The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact was informed that the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V813000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM), but the failure persisted. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended while depressing the accelerator pedal, and the RPM fell to zero. In addition, the engine stalled. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle still functioned; however, the engine failed to operate as designed. The contact stated that the failure persisted. Occasionally, the contact was able to coast to the side of the roadway, and at other times the vehicle remained in the roadway. After several attempts, the vehicle restarted. The contact was able to continue driving; however, the failure occurred a short distance later. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the fuel pump relay inside the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM-7) had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.

Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 136,000. It was later discovered that the mileage on the Title was 168,000.

2013 dodge durango started stalling and loosing power but noticed my keys in the ignition every time it moves or if touched it will shut off the car and vice versa. it happens randomly often times when i take a turn it shuts off in a middle of a driving action and could result in a accident. I did some research and notice the WIN module that in my durango and other Dodge vehicles have this same issue . to fix this issue seems the whole win module needs replacing. seems like a defect that can cause a accident.

The passenger seat head rest exploded without any impact to the vehicle. Fortunately, no one was sitting in the passenger seat at the time it exploded because it could have caused a head injury. After checking on the head rest, the plastic pin that kept it together broke.

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The passenger Active Head Restraints (AHR) deployed for no reason. I was sitting in in the passenger side seat talking to my wife, in the driveway, when the AHR deployed without cause. The head restraint struck me on the back left side of head with force. My neck is starting to stiffen up. Yes it is available for inspection. I will send pictures. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The force generated during the deployment of an Active Head Restraint (AHR) system is significant, I know because I was hit on the back of the my head thankfully I was not driving. My safety concern is two fold, one injury from AHR deploying inadvertently and elderly person might be at more risk for this type of injury. Two, AHR deploys striking driver while the car is in motion causing an accident. Also, this might be related to an open investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA Action Number: PE19014) Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? No Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? No Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No

Active headrest deployed on its own. Never been in an accident. Dealer has verified. Unable to use seat because headrest sits too far forward. Fortunately my son wasn't sitting in the seat when it happened.

While causally driving down the road, without warning, the passenger headrest on my 2013 Dodge Durango violently "exploded" forward. Thankfully, my son who was riding in the passenger seat, was sleeping with his head bent forward so it didn't hit him. Upon inspection (by myself), the active head restraint feature is held together by PLASTIC, which obviously failed. I searched on the internet and this appears to be a common problem, and each time it's due to this plastic clip failing. This is totally unacceptable. I have the headrest available for inspection. It was brought to the dealer who wants $950 to replace it. They said the warranty expired less than a year ago. Again based on internet research, apparently Dodge/Chysler just recently extended the warranty to 10 years for 2014 models (and possibly 2013?). How convenient to extend a warranty short of the period covered. Not only shouldn't I be responsible for the cost of replacement for such a dangerous feature, but what happens when I'm driving and the driver's side suddenly fails and I'm violently hit in the back of the head and swerve into on-coming traffic? Ironic that these "active head restraint" features are causing injuries instead of preventing them. These headreasts need to be recalled IMMEDIATELY before more people are injured or killed.

My 2013 Durango with 124,000 miles has a check engine light on, that indicates cylinder 4 miss fire. The Airpark Dodge service department where I purchased the vehicle has done a diagnostic evaluation and determined that the left cylinder head needs replacing. That falls within the X56 engine left cylinder head extended warranty for some VIN # vehicles, but not mine. The estimated repair is over $5000.00. I am told that the engine can cease up while driving, and that I should not be driving the vehicle. I think my vehicle should be included, especially since this X56 warranty extension has been out since 2014. How do I get this X56 warranty on my vehicle? And how do I get reimbursed for the cost of the repair?

The oil filter cooling housing is leaking oil onto the engine. The housing is poorly designed. It’s plastic. So therefore it can evidently catch fire on the housing and cause combustion. It does make the car smell like it’s running hot or it smells like Burt motor oil. Everything we have read says his is a poor design by Chrysler bc they tried to cut corners. The newer models for the housing is aluminum that will better withstand the heat. I think this should be a recalled event.

The Durango showed no signs of a check engine light prior to. I called out a professional (AAA) to see what was going on and he said the there is no fuel going from the tank to crank the car. As if I was out of gas. I just had the recall serviced in 2023 I believe. It has not been long ago at all. I get my vehicle serviced regularly. I had my children, nieces, nephew, mother, & sister in law with me stranded because of this.

I took my car to do the recall for the fuel pump relay it worked for about a week but same problem after that I took it to a dodge dealership and they charged me almost 900 bucks to do the recall

My vehicle has been recalled, I believe, twice for the Fuel Pump Relay (Campaigns R09 or P54) . On June 21, 2021 I scheduled an appointment with my local World Chrysler Dodge Jeep store to have the recall performed. For approxmimately 1 month, other than sluggishness, the car functioned normally. In the July, the car began stalling for no reason again. The recall performed on the vehicle HAS NOT corrected the issue with the Fuel Pump Relay. I had once incident in June 2021 where the car stalled in the middle of an intersection and I was in serious danger of being hit by other vehicles travelling toward my car. I was fortunate that there were a few people who pushed my car off to the side of the road. This past week alone, my car has had three incidences when I start the car, the engine turns over, and then immediately stalls. You cannot immediately restart because the engine will just crank, but not turn over. You must wait a few minutes before you can restart the vehicle. There are the same issues I was experiencing before the new relay pumb was replaced. In my opinion, in addition to the stalling, the new relay has made my car run very sluggish. It is not very responsive when pressing my foot on the gas pedal, it bogs down first, and then it begins to respond. It has been dangerous when I am trying to enter a busy roadway and need the vehicle to go quickly so I can merge in to traffic. It just bogs down. This is not just a one time incident, the car has stalled at least 5 times since the replacement in June 2021. Today alone, August 28, 2021 it started/stalled twice. No inspection of the component has been done. I tried to get a second new replacement but was told that too many people were on the waiting list, and there weren't enough new parts to redo the work already done on my vehicle. No warning lights of any kind come on and there are no other symptoms of the proble before it occurs. No one has been able to reproduce the problem.

THERE HAS BEEN A FUEL PUMP RELAY RECALL SINCE 2019. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND AS LATE AS TODAY 3/23/2021 I GET THE SAME EXCUSE. I AM TOLD IT'S ON A NATIONAL BACK ORDER AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL GET TO ME OR I'VE BEEN PLACED ON A WAITING LIST. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS IS SO BECAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THIS PART CAN RESULT IN DEATH. AGAIN THIS HAS BEEN OUT SINCE 2019.

The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact stated while his daughter was driving at 15 PMH and coming to a stop with his son in the front passenger seat, the brake pedal was depressed but hesitated to respond, causing a 50-60 feet in stopping distance delay. The brake warning light illuminated. The vehicle lightly crashed into the rear of another occupied vehicle. The contact stated that the air bags did not deploy as it was a fender bender. There were no injuries sustained. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the brake booster needed to be replaced. The independent mechanic informed the contact that the failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V572000 (Service Brakes, Service Brakes, Hydraulic). The contact became aware that his VIN was included in the recall though he had not received a recall notification. The dealer was notified of the failure through a voicemail message. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 166,000.

since I have owned the vehicle ( I purchased it brand new) this has happened approx 30 times maybe more. Intermittently when you try to brake, the brake peddle is hard as a rock. I mostly notice it when I am at a fairly high speed say 50 mph but the problem is so sporadic not possible to have it replicated for the mechanic. There is a recall for this exact problem but manufacturer insists my vin # is not under the recall. I can never sell this car or let others drive it as I worry, without being familiar with the problem it could result in an accident.

BRAKE SYSTEM STOPPING POWER IS GREATLY REDUCED. THIS VEHICLE HAS ALREADY HAD THE BRAKE BOOSTER RECALL COMPLETED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. THE PROBLEM HAS JUST OCCURRED YESTERDAY. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON THE FREEWAY, THE LACK OF BRAKING POWER CAUSED ME TO SWERVE INTO TRAFFIC TO AVOID SLAMMING INTO A SCHOOL BUS I WAS BEHIND, AND NARROWLY AVOID A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE.

I am unsure. The SUV is not pulling any codes when tested. I had two places run a diagnostic. Intermittently the SUV will stall at start up. The engine light will come on during this time. Once the Durango starts the light goes away. I was told this was a sign of a known recall issue for this vehicle.

While driving whether it be on the interstate going 70 mph or on a back road doing 30 mph the vehicle will completely lose power and the only way I can get power back before someone hits me in my rear end is to put it in neutral real fast then turn the key and start the vehicle back or if able to get to side of road and put it in park and start the vehicle back up

On Sunday, July 14 at approximately 1:00 PM Eastern standard time the front passenger Active Head Restraint deployed. The vehicle was being operated at the time and was not involved in any sort of collision at the time of the deployment. Our local Dodge dealer provided me the number for the Dodge customer advocate group, who are not open on Sundays. The passenger in the front passenger seat was struck in the back of the head when the rest deployed, Causing headache, discomfort, and some nausea.

The recall that was done on 1/4/21 for a fuel pump relay on this vehicle has not been properly working since it was installed. Have had problems with a no start would just crank and it might start on the 3 or 4 try took to the dealers and even towed there once. Kept telling them that this problem started after this recall of the fuel pump relay. Gas mileage also went down. When taken in and even towed to dealership there was no codes for anything except battery was dead from the cranking trying to start the motor. after they got the battery charged it didn't do it for them so no codes for them to see. It would do it sometimes and then wouldn't do it. If you was out and about you might get stranded. Called Detroit the Dodge makers and was told that they wasn't going to do anything about it since it was out of warranty you only have a 2 years warranty on a recall part. But when they keep saying it's all done right. What does a consumer have to do to get it fixed properly!

It is believed after Dealer inspection/investigation that there is a problem with 2 ignition modules. The reason we took it to the Dealer is because the vehicle randomly turns off - lights, engine, everything - while being operated causing significant risk to any occupants in the vehicle. The issue was replicated and recorded on a flight recorder installed by the Dealer - paid for by the owners. The vehicle was inspected multiple times over the course of almost a year to replicate, analyze and identify the issue. There were check engine lights that came on and we had those reviewed but no issue was identified. These occurred before the vehicle started randomly turning off.

Passenger side front headrest airbag deployed without incident. There were no warning lights, messages or symptoms prior to deployment. The vehicle was inspected and certified upon purchase. This could have caused injury to myself or my children. My biggest concern is the same incident happening without warning to the driver’s side while I’m driving and causing an accident which results in injury or worse, death of myself or children. This is a problem.

My vehicle randomly stalled in the middle of the road (I was unaware of the recall, I was not notified of recall upon purchase of vehicle) when I was towed to shop they confirmed the issue was the fuel pump relay (I believe that is what it’s called that the recall is for) I was charged $700 for 2.5 mile tow and repair. After leaving the shop my vehicle began having other problems shortly after (within a month) my vehicle stopped accelerating like a normal vehicle would, it was harder to accelerate it seemed and then the noise.. it is like a knock or a grind? I was told I needed to replace my engine mount so I did… another $850 later and the noise is worse and it still doesn’t accelerate like it should and they are saying my transfer case needs replacing and that it will cost me 2k just for the parts. My car was in perfect condition before the relay failed.. no issues. So is it another recall or is it damage due to a recall I was never notified of?

Vehicle goes into low gear and locks up the traction control on its own. Without turning the knob to 4WD. The knob is in AWD when this happens. Usually you can put in neutral and turn the knob back and forth then let the car roll forward a little bit and the low gear and traction control will turn off, then you have to wait a little bit then put it in drive and continue. That is not a fix, and the last time it happened, it would not come out of low gear and I had to have it towed to the dealership. A week later they looked at it and it was not showing any codes, so they cannot fix anything. 3 days after I pick up car it does it again. Possible TCM is what technicians think but because no codes show up they won't fix anything. When this happens at a stop light and you start to move forward and it freezes up it is very unsafe.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission solenoid failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a complaint was filed, but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.

THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, AND IT WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER A FEW DAYS LATER FOR SERVICE. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS CODE P0741: TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH CIRCUIT PERFORMANCE AND THAT IT WAS A CHRYSLER STAR CASE: S1321000013, WHICH MEANT THAT THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION, AT A COST OF $5,000. THE VEHICLE HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT RECENTLY EXPIRED, ONLY HAS AROUND 84,500 MILES AND HAS BEEN SERVICED REGULARLY. I CONTACTED CHRYSLER FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THIS ISSUE WAS NOT MY FAULT AND WAS DENIED. CALLED IN TWICE, WROTE A FORMAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT, AND SENT AN EMAIL TO CHRYSLER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE BACK. VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AND CURRENTLY PARKED.

The engine in my vehicle stalls without warning while driving, which poses a significant safety risk, particularly on busy roadways where it could lead to accidents, endangering both myself and other drivers. The issue has been reproduced and confirmed in the past by a certified Dodge dealership auto shop, and the vehicle is available for inspection upon request. However, the vehicle or its components have not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives. Before the engine stalls, the electronic throttle control lamp flashes, the vehicle gives a noticeable jerk, and then the engine shuts down. This problem occurs at any speed but has not happened when the vehicle is at a full stop.

My vehicle just clicks when I try to start it. The engine will not turn-over; it just clicks. Risk is that there wasn't any engine light warning or anything, and it is 19 degrees Fahrenheit with a -14 windchill outside. My vehicle was brought to the Dodge/Chrysler Dealership a few times for noises and overheating issues, but they said there weren't any problems. I knew there were issues because my vehicle's temperature gauge would go high for no apparent reason. I've been consistent with oil changes and fixed recommendations of wear and tear.

My car sputtered put after it was in motion. Upon trying to restart, the vehicle continuously shook while trying to restart during this time, I could not stop the car from trying with the start/off button or keys. I had to wait for the car to “give up”. The car could not restart. This is unsafe because I could have been killed by other traveling vehicles to abrupt stopping or killed while trying to restart the vehicle. The vehicle could not be put into drive or reverse and I could not stop it from trying to restart once I pressed the button. This could’ve caused a collision with other vehicles. I had the vehicle towed to an auto shop. They told me that the fuel injector fuse went bad which caused the stalling because gas could no longer travel through the vehicle. I have attached towing receipt and will post report once it’s emailed.

I believe that my vehicle falls under the Dodge R09 recall. As I accelerated on the gas, my car stalled out causing me to coast to the median. After about 30 minutes the car began to run without issue again. My vehicle acted exactly like the description from the recall for the fuel sensor. However, Dodge told me to pay out of pocket because it was not under the recall.

IT THEN HAPPENED AGAIN NEAR MY HOME, THIS WAS NO LONGER THAN A 3 MINUTE TIME SPAN FROM THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED. WEVE HAD THIS HAPPEN AT RANDOM TIMES THROUGH OUT THE YEAR. WEVE HAD A FUEL PUMP RELAY REPLACED IN JANUARY OF 2020 WHICH IS 7 MONTHS AGO AND THE SAME ISSUE IS OCCURING AGAIN.

DURANGO HAS STALLED AT HIGH SPEEDS. WHILE SLOWING DOWN AT LOWER SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WILL, ON OCCASION, START TO STALL AS IT SORT OF RUMBLES AND SHAKES. NOW THE DURANGO WILL NOT START. ALL SYMPTOMS SEEM TO ALIGN WITH KNOWN RECALL ISSUES, HOWEVER, RECALL REPAIR IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. HAS BEEN SYMPTOMATIC SINCE APRIL 2019 UNTIL PRESENT. I HAVE TAKEN THIS PROBLEM TO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP FOR DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE BUT WERE ABLE TO RUN UP A BILL OF $3000 FOR ITEMS THAT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE AND WORRY ABOUT HAVING A TOTAL POWER FAILURE WHILE AT HIGH SPEED.

WE TRIED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER (NOT REALIZING THAT THERE WAS AN AIRBAG IN THERE), AND WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. I DROVE APPROXIMATELY 4 MILES TO WORK AFTERWARDS, ADJUSTING THE SEAT A BIT SO AS NOT TO IMPEDE MY POSTURE.

Took my vehicle to 1 dealership to get fixed they said they couldn’t do it because my vehicle was too old and wouldn’t be able to find parts. Took my vehicle to 2 mechanics shops that said they could fix it. Insisted I need a wire harness AFTER completing other work they thought would fix it. My daughter came to visit and I told her what was going on. She began to look through wire diagrams of the vehicle and noticed the TIPM being a common factor in the systems that were effected. She took my VIN and noticed a recall that has not been addressed. I bought this vehicle not long ago from an independent dealership… I don’t understand how it is legal that neither vehicle maintenance facility informed me of the open recall that has yet to be perform on this vehicle. I don’t understand how it is legal for a DEALERSHIP not to inform me that a recall has yet to be address with this vehicle. Yet for every-time I get maintenance the VIN is to be recorded… So as I’m trying to fix the vehicle mechanics enter this vin sees a recall that could very well be related to the recall and do nothing but charge me for parts and don’t even inform me? How is any of that legal!?

My 2012 Dodge Durango was serviced under NHTSA Campaign 19-V813. This called for the replacement of the fuel pump relay to correct a potential no-start or stall situation. This also prevented fuel pump failure due to the unit not being switched off by the TIPM when the car is turned off. This repair has not corrected the problem. The car would be available for inspection upon request. The safety of the occupants could be at risk. The problem is intermittent and has not been able to be duplicated at the dealer. There are no warning lamps or codes that can be read. The car will crank over for an extended period of time but will not start. This is an intermittent problem and occurs two times a month or more, has been happening since Fall of 2020, and has been increasing in frequency. The fuel pump relay was replaced in June 2021 and the car had a no-start two weeks later. The check engine light does not come on. No codes are found by the dealer. The engine has not quit while in motion, but possibly could as this problem increases in frequency. On two occasions while the car was in motion the right rear window went down for no reason. The window could not be raised until the car was brought to a stop, turned off and started again. The window could then be raised using the driver's door control. This poses a danger to the occupants of the vehicle especially during severe weather and is at least a distraction to the driver. The common denominator in these two problems is the TIPM. I think the fuel pump relay problem is actually a problem found deeper within the TIPM. Chrysler is simply saying that the "flix" is a relay and not the real culprit, the much more expensive TIPM. The dealer says they cannot diagnose this problem unless it is happening on their lot. They have inspected the fuel pump relay work that was done under recall and said that the installation was correct.

SOMETIMES THE STARTER CONTINUOUSLY RUNS FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS ATTEMPTING TO START THE CAR AND THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE STARTER, IS YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE AND LOCK THE CAR W/KEY FOB. HAS DONE THIS INTERMITTENTLY SINCE JULY OF 2017. THE VEHICLE HAS HAD THE FUEL PUMP RELAY REPLACED DUE RECALL ON 09/2015. THE INTERMITTENT NON STARTING ISSUE HAS OCCURRED A TOTAL OF 12+ TIMES. ON TWO OF THE OCCURANCES THE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN VIDEO TAPED. HAD THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THEY STATE THAT THEY COULD NOT GET THE VEHICLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM NOR WERE THERE ANY CODES IN THE SYSTEM, THEREFORE, THEY COULD NOT RESOLVE THE MATTER. WHEN WE TRIED TO SHOW THEM THE VIDEOS THEY ADVISED THAT THEY HAD NO INTEREST IN VIEWING THEM. THEY ALSO ADVISED SEVERAL TIMES THAT WITHOUT A DUPLICATION OF THE ISSUE, THAT THEY COULD DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. DEALERSHIP CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN THAT WE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT THEY KNOW OF THAT IS HAVING THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE.

AUTOBODY MANAGER CONFIRMED THAT RUST IS CORRODING THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE OUT AND WATER IS ENTERING THROUGH A DEFECT IN THE DOOR HANDLE. THERE IS A CLEAR WATER MARK LINE VISIBLE FROM THE INSIDE DOOR SKIN SHOWING FROM THE DOOR HANDLE TO THE HEAVILY RUSTED AREA. THERE IS DEFECT IN THE HANDLE THAT NEEDS TO CORRECTED. OUR CAR HAS BEEN BEEN GARAGED AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

THE LIFTGATE RAISED TO THE OPEN POSITION AUTOMATICALLY, BUT THEN SLAMMED SHUT WITHOUT WARNING. WHEN THE PNEUMATIC STRUT THAT HOLDS THE LIFTGATE OPEN FAILED, THE ENTIRE WEIGHT OF THE LIFTGATE LANDED ON MY WIFE'S HEAD, WHO WAS REACHING INTO THE TRUNK TO REMOVE ITS CONTENTS.

WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS AND RETURNED TO HAVE THE PART INSTALLED, WAS CALLED BY A DIFFERENT SERVICE ADVISER AND TOLD THAT THE REPAIR WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THERE WAS A MARK ON THE BUMPER THAT LOOKED LIKE THE BUMPER WAS PULLED OFF BY AN OUTSIDE FORCE. I EXPLAINED THAT THE MARK ON THE BUMPER OCCURRED A YEAR BEFORE THE INCIDENT AND STILL HAD TO PAY $249 FOR A PART THAT I WAS ORIGINALLY WAS TOLD WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

The passenger side headlight lamp is not working due to something in the harness. I have owned 2 dodge durango suv's and both had problems with the passenger side headlamp. No power to the light the first one would come on if you wiggled the headlight harness. The one I have now has been checked and there is no power to the bulb. When I'm out driving around town I notice I am not the only dodge durango without a headlight I have seen so many with the same issue. I have seen other chrysler's and dodge vehicles diffrent make and models with a headlight blown out. I think they need to fix this its a harness problem not just a bulb replacement issue. I should not have to try and replace a wiring harness due to the defects I can clearly see with other vehicles having the same issues. This started about a year after I bought the vehicle. Bought brand new bulbs 2 times thinking it was just a bulb well its the harness. All fuses have been checked with a multimeter as well as the bulb outlet.

I HAVE 2013 DODGE DURANGO SXT AND I BOUT IT FROM MIKE ALBERTS DEALERSHIP IN CINCINNATI, OHIO. A LITTLE OVER A YEAR I BOUGHT IT, IT STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TRUCK CUTTING OFF WHEN I HIT BUMPS. THE HEADLIGHTS KEEP GOING OUT, I HAVE TO REPLACE THE THE BULBS AND THEN FINALLY REPLACED THE HARNESS THAT HOUSE THE BULBS BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL ONE WAS FRIED. OVER TIME THE ONES THAT I BOUT ARE BEGINNING TO BURN AS WELL CAUSING THE BULBS TO GO OUT. WHEN I TAKE THE TRUCK BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SAY THEY HAVE CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS WHEN IT COMES TO THE TRUCK CUTTING OFF. I HAVE A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN OCTOBER 2018, AND SOON AFTER I STARTED EXPERIENCING THE PROBLEM. IT HAS HAPPENED WHILE STOPPED, PULLING OFF FROM A STOP LIGHT, ON SIDE STREETS, AND ON HIGHWAYS. THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A SPECIFIC TIME THIS HAPPENS. WE HAVE DOCUMENTED DATES OF WHEN THIS HAS OCCURRED AND IT CAN BE 5 MINUTES INTO THE DRIVE OR 45 MINUTES ON A BUSY HIGHWAY. AROUND JANUARY OF 2018 MY 2013 DURANGO R/T 4WD LOW LIGHT STARTING BLINKING WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, PULLED OVER TO TRY AND GET IT TO TURN OFF BY PLACING IN NEUTRAL AND TURING OFF. THIS FIXED IT AND BEGAN TO DRIVE AGAIN ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE LIGHT TURNED BACK ON, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT EVER CAME ON. TOOK THE TRUCK TO ONE OF THE LOCAL DODGE DEALERSHIPS AND THEY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN WORKING CONDITION AND MEETING MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATION. THEN AGAIN IN AUGUST 2018, MY TRANSFER CASE STARTED TO MAKE A TICKING NOISE AND WOULD ENGAGE INTO LOW BY ITSELF WHEN TAKING TURNS AND NO DASH LIGHT WARNING. THIS TIME I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DRIVELINE SHOP AND THEY IDENTIFIED THAT THE TRANSFER CASE NEEDED TO BE REBUILT AND THAT IT BURNT OUT THE TRANSFER CASE MOTOR. THE TRANSFER CASE WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN 4WD LOW BY USING THE SWITCH BUT WOULD ENGAGE ON ITS OWN. STILL, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OR NOTIFICATION THAT THE TRANSFER CASE MOTOR WAS IN OPERATIONAL. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I TOOK THE TRUCK IN FOR THE 4WD LOW ISSUE, I HAD THEM LOOK AT THE RPM GAUGE AND RADIO. THE RPM GAUGE WOULD JUST BOUNCE AND HESITATE WHEN ACCELERATING AND THE RADIO WOULD JUST CHANGE STATIONS BY ITSELF. AFTER INSPECTION BY THE LOCAL DODGE DEALERSHIP, THEY STATED THAT THEY SEE THE ISSUE WITH THE RPM GAUGE AND RADIO, BUT SINCE THE VEHICLE IS MEETING ALL MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATION THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING.

CHRYSLER STATES THAT THE ENGINE LIFTS AND ROCKERS ARE CULPRIT AND REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE ON SOME CHRYSLER AND JEEP MODELS WITH THIS SAME ENGINE BUT DODGE WILL NOT REPAIR OR COMPENSATE FOR THE FAULTY PARTS ON THIS ENGINE BY THE MAKER. IN DECEMBER 2019, AFTER EXPERIENCING SOME OF THE SAME SYMPTOMS I TOOK MY DURANGO BACK TO THE REPAIR SHOP AND WAS TOLD ONE MORE FUEL INJECTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND, THIS TIME THE SHOP RECOMMENDED THAT I REPLACE THE OTHER FIVE (5) INJECTORS. I AGREED TO HAVE THEM REPLACE ALL FIVE SINCE IT APPEARED THAT ALL OF THEM MAY MALFUNCTION OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS. THE DAY AFTER I HAD THE FIVE REPLACED, MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. Vehicle has been having issues starting, acts like the fob is not in ignition. Vehicle has locked key in ignition and won't release it. Most dangerous concern is vehicle will completely shut down while driving, regardless of speed, and will not restart until completely stopped and put in park. Most recent occurrence was on interstate 80, 73 MPH on 12/23/2022. Everything except for hazards and radio shuts off and goes black. No warning lights, no codes tracked, just completely fails. Cannot use turn signal, brakes, power steering, nothing. Starting issues started about 12 months ago. Completely shutting down while driving started about 7 months ago. Issue is intermittent and does not show a pattern.

THE DASH INDICATOR FOR THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL BEGAN FLASHING RAPIDLY. UPON INSPECTION I FOUND THAT THE RIGHT REAR TURN SIGNAL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A SIDE IMPACT THAT RAISED VEHICLE TO APPROXIMATELY 30 DEGREES. BODY SHOP SAID AIRBAGS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED. EXPLAINED TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THERE WAS NO CHECK DONE TO CONFIRM THAT AIRBAGS WERE IN WORKING ORDER. DEALER SAYS THAT IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T SUFFICIENT ENOUGH IMPACT TO DEPLOY AIRBAGS. I'M NOT CONVINCED AFTER READING ABOUT DEFECTS. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS ADDRESSED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS REGARDING WINDOW GOING UP AND DOWN, LOCKING SYSTEM AND ALARM SYSTEM ACTUATING ON THEIR OWN, WHILE DRIVING AND WHEN PARKED. DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE, BUT WHEN IT FINALLY WAS PROVEN, THEY REPAIRED THE WINDOW ONLY AND WE WERE FORCED TO PAY TO GET OUTER VEHICLE BACK. I THOUGHT THAT WHEN I GOT THE RECALLS DONE IT WOULD ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM, HOWEVER, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I AM STILL HAVING THE PROBLEM. The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the temperature gauge indicated that the engine was overheating, prompting the contact to pull over to the shoulder of the roadway and turn off the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed failures with the water pump and thermostat. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to an independent mechanic, who then diagnosed a failure with the radiator. The vehicle was repaired, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 93,000.

I WAS DRIVING IN SOME PRETTY HARD RAIN GOING ABOUT 60MPH. I SLOWED THE CAR DOWN TO ABOUT 40 AND WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE AGAIN THE CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE THEN SEEMED TO STALL AND LOSE BOTH BREAKS AND STEERING. I WAS ON A HILL SO IT WAS VERY SCARY. I WAS ABLE TO PUMP THE EMERGENCY BREAK AND GET THE VEHICLE TO STOP. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE CAUSING IT TO NOT ACCELERATE, THEN LOSE POWER AND BREAKS. TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN: THE AXLE SHAFT NUT IS NOTORIOUS FOR RUSTING BADLY ON THESE VEHICLES. WATER GETS TRAPPED BEHIND THE CENTER CAP ON THE WHEEL AND MOISTURE CAUSES THE SHAFT ENDS AND NUTS TO CORRODE AT AN ACCELERATED RATE. MINE ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY UNRECOGNIZABLE AS NUTS AT THIS POINT, AND SHOULD I HAVE TO REMOVE THE NUTS TO SERVICE ANYTHING (EMERGENCY BRAKE COMPONENTS FOR EXAMPLE) I WILL END UP HAVING TO YANK OUT AND COMPLETELY REPLACE MY CV SHAFTS. IF MY AXLES WERE TO FAIL AT A HIGH SPEED OF RATE, DUE TO INFERIOR METALS USED BY THE FCA, I WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE A DESIGN ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER. RECENTLY I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I PULLED OUT THE JACK SUPPLIED BY DODGE, WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RAISE THE CAR THE JACK WAS RIGID. WHEN I RAISED THE CAR I TOOK THE CAR'S TIRE AND PLACED IT UNDER THE VEHICLE, WHILE I WAS BRINGING THE SPARE TIRE DOWN, THE JACK GAVE WAY AND THE CAR LANDED ON TOP OF THE TIRE I HAD JUST REMOVED FROM THE CAR. THANKS, THAT I HAD PLACED THAT TIRE THERE, OTHERWISE THE CAR WOULD HAD FALLEN ON ME. I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE JACK REPLACED AND THEY SAY THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY. READING DODGE WARRANTY FROM THEIR HOME PAGE THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED, EXCEPT FOR TIRES AND WIRELESS HEADPHONES. MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY AND NO ONE WANTS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. While driving down the road, my vehicle will completely shut off and shut down. Sometimes, emphasis on the sometimes, I can push my key into the ignition a bit more and it will start back up. I lose all function and control of my vehicle. My dash lights and exterior lights completely shut off. I can't steer my car and it comes to a complete stop within seconds because everything locks up. I have had this happen more times than I can even count. It has happened in the middle of me turning at an intersection and has almost caused a collision. I took it in for a diagnosis and was told that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and they didn't know why it was doing that. There is absolutely no warning for when this will happen. The speed that it happens at varies as there is no rhyme or reason. It happened when my care had 95,000 miles and still to this day. It happens AT LEAST 4 times a week. I have read forums where other people with the same vehicle have had this happen to also.

We were driving on the highway using the adaptive cruise control with the 3 furthest distance setting. Someone got in front of me and the FCW light came on and the engine shut off. We were able to pull off to the side of the road. I tried to start the car afterwards and it wouldn’t start. So we sat there for 15 minutes or so and tried again and it started. It happened again about 3 weeks later with the Adaptive Cruise control. Haven’t used it since.

The contact owned a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while the vehicle was in the driveway parked unattended, it caught fire without warning. The contact's husband noticed the vehicle was on fire while approaching the resident. The fire department was on the scene and stated it was due to an electrical fire in the vanity mirror. There were no reported injuries, air bag deployment or a police report filed. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss. The failure mileage was approximately 123.000.

FOR WEEKS MY 2013 DURANGO SXT WON'T LOCK WHEN PRESSING THE KEY FOB AND SOMETIMES WHEN I UNLOCK THE CAR, THE HORN GOES OFF SEVERAL TIMES, AS IF I'M LOCKING THE CAR. I'VE REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE FOB, SO NOT SURE WHY IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY. MY LIFTGATE LOCK STOPPED WORKING FOR A MONTH AND RECENTLY STARTED WORKING. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THE CAR RANDOMLY HAS A DELAY IN STARTING. I'M READING THAT IT COULD BE A FUEL PUMP RELAY AND THE 2013 DURANGO HAS A RECALL FOR IT, BUT MY VIN ISN'T INCLUDED IN THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH IT HAD A TIPM RECALL THAT WAS REPAIRED, WHICH IS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THE FUEL PUMP RELAY RECALL.

THIS CAR WILL COMPLETELY LOSE POWER RANDOMLY. SAME AS FEB 2015 RECALL. FUEL RELAY REPLACED JUNE 2019. AS OF JULY 9 2019 BACK IN SHOP FOR TIPM ISSUES AND REPLACEMENT. AFTER 4 DAYS AND A 3HR DIAGNOSTIC STUDY IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TIMP WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AND POSSIBLE OTHER MODULES. VEHICLE ORIGINALLY HAD STARTING PROBLEM. ONCE FUEL RELAY WAS REPLACED THAT ENDED. THEN VEHICLE STARTED BUT ALL DASH LIGHTING AND ERROR MESSAGES STARTED FLASHING STATING FCW WAS OFF, SHOWED HILL ASCENT INDICATOR, SHOWED BRAKE INDICATOR NEITHER WERE ON, SHOWED SERVICE ENGINE INDICATOR AND OTHERS. WIPERS WOULD RANDOMLY SWIPE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE OFF. WARNING BELL WOULD RANDOMLY DING AS IF THE SEAT BELT WAS NOT FASTENED. IT WAS. HEADLIGHTS WOULD RANDOMLY FLASH AND THE DOORS WOULD UNLOCK (THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR 3-4 YRS BUT SERVICE WOULD SAY TO CHECK KEY FOB BATTERY OR POSSIBLE INTERFERENCE OF SOMETHING ELSE. DID DRIVE VEHICLE TO WORK APPROX 4 MILES AND HOME THE FIRST DAY OF PROBLEM. NEXT DAY VEHICLE WENT STRAIGHT TO DEALERSHIP APPROX 8 MILES AWAY. STILL THERE 4 DAYS LATER. NOT REPAIRED. APPARENTLY MY VIN IS NOT PART OF ORIGINAL RECALL AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY A MINIMUM OF $1560.00 FOR REPAIRS IN ADDITION TO THE $472.00 I SPENT ON THE FUEL RELAY.

WHILE DRIVING MY CAR IS CONTINUOUSLY SHUTTING OFF. I LOSE POWER STEERING AND NEED TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND RESTART IT. THE FIRST TIME I WAS COASTING AT 45 MPH THE CAR DISPLAY CONTROLS WHEN OFF AND TURNED BACK ON. THE SECOND TIME I WAS TURNING INTO A PARKING STALL AND THE CAR DIED MID PARK AT WHICH POINT I HAD TO MANUALLY RESTART. THE MOST RECENT TIME I WAS DRIVING MY KIDS TO SCHOOL AND THE CAR DIED WHILE GOING 35 I HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SHOULDER (WITH NO POWER STEERING) AND RESTART THE ENGINE. THE MUSIC AND HEADLIGHTS REMAINED ON WHILE THE ENGINE WAS OFF. THE CAR STARTS RIGHT UP WITHOUT HESITATION AND THE LOCAL DODGE DELEARSHIP IS NOT FINDING A CODE TO PROPERLY DETECT THE PROBLEM THEIR BEST GUESS IS TO REPLACE THE TIPM IN HOPES IT WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. I NEED A SAFE RELIABLE CAR AND NOT ONE THAT IS AS RISK OF DYING MID DRIVE AND CAUSING AN ACCIDENT HURTING MY FAMILY OR OTHERS.

FOR MONTHS NOW, I HAVE HAD TO COMPLAIN TO MY DODGE DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED MY 2013 DODGE DURANGO AND GET IT SERVICED ABOUT HOW IT SUDDENLY STALLS WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE ASSOCIATED IT WITH HITTING A BUMP SUCH AS A POTHOLE OR GOING OVER RAILROAD TRACKS AND IT WILL DIE OUT AND I HAVE TO PUT IT IN PARK. IT WILL THEN START RIGHT BACK UP. IT HAS HAPPENED ON CITY STREETS AS WELL AS HIGHWAYS. NO CODES ARE SHOWING UP AND BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR CHECK OUT FINE. CABLES ALL HAVE A GOOD CONNECTION AND FUSES ARE SAID TO BE GOOD. WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET IT WILL ENGAGE INTO LOW MODE ALL BY ITSELF, CAUSING THE CAR TO JERK AND DRIVE VERY SLOWLY. THE TRACTION LIGHT ALSO COMES ON. I AM UNABLE DISENGAGE THE LOW MODE. I HAVE TRIED PUTTING THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL TO DISENGAGE HOWEVER MOST OF THE TIME IT DOESN'T WORK. THE CAR WILL AT SOME POINT USUALLY AFTER ABOUT 10-20 MINS OF TRYING TO PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL AND SWITCHING THE AUTO AWD/LOW KNOB BACK AND FORTH RESUME REGULAR DRIVING MODE AT SOME POINT. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING EVERY SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR 2 YEARS (7/2016) AGO SPORADICALLY. THE DEALERS HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIX IT BECAUSE IT DOESN'T THROW ANY KIND OF ERROR CODE AND THEY ARE SAYING THEY HAVE TO SEE THE CAR ACTUALLY DO IT. WE PURCHASED OUR VEHICLE ON 5/31/13. LESS THAN THREE MONTHS LATER, THE FIRST SET OF REAR SHOCKS WERE ORDERED FOR REPLACEMENT. WE HAVE NOW OWNED THE VEHICLE JUST OVER 2 YEARS AND WILL BE HAVING THE SHOCKS REPLACED FOR THE FOURTH TIME. NOBODY AT THE DEALERSHIP HAS EVER EXPLAINED WHY WE HAVE SUCH ISSUES, AND WHEN I CALLED THIS MOST RECENT TIME, THE SERVICE DEPT SAID "MAYBE WE AREN'T USING THE RIGHT ONES". WE ARE REACHING THE END OF OUR WARRANTY PERIOD AND DON'T WANT TO BEGIN HAVING TO REPLACE PARTS, THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPLACED AN AVERAGE OF EVERY 6 MONTHS, AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. UPON PULLING OUT OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD FROM A FULL STOP, THE SUV WAS SLOW TO ACCELERATE. IT SEEMED "SLUGGISH", AS IF IT WAS NOT SWITCHING TO THE PROPER GEAR AND HAD TROUBLE SPEEDING UP. CAUSED AN ONCOMING CAR TO HAVE TO HIT THE BRAKES TO KEEP FROM HITTING ME, WHEN I SHOULD HAVE HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO PULL OUT, UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS. THIS HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES. IT ALSO HAPPENS WHILE I'M DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND TRY TO SPEED UP. THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO FERMAN DODGE TWICE NOW, AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY "HOOKED IT UP TO THE COMPUTER AND COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT", AND WHEN THEY TEST-DROVE IT, THEY COULD NOT REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM. AFTER RESEARCHING THIS ONLINE, I HAVE COME ACROSS OTHERS WHO HAVE ALSO EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE. I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE NEW IN NOVEMBER 2013, AND IT DID NOT DO THIS WHEN I FIRST GOT IT. I HAVE BROUGHT IN THE VEHICLE TO THE LOCAL DODGE SERVICE CENTER IN NAPLES BECAUSE THE LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD GO OFF WHEN THE WIPERS ARE IN USE. ALL OF THE LIGHTS INCLUDING THE TIME / RADIO STATION BECOME DIM. ON DECEMBER 26TH ALTHOUGH THE LIGHTS ARE SET ON AUTOMATIC, THE LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON AT NIGHT. WE MANUALLY HAD TO SWITCH SO THAT WE WOULD HAVE LIGHTS. WE HAVE ALSO ON TWO-THREE OCCASIONS AN ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND/OR ACCELARATOR. THE RPM ON THE CAR WHERE VERY HIGH AND THE CAR WAS BASICALLY NOT GOING OVER 35-40 MPH. ONCE PARKED AND THEN PUT IN DRIVE AGAIN IT WORKED OK UNTIL THE NEXT TIME IT DID IT. THE LOCAL DODGE SERVICE CENTER CLAIM THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG AND INITIALLY BLAMED THE LIGHT ISSUE ON A SUNPASS BECAUSE THEY SAW THE SUCTION CUP MARKS. HOWEVER THE SUNPASS IS NOT ALWAYS IN THIS VEHICLE AND THE TIMES THAT LIGHTS HAVE DIMMED THE SUNPASS HAS NOT BEEN ON.

IN MARCH OF 2013 I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DODGE DURANGO AND I'VE HAD AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE I BOUGHT IT. WHEN I'M DRIVING IN THE EVENING THE REFLECTION OF OTHER HEADLIGHTS, BRAKE LIGHTS, AND STREETLIGHTS CAUSE A SHADOW SO THAT I HAVE DOUBLE VISION OF THOSE IMAGES THROUGH MY WINDSHIELD. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR TEST DRIVES AND INSPECTIONS THEY FINALLY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD. THE NEW WINDSHIELD IS JUST AS BAD, WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN THEY SAID THIS IS HOW ALL THE DURANGO WINDSHIELDS LOOK AND THEY EVEN TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE IN A NEW 2014 DURANGO TO SHOW ME THAT THIS WAS HOW THEY ALL LOOK. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THE VISIBILITY IS HORRIBLE AND I FEEL THE WINDSHIELD IS HURTING MY EYES. SINCE DAY ONE OF OWNING THE DURANGO I HAVE HAD A BAD VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL, LARRY H MILLER DODGE IN AVONDALE TOLD ME I HAD BAD TIRES SO I REPLACED THE TIRES (@450 MILES) THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD BAD WHEELS SO I REPLACED THEM WITH NEW TIRES AND WHEELS. I STILL HAVE THE VIBRATION AND MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE DEALER OVER 7 TIMES NOW. TODAY LHMD SERVICE MANAGER EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY TOOK WHEELS OFF OF A NEW DURANGO ON THE LOT AND THE VIBRATION WAS WORSE, THEY WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT "ALL DURANGO'S HAVE THIS VIBRATION" . THE VIBRATION CAN BE FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL AND COULD CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE IF VIBRATION GETS WORSE (OR IF DEFECTIVE PART THAT IS CAUSING VIBRATION FAILS).
