THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SIDEWALLS OF THE FRONT PASSENGER AND REAR DRIVER TIRES WERE SPLITTING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS ALIGNED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, IN AN ATTEMPT TO PREVENT THE UNEVEN WEAR OF THE TIRES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE OF THE TIRES WAS 12,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
