTOR IF MERCEDES WOULD STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND HELP US WITH THE SAFETY ISSUE. HE TOLD US TO CALL THE MERCEDES CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 800-222-0100. AN "EXECUTIVE REFERRAL MANAGER" NAMED IRENE GAVE US A CALL AND SAID THAT THE OFFER FROM MERCEDES WAS A 15% DISCOUNT. BASED ON OUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, THAT IS THE STANDARD DISCOUNT MERCEDES GIVES FOR ITS SERVICE IN CASES WHICH DO NOT INVOLVE A DEFECTIVE PART. IRENE TOLD US THERE WAS NO FURTHER DISCOUNT BEING OFFERED BY MERCEDES. A SEARCH REVEALED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST MERCEDES BENZ USA IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT - NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA CASE NO. 12-CV-05493 (TEH) FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE PURCHASED OR LEASED MERCEDES-BENZ VEHICLES MODEL YEARS 2005-2007 EQUIPPED WITH M272 OR M273 ENGINES. THE SUIT WAS SETTLED BY MERCEDES WITH THE PLAINTIFFS WHO ALLEGED A DEFECT IN BALANCE SHAFT SPROCKETS IN M272 (V-6) ENGINES THAT CAUSE THE GEARS TO WEAR PREMATURELY. THE PLAINTIFFS CONTEND THAT MERCEDES-BENZ USA, LLC ("MBUSA") HAD A DUTY TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO CONSUMERS AT THE TIME THEY PURCHASED THEIR VEHICLES. THE OIL COOLER ON THE VEHICLE IS LEAKING OIL. THIS IS A LARGE, 15 HOUR REPAIR, THE TOTAL ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE COOLER AND SEALS IS $2350. I HAVE NOT HAD THIS REPAIR DONE YET. ALSO HAD OTHER OIL SEALS REPLACED IN THE TURBO AREA OF THE ENGINE WHICH COST ME $989.91.

I RECEIVED SAFETY RECALL # 2020040011. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT BEVERLY HILLS MERCEDES FOR 9/23/20 AT 10:00AM.(PER LETTER SENT TO ME BY MERCEDEZ BENZ. (NHTSA RECALL #19V918). THE SERVICE MAN (I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS TAMIR) TOLD ME THEY HAD NO LOANER FOR ME AND THAT 95% OF THE TIME THEY WILL DO NOTHING REGARDING THEIR RECALLS. I WAS STUNNED AT SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR FROM A MERCEDEZ DEALER. I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME MY CAR BACK AND WHY DID THEY MAKE MY APPOINTMENT IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THE SAFETY COMMITTMENTS IN GOOD FAITH.

CHECKING ON UNREPAIRED RECALL NHTSA#19V91832/RECALL#2019120012. THIS RECALL DESCRIBED AS PROBLEM WITH BONDING BETWEEN GLASS PANEL AND THE SLIDING ROOF FRAME, WHICH COULD LEAD IN SEPARATION OF THE GLASS PANEL FROM THE VEHICLE. I INTERPRET THIS TO BE THE SUNROOF GLASS DETACHING FROM THE FRAME ENDANGERING OTHERS. THIS RECALL APPEARS TO BE OPEN ON MY VEHICLE. PLEASE ADVISE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS THUS FAR.

SHE STATED THERE WAS A FLAP THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE BUMPER THAT BECAME CAUGHT ONTO THE CEMENT BARRIER. THE ENTIRE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO REVERSE THE VEHICLE INTO THOSE TYPES OF PARKING SPACES. THE FAILURE OCCURRED TWICE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY ADVISED HER ALSO TO REVERSE THE VEHICLE INTO CERTAIN TYPES OF PARKING BARRIERS. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000.

MY WIFE WAS DRIVING AT LOW SPEED ON A SMOOTH ROAD WHEN THE DRIVER'S-SIDE FRONT SPRING BROKE WITH A LOUD BANG AND THAT CORNER OF THE VEHICLE COLLAPSED, FULLY COMPRESSING THE SHOCK ABSORBER. WE WERE FORTUNATE THAT THE CAR WAS BEING DRIVEN SLOWLY: THE BROKEN END COULD HAVE CUT THE TIRE, BLOWING IT OUT. AT HIGH SPEED, IT COULD HAVE BEEN HARD TO CONTROL THE CAR BECAUSE OF UNEQUAL CAMBER. ON A SHARP TURN, THE FENDER LIP WOULD HAVE DROPPED ONTO THE TIRE, SEVERELY DAMAGING THE FENDER OR BLOWING OUT THE TIRE. MERCEDES WAS PREVIOUSLY REQUIRED TO RECALL THE SAME MODEL FOR REAR AIR SUSPENSION FAILURE BECAUSE WHEN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE DROPS, NHTSA SAYS, "...THE DRIVER MAY HAVE REDUCED VEHICLE CONTROL, INCREASING RISK OF A CRASH." I SAY THAT FRONT SUSPENSION FAILURE IS MORE DANGEROUS. AFTER TOWING TO THE MERCEDES DEALER, THE SERVICE ADVISOR CALLED THE BROKEN SPRING A "MAINTENANCE ITEM." HE CLAIMED THIS FAILURE AT 92,000 MILES IN A 10-YEAR-OLD CAR IS NOT SURPRISING. THE FULL PRICE TO REPLACE THE SPRING AND DAMAGED SHOCK ABSORBER AND ALIGN THE CAR WAS $1,345 AND THE DEALER DEDUCTED A $300 DISCOUNT AFTER I COMPLAINED. THIS WAS A POTENTIALLY CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF A PART THAT SHOULD LAST THE LIFE OF THE CAR. I READ THAT THIS MODEL IS PRONE TO THIS FAILURE. I'VE DRIVEN 500,000 MILES DURING THE PAST 50 YEARS, MOSTLY IN CARS PURCHASED USED, WITH ONE REACHING 250,000 MILES, AND I PREVIOUSLY HADN'T HEARD OF BROKEN COIL SPRINGS. I STATED THAT MERCEDES SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR A DANGEROUS FAILURE; THAT WE PURCHASED THE CAR AS A CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM A MERCEDES DEALER WHEN IT WAS ONLY FOUR-YEARS-OLD AT 50,000 MILES AND IT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND SERVICED PER MERCEDES AT MERCEDES DEALERS SINCE PURCHASE. I BELIEVE THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECALLED, PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, FOR A TENDENCY OF THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS TO BREAK.

NOT TRUE MERCEDES-BENZ USA IS RECALLING 2007-2009 E350 4MATIC WAGONS WARNS THE U.S. NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION. HAD A SPRING PERCH FAILURE ON THE FRONT LEFT SIDE WHILE I WAS REVERSING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY IN THE MORNING. THE SPRING FELL ON THE GROUND AND THE BODY OF THE CAR RESTED ON THE WHEEL. MY LOCAL MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THE ROOT CAUSE AS RUST WHERE THE PERCH ATTACHES TO THE FRAME.

I WAS DRIVING MY MERCEDES E350 ON I-95 NORTH BOUND SOMEWHERE NEAR PHILADELPHIA. MY FAMILY INCLUDING MY WIFE AND MY TWO SONS WERE ALSO ON THE CAR. SOMEHOW, ALL OF SUDDEN, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER CONTROL, WHICH IS, THE VEHICLE QUICKLY SLOWED DOWN AND DESPITE THE FACT THAT I KEPT PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL, THE VEHICLE DID NOT MOVE (I BELIEVE THAT THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN FOR SOME REASON). I HAD TO USE HAZARD SIGNALS TO WARN THE VEHICLES OF THE DRIVERS BEHIND ME. MEANWHILE, MY SON ADVISED ME TO PRESS THE SOS BUTTON OF MY VEHICLE. FORTUNATELY SOME DRIVERS NOTICED THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT MOVING AND SOME OF THEM HELP ME SWITCH THE TRANSMISSION TO NEUTRAL AND HELPED PUSH MY VEHICLE TO THE ROAD SIDE. WE ALSO GOT HELP FROM POLICE OFFICERS TO ESCORT MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO THE NEARBY TRAIN STATION AND MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF RAY CATENA, EDISON, NJ, WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. THE SERVICE ADVISER ASKED ME TO PAY $135 FOR THEM TO EXAMINE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. MY CONCERN IS THAT MERCEDES E350 IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CAR WITH GOOD AND SAFE QUALITY, SO WHY DID IT HAPPEN TO MY VEHICLE. RECENTLY, I WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35 TO 40 MILES PER HOUR AND WENT OVER A SMALL POTHOLE ON THE STREET THAT IS ABOUT 6 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND LESS THAN 2 INCHES IN DEPTH, AND RESULTED IN ANOTHER WHEEL FAILURE. I UNDERSTAND THAT POTHOLE DAMAGE IS A NORMAL PART OF WEAR AND TEAR. BUT THIS IS A MAJOR STREET THAT HAS TRAFFIC COUNT OF 75,000+ CAR PER DAY. AT APPROXIMATELY 11:50 A.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2020, I PULLED OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY ONTO SPRUCE DR. NW, GOING SOUTH AND THE CAR IMMEDIATELY STARTED ACCELERATING ON ITS OWN, CAREENING DOWN SPRUCE DR. NW. I WAS DESPERATELY TRYING TO MISS PARKED CARS ON THE STREET BUT MY CAR WAS MOVING FASTER AND FASTER, OUT OF CONTROL THROUGH THE INTERSECTION AT THE END OF MY BLOCK. THEN MY CAR WAS FLYING THROUGH THE AIR, BETWEEN 25-40 MPH, SLAMMING INTO A CREEK BANK AND ENDING ON THE DRIVER SIDE DOWN A 30 FOOT RAVINE AT THE END OF SPRUCE DRIVE NW. I WAS TRAPPED INSIDE THE CAR WITH MY SEAT BELT ON AND ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT THE SIDE AIRBAG HAD DEPLOYED. THANKFULLY, I DID NOT HIT ANY CARS! IT WAS TRULY A MIRACLE THAT I WAS ALIVE AND THAT MY NEIGHBORS HEARD AND SAW THE CRASH. WITHIN FIVE MINUTES THE METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT WHO WERE STATIONED AT THE MAYOR'S HOUSE AROUND THE CORNER ARRIVED AND WITH MY NEIGHBORS WERE ABLE TO PULL ME FROM THE WRECKAGE THROUGH THE SUNROOF. APPARENTLY THE GLASS SUNROOF HAD POPPED OPEN/OFF DURING THE CRASH. THE CRASH HAPPENED ABOUT 11:53 A.M. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, I WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO A TRAUMA CENTER IN A LOCAL HOSPITAL. BOUGHT A CPO CAR FROM MB WEST CHESTER, PA AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED FRONT TIRE(S) MAKING THUD SOUND THAT IS MORE NOTICEABLE AT 25-30 MPS; ALTHOUGH AT HIGHER SPEEDS THE THUD SOUND CONTINUES. DEALER SAYS TIRE TREADS ARE ONLY WORN 30%, BUT RECOMMENDED NEW TIRES (WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE CAR!!). MANUFACTURER SAYS IT SOUNDS LIKE A FLAT SPOT ON THE TIRE. I EVEN PAID FOR EXTRA WARRANTY AND STILL DEALER WILL NOT REPLACE TIRE. VERY CONCERNED FOR SAFETY BASED ON POSTS OF BLOW-OUTS, ETC. IT'S AMAZING THAT TRUCK TIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED FOR THE SAME REASONS, BUT NOT CAR TIRES. *TR

DEAR OFFICER, FROM THE BEGINNING (2010 AUGUST, 0 MILEAGE, MB E320) THE CAR HAS A CHEMICAL SMELL. AT FIRST, I THOUGHT IT WILL GO AWAY. HOWEVER, IN FEW MONTHS IT BECAME THE MOST AWFUL CHEMICAL SMELL (IT IS NOT MOLD, DIESEL FUEL OR EXHAUST). THIS EXTREMELY PENETRATING CHEMICAL(S) IS/ARE COMING FROM CARPET. VENTING/AIR-RECIRCULATION INCREASES CHEMICAL CONCENTRATION IN THE COMPARTMENT TO EXTREME LEVELS. THE CHEMICAL(S) IS/ARE DEFINITIVELY TOXIC GIVE STRONG HEADACHE, DIZZINESS, CAUSE NAUSEA, VOMITING, LIGHT-HEADEDNESS, CAUSE AND ACTIVATE ASTHMA (PERSONAL COMPLAINS) AND OTHER PROBLEMS (GOOGLE SEARCH). DETERIORATION COMPONENTS OF SYNTHETIC ORGANIC COMPOUNDS ARE KNOWN INDUCERS OF CARCINOGENESIS. I WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HEALTH ISSUES. BASED ON GOOGLE SEARCH CHEMICALS IN THE CAR COMPARTMENT ARE COMMON PROBLEMS OF MERCEDES, VOLKSWAGEN AND BMW. THE DEALERSHIP REP AGREED WIT CHEMICAL SMELL. THEY OFFER CHEMICAL/DEODORIZER TREATMENT WHAT I AM HESITANT TO ACCEPT AS CHEMICAL ODOR REAPPEAR IN FEW WEEKS (GOOGLE SEARCH). ALSO MANY CHEMICAL DEODORIZER' ARE TOXIC (U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND THE CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION). BASED ON GOOGLE SEARCH THE SOUND PROOFING UNDER THE CARPET IS THE SOURCE AS IT DECOMPOSE IN THESE VEHICLES AND RELEASE THE TOXIC CHEMICAL. DEALERSHIP AGREES THE SOURCE OF CHEMICALS BUT THEY DO NOT AGREE TO CHANGE SOUND PROOFING (ALTHOUGH THEY ADMIT THIS COMMON PROBLEM IN MERCEDES). I RESPECTFULLY ASK NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION AT U S DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INVESTIGATE THIS HEALTH ISSUE CAUSED BY DECOMPOSITION OF SOUND PROOFING. UNINTENDED ACCELERATION OF MERCEDES BENZ E 350 4 MATIC 2009 MODEL BARELY 3 MONTHS OLD-JUMPED THE CURB WHILE PARKING AND HIT THE WALL 4 FT OVER THE CURB CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE MEDICAL OFFICE WALL AND THE RIGHT FRONT END OF THE CAR. LUCKILY NO ONE WAS HURT. REPORTED TO ALLSTATE CLAIMS, CAR REPAIRED AND INSPECTED BY BENZ DEALER. BOTH THE MB DEALER AND MB HEADQUARTER LETTER STATED THE CAR IS SAFE TO DRIVE. ACCORDING TO MERCEDES BENZ THE CAR CHECKED OUT FINE. THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING THAT AS WELL. *TR

2 HIGHWAY STALLINGS: 1) DEC.1. 2009 TRAVELING ON I-95 SOUTH AT 70MPH, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, CAR SUDDENLY STALLED, MANAGED TO PULL TO SHOULDER. CAR TOWED TO BENZ DEALER 90 MILES AWAY. THEY CHANGED A NEW FUEL PUMP IN CHARLESTON, SC. CONTINUED DRIVING ON 2) DEC.3,2009, AFTER 400+ MILES ON I-95 SOUTH AT 70MPH, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, CAR SUDDENLY STALLED AGAIN, MANAGED TO PULL TO SHOULDER.
