FUEL OVERFLOWS FROM THE INLET WHEN FUELING THE VEHICLE. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO ACTUALLY FILL THE TANK (WHICH I ONLY GET 20 GALLONS INTO A 27 GALLON TANK EVEN WHEN THE LOW FUEL LIGHT COMES ON), THE FUEL WILL OVERFLOW OUT OF THE INLET AS SOON AS THE HANDLE CLICKS OFF. IT'S NOT A SMALL AMOUNT OF OVERFLOW EITHER, IT'S ENOUGH THAT THE FUEL ENDS UP DOWN THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND INTO A PUDDLE ON THE GROUND. Takata recall. The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Durango. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15V313000 (Air Bags) and 16V352000 (Air Bags) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact then received a second recall notice which stated that parts were now available. The dealer was contacted, and the contact was informed that the parts were still not available even though a letter was received which stated otherwise. The contact recently called back the same dealer and was informed that the dealer was only receiving a limited supply of parts and could not service the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

WHILE DRIVING (40 MPH TO 45 MPH) ON A RAINY AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 18, 20017 THE RIGHT SIDE PANEL AIRBAG DEPLOYED WITHOUT BEEN IN ANY TYPE OR ACCIDENT OR NOTHING, BESIDES THAT IT WAS RAINING VERY HARD. IT SOUND LIKE A BIG EXPLOSION INSIDE THE CAR MAKING ME ALMOST LOST VEHICLE CONTROL.

I JUST PURCHASED A 2007 DODGE DURANGO AND NOTICED THAT EVERY TIME I FILL UP THE TRUCK AT A GAS STATION, INSTEAD OF THE GAS PUMP AUTOMATICALLY SHUTTING OFF ONCE THE GAS TANK WAS FULL, GAS WOULD SPIT/BACK OUT OF THE NOZZLE AREA AND RUN DOWN THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. I AT FIRST THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE GAS STATION, BUT IT HAS OCCURRED THREE MORE TIMES AT DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND APPARENTLY, THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH OTHER DODGE OWNERS. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE. THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL ON DODGE BEHALF. I'M AFRAID THAT BECAUSE I HAVE TO WAIT TO COME UP WITH THE DEDUCTIBLE, A MORE SERIOUS ACCIDENT COULD OCCUR IN THE MEANTIME. 2007 DURANGO RANDOMLY STALLS WHILE DRIVING DOWN TBE HIGHWAY. IT HAS STALLED AS MANY AS 3 TIMES IN 12 MILE TRIP FROM HOME. IT STALLS WHILE IDLING AT A STOP LIGHT. IT WILL STALL WHEN SLOWING DOWN AND THE TRANSMISSION WILL SHIFT HARD AT TIMES. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT WILL STALL. I'M SCARED TO DRIVE IT. IT STALLED ON THE INTERSTATE WHEN I WAS DRIVING IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AT 60MPH. I KNOW OTHER MODELS HAVE BEEN RECALLED AND IT SEEMS TO BE A FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTION ON SOME DODGE FORUMS. THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING PROBLEM. I HAVE REPLACED THE CAMSHAFT AND CRANK SENSOR, IGNITION COILS, PCU AND ASD RELAYS. SOMETHING US DANGEROUSLY WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND MY LIFETIME WARRANTY WAS VOIDED BECAUSE THEY SAID I TOOK IT IN TOO EARLY TO HAVE IT CHECKED. NO ONE CALLED OR LET ME KNOW I NEEDED TO HAVE IT INSPECTED BUT THEY CAN CALL ME EVERY SINGLE DAY TO TELL ME THERE IS AN AIRBAG RECALL. THE SERVICE 4WD LIGHT HAS BEEN COMING ON AND GOING BACK OFF. IT IS AN AWD MODEL DURANGO. I'VE READ FORUMS AND A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM. THE TRANSFER CASE WILL SOMETIMES SHIFT INTO FULL TIME 4WD ON ITS OWN, YOU CAN HERE THE TRANSFER CASE SHIFTING WITH THE VEHICLE OFF, WHEN YOU ACTIVATE THE POWER LOCKS. BUT LAST NIGHT ON THE FREEWAY AT 70 MPH IT DECIDED TO SHIFT INTO 4WD LOW ON ITS OWN, MY ENGINE WENT UP TO 6000 RPM ON THE TACH AND I LOST SPEED, ALMOST LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. I THOUGHT THE DRIVE TRAIN WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. I THINK THERE SHOULD AT LEAST BE A RECALL ON THIS PROBLEM, DUE TO SAFETY.

WHILE DRIVING THE DURANGO STALLS AND LOSES ALL POWERE. NORMALLY HAPPENS WHEN SHOWING DOWN. THE DURANGO DOES NOT START UP RIGHT AWAY AND HEADLIGHTS AND HAZARD LIGHTS STOP WORKING. THE OTHER DAY IT STALLED AT 5AM IN THE MORNING WHILE CROSS A BUSY TRAFFIC LIGHT. IT WAS DARK AND THE HAZARDS AND HEADLIGHTS DID NOT WORK. I WAS SCARED SOMEONE WOULD HIT ME. IT STARTED UP ABOUT 6 MINUTES LATER WHICH FELT LIKE A LIFETIME. THIS DURANGO HAS ALWAYS HAD A HISTORY OF STALING AND STARTING BACK UP BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I REALIZED HOW MUCH OF A SAFETY ISSUE THIS WAS DUE TO HAVING NO LIGHTS OR HAZARDS AND BEING STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRAFFIC LIGHT.

THIS SEEMS TO HAPPEN ANYTIME IT RAINS OR MOISTURE IN THE AIR. I HAVE HAD THE WIRING HARNESS IN THE STEERING COLUMN REPLACED AT THE DEALER AND THE CONTROLLER FOR THE BLINKERS REPLACED AT A LOCAL MECHANIC. THIS HAS NOT SOLVED THE ISSUE.ABSOLUTELY AFRAID IT IS GOING TO DIE ON THE HIGHWAY WHILE DOING THIS. THIS HAPPENED WHILE IS WAS DRIVING BUT HAVE HAD IT HAPPEN AS SOON AS I START THE DURANGO. WE HAVE A VIDEO THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THAT CLEARLY DEMONSTRATES THIS ISSUE. DODGE FORUM HAS OTHER DURANGO'S WITH THIS SAME ISSUE.

NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS DISPLAYED AND DEALER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG. WHEN IT DIES ON THE FREEWAY I LOSE ALL POWER STEERING AND BRAKES MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SAFELY PULL OVER SO THAT I CAN PUT IT INTO PARK AND RESTART IT. TAKATA RECALL. MY 2007 DODGE DURANGO LIMITED 4.7L 4X4 HAS BEEN CUTTING OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE IS SITTING STILL AS WELL AS CUTTING OFF WHILE GOING DOWN THE ROAD THEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AS WELL AS THE ESP/BAS AND SLIPPERY ROAD LIGHT. I'VE HAD THIS ISSUE FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND THE COMPUTER SAYS AIR FLOW SENSOR DETECTED. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS ISSUE AND MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TRADE IN CAUSE NO DEALERSHIP WANTS A PART OF IT CAUSE THERE'S NO RECALL FOR THE ISSUE. THIS VEHICLE SEEMS TO HAVE A KNOWN GAS TANK ISSUE. I CAN NOT FILL UP WITHOUT ABOUT A CUP OR SO OF GASOLINE SPITTING OUT OVER CAR AND GROUND. I DID SOME ONLINE RESEARCH AND FOUND MANY OTHER PEOPLE WITH THIS SAME VEHICLE ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM. DID SPEAK WITH LOCAL DODGE DEALER ABOUT IT, BUT THEY DENIED ANY FACTORY DEFECT. SEEMS LIKE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL ON THIS ISSUE, ON SEVERAL YEARS OF THE DURANGO.

I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE NEW IN 2007. I HAVE ONLY HAD MINOR PROBLEMS UNTIL THIS BEGAN. THE VEHICLE IDLE BEGAN FLUCTUATING WHILE SITTING STILL. IT WOULD REV TO 2000 RPMS AND DROP AND NEARLY STALL. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN REGULARLY, SO I WASN'T CONCERNED. THEN IT STALLED ON MY WIFE IN THE DRIVE THRU. I CLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY AND REPLACED ALL SPARK PLUGS AND COIL PACKS AT AROUND 60000. THIS HAD LITTLE OR NO EFFECT. WE CONTINUED TO DRIVE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND THEN THIS PROBLEM BEGAN. MY WIFE CALLED AND STATED IT LOST POWER STEERING AND THROTTLE, BUT THE ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING. SHE TURNED IT OFF AND RESTARTED AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I THOUGHT SHE HAD MISTAKEN BECAUSE THE AC AND SOME GAUGES WILL OPERATE IF THE KEY IS ON BUT ENGINE IS OFF. THEN IT HAPPENED WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I WAS RUNNING 60 MPH AND IT CUT OUT. I LOST ALL POWER STEERING AND COULD HEAR THE ENGINE RUNNING, BUT HAD NO POWER AT THE ACCELERATOR. I SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL AND RESTARTED AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. IN THAT FEW SECONDS, I DROPPED TO 35 MPH. HAD THIS BEEN ON THE INTERSTATE, IT COULD HAVE BEEN TRAGIC. I CHECKED ONLINE BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS OTHER THAN A COMPUTER ISSUE AND FOUND OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE. I WILL BE CALLING MY DEALER TO FIND A CAUSE. MY WIFE IS AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE NOW WITH OUR FOUR SONS IN THE CAR UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND HER POINT. THERE IS NO WAY SHE WILL BE ABLE TO MUSCLE THE CAR TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IF THIS HAPPENS TO HER. THE DURANGO ALSO HAS IDLE ISSUE AND HARMONIC BALANCE ISSUE. WHEN DRIVING I HAVE TO KEEP STEERING TO THE LEFT IN ORDER TO STAY STRAIGHT, TURN TO RIGHT NOT EVEN HALF INCH AND YOU ARE IN THE OTHER LANE OF TRAFFIC. DESIGN OF REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLES IN 2007 DODGE DURANGO ARE FAULTY AND EASILY BREAK, THUS PROVIDING NO SECURE/LOCKING FEATURE DURING IMPACT. I OWN A 2007 DODGE DURANGO AND HAVE JUST OVER 28K MILES ON IT. IT IS USED SPARINGLY DUE TO GAS PRICES. THE THIRD ROW SEAT BELT BUCKLES ARE A METAL BASE WITH A CHEAP PLASTIC PIECE PLACED IN IT THAT SLIDES TO "LOCK" THE SEAT BELT WEBBING AGAINST THE METAL IN LEU OF A LOCKING RACKETING SYSTEM USED ON MOST CARS WHERE CHILD SEATS WOULD/COULD GO. THIS PIECE HAS BROKEN FROM BOTH THIRD ROW SEAT POSITIONS. ONE FAILED TWO OR THREE YEARS AGO AND WAS REPLACE WITH A BETTER DESIGN UNIT. THE OTHER FAILED RECENTLY, BUT DUE TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD BEING OVER, DODGE REFUSES TO REPLACE THE DEVICE. THEREFORE I HAVE NO WAY TO SAFELY AND SECURELY BUCKLE MY CHILDREN IN THIS REAR SEAT. WITHOUT THIS BUCKLE BEING REPLACED, MY CHILD COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED IN AN IMPACT SITUATION. SURELY OTHERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE SEAT BELT RE-TENSION SYSTEM. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THE DOT APPROVED SUCH A DESIGN TO BEGIN WITH. IN REMOVING THE BOLTS BELOW THE MIDDLE SEAT WITH A RATCHET, TWO OF THE BOLT HEADS BELOW THE MIDDLE SEAT SNAPPED OFF. THIS CONCERNS ME DEEPLY THAT THE LITTLE BIT OF MAN POWER EXERTED INTO REMOVING THE BOLTS IS A FRACTION OF THE POWER EXERTED IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. THESE BOLTS WOULD HAVE BEEN EASILY SNAPPED OFF IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. THIS PROBLEM DOES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. C) 3 days after purchased (road trip) my whole front end was on the floor. I found that the entire front end of the power train was faulty. It had broken off. Costed me $900 to repair. My alternator was overcharging my battery, replaced both. still having an overcharging "sweating battery" issue. The vehicle has suddenly died at low speed, but was able to start. The check engine light comes on and goes off, sometimes it is off for weeks, other times for a day, the code it sets is always different, even for components that have been replaced. tells me I have a large leak , a small leak in the evap, egr is shorted to ground, ait is out of spec, etc. Now my transmission has shifted from fifth to third back to fifth to fourth, all while at low speed in cruise control. The speedometer, while in cruise control, will jump to 3000rpm, down to 1500, and between all at the same speed.

VEHICLE IS SWITCHING INTO 4WD LOW WHILE IN MOTION. I HAVE ALSO HEARD THE ACTUATOR ACTIVATING WHILE THE VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING AND WITHOUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE BASED ON RESEARCH THAT APPEARS TO BE HAPPENING IN MULTIPLE VEHICLES FOR DODGE. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE SYSTEM COULD CHANGE INTO 4WD OR 4WD LOCK AT A HIGHWAY SPEEDS CAUSING DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE DRIVING CONDITIONS.

THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CONSISTENTLY GOING BAD , DUE TO FAULTY WIRING HARNESS OR OTHER ISSUES. THIS WILL CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO RANDOMLY SHUT OFF WHILE EITHER SITTING OR DRIVING , AND THE ITS UNKNOWN AS TO WHY IT IS HAPPENING. SUGGESTED REPAIR IS TO JUST REPLACE , BUT I REPLACE 1 A YEAR . I HAVE REPLACED 6 IN THE LAST 5 YEARS OF OWNING THIS VEHICLE. DEALERSHIP IS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM TO WHY THE CPS KEEPS FAILING .

THE MECHANIC BELIEVES THE RACK IN PINION WAS NOT RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. THIS WOULD ACCOUNT FOR THE FRONT TIRES WEARING QUICKLY & FUNNY. IT WOULD ALSO ACCOUNT FOR THE NOISE HEARD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT END WHEN HITTING BUMPS. BOTH THESE ISSUES WERE BROUGHT TO THE DEALERSHIPS ATTENTION PRIOR BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE FILL UP THE TANK ON MY 2007 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 LIMITED GAS OVERFLOWS. THERE IS ENOUGH FORCE THAT IT USUALLY SPRAYS OUT. I ESTIMATE THAT 1/4 TO 1/2 GALLON OF GASOLINE SPRAYS OUT OF THE TANK ONTO THE BODY OF THE CAR AND THE GROUND. THE ACCELERATOR OF OUR 2007 DURANGO AT REST IS ABOUT 1 INCH LOWER THAN THE BRAKE. I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES STEPPED ON THE BRAKE TO PUT IT IN GEAR AND AM ALSO STEPPING ON THE ACCELERATOR, BECAUSE IT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE SAME HEIGHT. THE BRAKE IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER. THIS CAUSES QUITE A JERK WHEN I START THE CAR AND PUT IN GEAR QUICKLY. WE HAVE A 2000 DURANGO. THE SEPARATION HEIGHT OF THE BRAKE VS THE ACCELERATOR IS 2 3/4 INCHES. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE SAME WITH IT. I TOOK THE CAR TO TWO DEALERS THAT SAID THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT TO EITHER THE BRAKE OR THE ACCELERATOR. CHRYSLER CORP. OFFERS NO SOLUTION. I'D EXPECT THAT A RECALL FOR THE BRAKE ARM (BENT TO GIVE HIGHER AT REST) SHOULD BE DONE. AT THE FINISH OF FUELING THE GAS TANK SPITS ABOUT A QUART OR TWO OF GAS, STRAIGHT OUT OF THE TANK. THIS JUST STARTED ABOUT 1 1/2 MONTHS AGO. THE VEHICLE HAS 65000 MILES, THEREFORE OUT OF WARRANTY. I'M THE ONLY OWNER OF THIS VEHICLE. I PURCHASED THE CAR NEW. THIS DIDN'T USE TO HAPPEN. AND THIS IS MY EXPENSE TO FIX??? THIS SEEMS VERY UNSAFE. GAS SPEWING EVERYWHERE. IN ADDITION TO THE GAS TANK I ALSO HAD TO HAVE THE "INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER" REPLACED. ALL GAUGES WENT CRAZY, NO TURN INDICATORS, ALL BEEPERS BEEPING, ALL GAUGE LIGHTS ON, COULDN'T TELL WHAT GEAR I WAS IN BECAUSE ALL GEAR LIGHTS LIT UP, NO WINDSHIELD WIPERS, NO FAN, HEATER OR DEFROST. TURNED THE CAR OFF AND LIGHTS AND GAUGES AND LIGHTS WERE STILL LIT UP! LIKE THE CAR WAS POSSESSED. I DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY CABLE AND THE CAR SEEMED TO RESET. ONLY LASTED 100 MILES BEFORE THE SAME SYMPTOMS RECURRED. TO THE SHOP THE CAR GOES... "INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER" OUT AT 62000 MILES. COST ABOUT $800...OUT OF WARRANTY BY 10000 MILES. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2007 DODGE DURANGO HAD IT BROUGHT UP ON 12/1/2010. THE TANK WAS EMPTY SO I WENT TO THE LOCAL GAS STATION TO FILL UP. LET IT SHUT OFF BY ITSELF WHEN FULL AND THERE WAS GAS SPILLING OUT OF THE TANK AFTER IT SHUT OFF. I ASSUMED IT WAS THE PUMP. SO FEW DAYS LATER HAD TO FILL AGAIN IT DID IT AGAIN DIFFERENT GAS STATION. THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THIS TANK AND A REALLY BIG SAFETY CONCERN FOR FIRE OR IF YOU DON'T CLEAN THE GAS OFF THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE NEAR THE TANK RIGHT AWAY. I AM A MOTHER OF 2 SMALL CHILDREN AND THIS TERRIFIES ME. MY CAR HAS LESS THEN 36,000 MILES AND NOT EVEN A TRUE 3 YEARS OLD THIS SHOULD STILL BE CONSIDERED A FACTORY WARRANTY ISSUE OR DO THE RIGHT THING AND PUT AS A RECALL. I BELIEVE ITS ALL FROM THIS FUEL TANK ISSUE. I CANT AFFORD AN EXPENSE LIKE THIS. NO ONE COULD PREDICT AN ISSUE LIKE THIS.

2007 DODGE DURANGO LIMITED, WE TOOK THE CAR TO GET AN ALIGNMENT DONE IN SEPT. 2010 AT DODGE OF BLAINE IN MN. THEY SAID THE LEFT TIE ROD WAS LOOSE DURING THE PRE INSPECTION. WE HAD IT FIXED. LESS THEN 2 MONTHS LATER THE LEFT TIE ROD COMPLETELY BROKE AND DETACHED FROM THE TIRE. I WAS DRIVING AT THE TIME WITH KIDS IN THE CAR. I'VE BEEN TOLD BY THE DODGE DEALERSHIP THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT THEY SEE A LOT OF AND DODGE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT BUT HAS NOT YET. 2007 DODGE DURANGO LIMITED, I'M HAVING A ISSUE WITH THE BLINKERS. WHEN YOU TURN ON TO GO LEFT THE BLINKER BLINKS RIGHT. TO GO RIGHT IT GOES LEFT OR COMPLETELY STOPS WORKING PERIOD. I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT IT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE MULTI FUNCTION SWITCH. I TOOK IT TO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP BUT AT THE MOMENT THE PROBLEM DIDN'T EXIST. THEREFORE COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. I JUST PURCHASED A 2007 DODGE DURANGO AND NOTICED THAT EVERY TIME I FILL UP THE TRUCK AT A GAS STATION, INSTEAD OF THE GAS PUMP AUTOMATICALLY SHUTTING OFF ONCE THE GAS TANK WAS FULL, GAS WOULD SPIT/BACK OUT OF THE NOZZLE AREA AND RUN DOWN THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. I AT FIRST THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE GAS STATION, BUT IT HAS OCCURRED THREE MORE TIMES AT DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND APPARENTLY, THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH OTHER DODGE OWNERS. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE. THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL ON DODGE BEHALF. THE VEHICLE DROVE INTO THE TIRE SHOP WALL AND THROUGH THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. AN EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A BROKEN LEG. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2007 DODGE DURANGO ON 9/21/07 FROM HATCH MOTOR COMPANY IN SNOWFLAKE, AZ. I HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR 1 1/2 WEEKS WHEN IT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS AND I REPORTED IT TO THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN. THE GAS GAUGE, HAZARD LIGHTS, SIGNAL LIGHTS, HIGH AND LOW BEAM LIGHTS WENT OUT. WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE IN, THEY CHECKED IT AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE CLUSTER BOX AND THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW ONE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD PROVIDE ME WITH A RENTAL BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS HAZARDOUS TO DRIVE HOME. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME ONE UNLESS I PURCHASED THE "CHRYSLER CONTRACT" OR UNLESS I PAID FOR ONE. I DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY AT THE TIME BECAUSE I HAD TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT FOR THE VEHICLE. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO THEM AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT PROVIDE ONE FOR ME. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE ABS, TRACTION CONTROL, AND CRUISE CONTROL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE WHEEL SENSOR WAS FAULTY, HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT MAKE A REPLACEMENT. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE WHEN HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED BRUISES TO HIS LEFT SHOULDER AND THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED BRUISES ALL OVER, INCLUDING A SORE BACK. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 9,100.
