My 2018 Nissan Armada (VIN: [XXX] ) has been experiencing no-start issues consistently for the past three years. Two years ago, I purchased a new battery from a Nissan dealership after being told the existing one had failed. Despite that replacement, the problem persisted and continues to this day. The vehicle intermittently fails to start, often producing only a click sound even though the battery, alternator, and starter test as functional. I now have to jump my car at least five times a week just to drive it. Through research and online forums, I’ve found that many other owners of this model report identical issues, which appear linked to the brake lamp switch or Body Control Module (BCM). While Nissan has issued Technical Service Bulletins for these concerns, no formal recall has been offered. This ongoing electrical malfunction is a serious reliability and safety issue—especially if the vehicle fails to start during a critical situation—and I urge NHTSA to investigate. The Display Control Unit (DCU) has failed in my 18 Armada. My VIN is not part of the recall with the other 18 Armada models. The safety features of the collision warning system does not work because the DCU has failed. This is a pedestrian safety issue. The Navigation system does not work because the DCU has failed. None of the control panel buttons on dash or the steering wheels work because the DCU has failed including the cruise control. The Nissan dealership has confirmed it is the DCU but it is not under the recall with my VIN, however it appears all 18 Armada's have been recalled due to the same issue. No warning lights appears, the display screen stopped working only displaying the Nissan symbol. I would like my VIN added to the recall list for the DCU so the vehicle can become safe to myself and others. replacement is nearly $%,000.00 dollars 1 Affected Product Vehicle MAKE NissanMODEL amarda

The start hesitation started about 2 years ago, but my Armada never did not start. Then about a year so ago the Armada would not start, and it would not start in Dover, DE, and I had to call Geico to get a jump. I had a brand-new battery installed thinking that was the issue months prior, but my Armada would not start again. I took it to the dealership, and they charged me diagnostic but could not find any issues. After numerous times of my Armada not starting, I bought portable jumper whenever this happens. Just last week I was in Milford and went to start my Armada and it would not start. It clicked and then no power anywhere... the same as other times. I called Geico roadside and while waiting about 10 minutes, my Armada started, and I drove it straight home. I tried to start it the next day, and it started with a slight hesitation, but it started. So now when I go places, I will not turn my Armada off for fear it will not start again.

Infotainment system went black with no warning. Effects adjustment to temperature contols, information for maintenance. Radio accessibility, sound, bluetooth, navigation, etc. I have only owned the vehilcle for 1 year, and drove 7500 miles. There was no warning, glitching or flashing. I have been to the dealership and they told me there were no errors to report but only suggested to replace entire infotainment center at $5K.

The contact owns a 2018 Nissan Armada. The contact stated that while shifted in reverse, the vehicle failed to respond; however, the vehicle was able to drive forward. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The mechanic, who was a former mechanic with Nissan, informed the contact that it was known failure with the Nissan transmission, and that the shifter was unable to shift into reverse. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that the transmission replacement was not covered under warranty or recall. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.

WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE HAS DISPLAYED AN INTERMITTENT TRANSMISSION SHUDDER AT LOW SPEEDS WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOPPED POSITION. THIS OCCURS AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 20-40 MPH. THE SHUDDER CAN BE FELT THROUGH THE FLOOR INTO THE SEAT AND APPEARS AS IF THE TRANSMISSION IS SEARCHING FOR A PROPER GEAR. UNDER HARD ACCELERATION/FREEWAY DRIVING THE ISSUE DOES NOT PRESENT ITSELF. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN INTO BOTH MY NISSAN AND INFINITY DEALER. BOTH TECHNICIANS WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE CONFIRMED FEELING THE SHUDDER. DRIVELINE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AT NISSAN AND THE ECM RECEIVED THE MOST CURRENT UPDATE. NISSAN TECHNICIAN ADVISED THAT THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THE ARMADA AND THAT THE SHUDDER IS DUE TO THE COMPUTER TRYING TO FIND THE OPTIMUM TRANSMISSION SHIFT POINTS FOR THE BEST FUEL ECONOMY. I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO MY INFINITY DEALER AFTER LEARNING THAT THE ISSUE IS KNOWN TO EXIST IN THE QX56 & QX80 AS WELL AS THE ARMADA AS THE VEHICLES ALL SHARE THE SAME COMPONENTS. MY SERVICE TECHNICIAN DROVE THE VEHICLE AND ALSO CONFIRMED THE SHUDDER OCCURRING INTERMITTENTLY UNDER CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS. I REQUESTED THAT THEY SEARCH FOR THE MOST CURRENT UPDATE WHICH WOULD BE THE "E" UPDATE, UNFORTUNATELY THIS UPDATE ONLY APPLIES TO MODELS PRIOR TO 2018. SERVICE TECH ADVISED ME TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE NORMALLY AS THIS IS NOT A MECHANICAL ISSUE, BUT A SOFTWARE ISSUE. HE ALSO CONFIRMED THAT NISSAN / INFINITY ARE WELL AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HAVE DONE LITTLE TO NOTHING TO PROVIDE A TSB, COMPUTER UPDATE, OR PERMANENT SOLUTION. HE FURTHER ADVISED THAT A TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT, REBUILD, OR MAJOR SERVICING WOULD NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS IT IS SOFTWARE RELATED. IT IS DEEMED VERY COMMON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN A $65,000 VEHICLE. NISSAN NEEDS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE INSTEAD OF HAVING DEALERS ADVISING OWNERS THIS IS NORMAL. MY CONCERN IS A TRANSMISSION FAILURE WHILE DRIVING.

There is a common known issue with the Armadas that Nissan has not addressed, where you will randomly get a "BCI Malfunction" warning, sometimes corresponding to a warning about the ABS System. The car will not shift out of the current gear when this happens, until you turn it off and back on again. If you are really unlucky, like I am, this will progress to the car randomly applying the brakes and initiating hard stops, in traffic. This happened to me two days ago in traffic and I narrowly escaped an accident. I had to get the car towed home and it still intermittently does this. The brakes locked up so badly that the car was covered in smoke and appeared to be on fire. This is terribly unsafe, and Nissan needs to fix it, because it is more likely that an Armada owner WILL encounter this, than that they won't, and people are going to be injured and/or killed, if they have not already. This is very serious. Please help.

Break pressure sensor is bad, the car will intermittently not crank. If car is in park it will not go into gear. It’s as if the break system can not build up enough pressure for the car to register the breaks are being pressed

WHILE DRIVING CAR WILL START ACTING WEIRD AS THOUGH I'M HAVE A LITTLE DIFFICULTY ACCELERATING. THEN A LIGHT WILL COME ON THAT LOOKS LIKE A CAR WITH A WINDY ROAD. THEN AFTER A MINUTE OR TWO A TON OF OTHER LIGHTS WILL COME ON AND AN ALERT OF BCI MALFUNCTION WILL APPEAR. TRIED TO GOOGLE TO SEE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DONE TO RESOLVE AND SOME HAVE SAID THAT THEY HAVE TO PULL OVER BECAUSE THE CAR HAS ACTUALLY SHUT OFF ON ITS OWN. SO, I ALWAYS TRY TO PULL OVER AND TURN THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON. SOMETIMES THE CAR WILL NOT TURN BACK ON AND IT WILL LEAVE ME STRANDED. I ALSO HAVE BEEN IN PARK WHEN THE ALERT CAME ON AND IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SHIFT INTO DRIVE, AGAIN LEAVING ME STRANDED. The dashboard instrument panel lighting has begun to go dark. It started with a section of the odometer going dark and has since spread to a lot of the instrument panel. After researching it further it is a known issue among other Armada owners. It poses a safety risk as you can no longer glance at the panel to get information, but instead must look for a longer period of time to see the gauges. Below is a link to others who have experienced the same issue. I wrote Nissan about the issue and have not received a response. Thanks for your time and attention. Parts of the dash lights are not illuminated. Seems to be a trend on the 2017-2018 models according to forms I have read. Dash replacements are roughly $1200 not including labor. Kind of steep to expect customers to pay with as many customers having the same issue.

I have noticed that on my 2018 Nissan Armada, has roughly 82,456 miles on it , an I noticed the RPM between 7/8 don't light up like the other numbers ! 7/25/2020 NISSAN ARMADA PLATINUM RESERVE - WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE CANYON, I HAD THE BRAKES START APPLYING THEMSELVES THEN ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH CAME ON WITH A MESSAGE "BCI MALFUNCTION." WE WERE ABLE TO GET PULLED OVER SAFELY AND TURN THE CAR OFF. WE THEN RESTARTED THE CAR AND THE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN, SO WE REPEATED THE STEPS AND THE LIGHT WENT OFF. AT OUR NEXT STOP, THE CAR WOULD NOT START NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE TRIED FROM THE NORMAL PUSH BUTTON START. WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO GET IT START BY USING REMOTE START ON THE KEY FOB. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN THAT IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH NISSAN ARMADAS AND INFINITY QX MODELS, BASED ON MULTIPLE FORUMS ONLINE. THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE GET SEVERELY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. 60K VEHICLE WITH 40K MILES ON IT.

My Nissan Armada is 4 years old with 42,000 miles and has needed two brake switches replaced on it to date. This is RIDICULOUS! This car is completely unsafe. It has failed to start more times than I can count, and it most recently broke down on my on New Years Day. I had to have it towed. I have reported this issue to Nissan and they have done nothing to help make this right! I am now starting a FaceBook group (of other Nissan Armada owners that are experiencing the same issue) to file complaints against Nissan for this. This is a serious safety issue and needs to be resolved.

The display is not working properly, the low window washer fluid comes on and then goes off. The light in the back of the display wants to come on but doesn't. The sensors are lighting up when there is a vehicle next to you but no warning signal. also there is no radio and the buttons on top do not work. I researched this and there was a recall for a DCU in 2018-2019 and that seems like the problem again. I have had nothing but issues with this car since i bought it. Nissan says its the battery which is highly doubtful because they just changed that and the brake switches a million times. BCM came up a bunch of times also in the past but Nissan cant recreate the problem which I am starting be frustrated with and dont even want this car anymore although it was my dream car

I TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THE SAME DEALER FOR ALL SERVICES AND OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, I'VE HAD "BATTERY ISSUES" THAT TURN OUT TO BE CONTROL MODULE ISSUES THAT REQUIRE NEW WIRING FOR THE VEHICLE TO RUN AT ALL, BATTERY COMPLETELY DRAINS AFTER SEVERAL SMALL TRIPS AROUND TOWN. I HAVE FULLY REPLACED THE BATTERY, DONE A WARRANTY ON IT AFTER THAN AND I'M STILL CONSTANTLY STRANDED. NISSAN DOESN'T WANT TO COVER ANY OF THE LABOR ($645.00) THAT IT REQUIRES TO RUN AT ALL. NO PARTS ARE NEEDED, IT'S JUST LABOR TO RECONFIGURE THE WAY THE ALTERNATOR WORKS BUT THEY'RE TELLING ME IT'S MY PROBLEM TO FIX BUT IT'S NOT A WORN OUT PART, IT'S LITERALLY THE ELECTRICAL. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? BATTERY & SMART ALTERNATOR How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? VEHICLE WILL NOT START, BATTERY COMPLETELY DRAINS AFTER SEVERAL SMALL TRIPS AROUND TOWN. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? YES, THEY'RE FULLY AWARE OF THE PROBLEM THAT THESE ARMADAS ARE HAVING, RECALLS CURRENTLY ON 2017 & 2019 MODELS BUT THEY'RE NOT RECALLING MY YEAR, 2018! Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? YES, DEALER SERVICE CENTER SEVERAL TIMES. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? NO. FIRST STARTED IN 2019. I'VE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL BATTERIES, ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND PERSONAL JUMPS DUE TO THE FAULTY BATTERY LEAVING ME STRANDED SEVERAL TIMES OVER.

BCI (Back-up Collision Intervention) Malfunction. It's random when this comes up on the dashboard warning lights. It lights up several other things as well. It doesn't allow you to use the cruise control, or the 4-wheel drive. It disables the ABS and traction control. I don't know how this is not a recall, because I see several forums talking about this issue for this vehicle specifically in this year. We took it to the dealership, and they brushed it off, and claimed they didn't know how to fix it. It has caused multiple problems and has put my family at harms risk due to it disabling the safety features.

SEVERAL TIMES THE ENGINE WILL NOT CRANK AND WILL NOT START. CAN TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES SOMETIMES BEFORE VEHICLE WILL START, LEAVING DRIVER STRANDED. TWICE NOW THE BCI MALFUNCTION (BACKUP COLLISION INTERVENTION) ERROR CAME UP ON THE DASH ALONG WITH OTHER LIGHTS IMMEDIATLY AFTER ENGINE STARTUP. FIRST TIME AT 23,027 MILES, AND NOW RECENTLY AT 32,081 MILES. THE FIRST TIME, DEALERSHIP SAID THEY "COULD NOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM." THIS RECENT TIME, THE DEALERSHIP SAID THERE WAS A SERVICE BULLETIN TO REPLACE A STOP LAMP SWITCH (NTB20-065). WE'LL SEE IF THE PROBLEM IS ACTUALLY FIXED. THIS SHOULD REALLY BE A RECALL CONSIDERING THE SHEAR NUMBER OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. PLUS THE BRAKE LAMPS MAY NOT WORK CONSISTENTLY, ELEVATING THE RISK OF A COLLISION IF OTHER DRIVERS AREN'T AWARE THE VEHICLE IS SLOWING DOWN.

The infotainment system in my 2018 Nissan Armada failed. The issues include unresponsiveness of the touchscreen, frequent system freezes or restarts, glitches with Bluetooth connectivity, loss of backup camera functionality during reboots, and a black screen. The most significant issue is incessant random reboots, which occur without any apparent cause. These reboots can continue for the entire duration of a drive or happen sporadically, leading to distractions, the loss of presets and settings, and interrupted Bluetooth connections. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The malfunctioning infotainment system poses several safety risks. The frequent reboots distract the driver, especially when attempting to reconnect Bluetooth or troubleshoot the system mid-drive. Additionally, the loss of the backup camera during reboots compromises visibility while reversing, significantly increasing the risk of an accident. The unresponsiveness and black screen further hinder safe operation, as critical features like navigation and audio controls are inaccessible. Yes, the problem has been reproduced by the dealership. They confirmed that the infotainment system experiences reboots and black screens, consistent with common complaints about this vehicle. However, they could not offer a resolution because my VIN is not included in related recalls or service bulletins. The vehicle has been inspected by the dealership, but no other parties, such as Nissan corporate representatives, have been involved in reviewing the issue though I have tried to get them involced with repeated attempts at contact via phone and email. There were no warning lamps or error messages prior to the failures. The infotainment system began exhibiting these problems approximately [insert date], and they have occurred consistently since that time.I have searched online for solutions and found that this is a widespread issue with the 2018 Nissan Armada and other Nissan vehicles in general. Well wife was driving car on her way to work and it shut off in the middle of traffic. Was no sure what was wrong until I brought it home and started reading the codes. It gave me P0087 P0090 low fuel pressure regulater circuit open and P119C. So I changed out the sensor the in tank fuel pump, high pressure fuel pump and sensor on the evap can. Car still will not start. So I bought a wiring diagram to see were everything was routed and found out the have a built in fuel relay so I bought a new PCM that didn't work so then I found out it there was a fuel pump controller module so change that and still not cranking. Fuel pump flows fuel for a second then shuts off. Now I am not sure what to do now. Truck has been down for 3 weeks now. And been have to renting a car since then.

We have a Nissan Armada that the Multi AV unit / computer has failed (Part # given to us is 283876GY4D). The vehicle is barely 4 years old. We were quoted a $3,800 repair and Nissan has told us there is no help they can provide. Despite having purchased a 7 year 100,000 mile limited warranty this part isn't covered. Investigating online into the issue we have found that this component is problematic in many vehicles and has service bulletins associated with it. Nissan is stating that because it is GPS, Radio, and cabin comfort it is not a safety issue. HOWEVER, it goes beyond that. We have stated several times to Nissan, that as this unit continuously reboots and malfunctions the windshield defrost / fog clearing aspect of the vehicle does not work. We have had several instances where we've had to pull over in less than desirable locations in order to manually clear our windshield. As the windshield fogs up, you can't see. Given our climate and terrain, the windshield inside can fog up instantly and without warning. If the defrost isn't working, we have to clear the windshield with a towel. This generally is a multi-stop event as it does not stay cleared very well without proper airflow. ALSO, the constant rebooting of the display unit is a serious distraction to the driver. The screen continuously cycles through multiple screens and the day night recognition function does not work. So if it is night time, the bright screen continuously reboots in front of your face. It is unacceptable in a 4 year old vehicle to have these issues and Nissan offer NOTHING and not acknowledge the fact that their vehicles have a serious safety issue. This part is a problem and no amount of "normal wear and tear" explains its failure. It is simply a faulty component from the manufacturer. My wife regularly has our 3 children in the car with her. It is not a good situation. Even if Nissan offered to pay for the part and I the labor I would be happy. To acknowledge nothing is unacceptable

While traveling w/b on I78 into Pennsylvania I noticed my car suddenly veering to the left. I stopped at a toll booth to proceed to the next exit to check on the problem and as I accelerated out of the toll booth the car began to fishtail wildly. After being able to bring the car under control I pulled off to the shoulder expecting, from the sound of the scraping metal, to find a blown tire. When I checked on the r/r tire I noticed it seemed to have collapsed and that the lower control arm had broken from the frame of the car leaving the car inoperable. I had the car taken on a flatbed to the nearest Nissan dealership.

Component or system unknown other than personal research. Suspect break sensor or possibly called stop lamp. Again, not positive. My Armada randomly will not start, leaving me stranded many times (with children). When I push the start button, sometimes the car shakes while making a horrible sound and trying to start but never starts. It has to be jumped off before it will start. Sometimes, it just clicks and does nothing. We took to our local Midas, who found no codes triggered, battery, alternator, starter etc all good. We drove another week and it happened again so this time we took to the Nissan dealership. Again, they checked everything, found nothing. Upon researching myself, I'm finding many people having this same issue yet Nissan team has no clue what to fix. I'm stuck driving a car that leaves me randomly stranded or doesn't start at all for me to even leave my house. I tried looking up the part myself and adding a new one (desperate to find the issue) but I'm not car savvy and can not locate the "easy" piece near my break pedal. I'm getting desperate and should not have a car with less than 70,000 miles leaving me stranded. No warning lights appear.

The Display Control Unit (DCU) has failed in my 18 Armada. My VIN is not part of the recall with the other 18 Armada models. The safety features of the collision warning system does not work because the DCU has failed. The back up camera does not work because the DCU has failed.

DURING NORMAL DRIVING, BCI LIGHT WILL APPEAR AND THEN ALL DASH WARNING LIGHTS AND CAR WILL HANDLE SLUGGISHLY. UPON STOPPING AND ATTEMPTING TO RESTART CAR, VEHICLE WILL NOT START FOR UPWARDS OF 30 MINUTES. ONCE VEHICLE IS IN PARK AND VEHICLE IS RESTARTED...GEAR SHIFT CANNOT BE MOVED FROM PARK TO DRIVE. THIS HAS ENDANGERED MY FAMILY BY OCCURING AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT BUSY INTERSECTIONS AND UNPROTECTED RAILROAD CROSSINGS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED BECAUSE OF THIS DEFECT.

THE ENGINE LOSES POWER SUDDENLY AND UNEXPECTEDLY (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNS ON). WITH THE LOSS OF POWER, VEHICLE LOSES SPEED AND ACCELERATION. THIS SITUATION HAS HAPPENED ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. IN ALL CASES THE LOSS OF POWER HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING, THREE OF THE TIMES WHILE DRIVING ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY (I-10). THE SUDDEN LOSS OF SPEED CREATES A HAZARDOUS SITUATION FOR ME, MY PASSENGERS AND ANY DRIVERS AROUND ME. IN ALL CASES I HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM, MOSSY NISSAN IN HOUSTON (MN). THE FIRST TIME I HAD THIS PROBLEM I STOPPED AT A SHOP CLOSE-BY AND THE MECHANIC AT THE SHOP RESET THE ENGINE AND FIXED THE ENGINE MOMENTARILY. DETAILS OF EACH VISIT ARE: EVENT #1: 05/14/19 - A MECHANIC AT A SHOP NEAR TO WHERE THE PROBLEM HAPPENED CONNECTED A HAND-HELD DEVICE TO MY VEHICLE.THE DEVICE ISSUED A CODE. THE EASY FIX WAS TO RESET THE ENGINE, WHICH I AGREED-TO DO SINCE THE CAR WAS UNDRIVEABLE. THE FOLLOWING MORNING, I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO MN SERVICE. I DETAILED THE PROBLEM AND THE CODE GIVEN BY THE HAND-HELD DEVICE. MN WAS NOT ABLE TO ADDRESS AND FIX THE ISSUE. MN SUGGESTED THAT IF THE PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE TO MN WITHOUT RESETTING SO THAT THEY COULD DIAGNOSE. EVENT #2: 06/12/19 - SAME PROBLEM AGAIN (LOSS OF POWER, SPEED AND ACCELERATION). I DROVE THE CAR TO MN. PER MN, THE PROBLEM WAS A HARNESS THAT WAS REPLACED, AND THIS TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. EVENT #3: 08/12/19 - SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. I DROVE THE CAR TO MN. PER MN, THE PROBLEM THIS TIME WAS THE ECM COMPUTER THAT WAS REPLACED, AND THIS TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. EVENT #4: 12/2/19 - SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. I DROVE THE CAR TO MN. PER MN, THE PROBLEM THIS TIME WAS A MOTOR RELAY THAT WAS REPLACED, AND THIS TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THIS IS AN UNRELIABLE CAR AND EVEN DRIVING SHORT DISTANCES IS STRESSFUL AS I AM AFRAID OF THIS RECURRING PROBLEM HAPPENING AGAIN. THANK YOU

BOUGHT A NEW 2018 NISSAN ARMADA IN DEC 2018 IN THE EVENING. NOT THINKING MUCH ABOUT IT PURCHASED MY NEW SUV AND DROVE HOME. SHORTLY AFTER MY PURCHASE I NOTICED IN THE SUN THAT MY TRUCK PAINT DIDN'T LOOK QUITE RIGHT. AFTER WASHING I NOTICED A COUPLE PAINT CHIPS AROUND THE DOOR AREA THAT WERE QUITE SIGNIFICANT. CONTACTED NISSAN PROMPTLY ABOUT THIS ISSUE. AFTER TAKING TO A NISSAN COLLISION CENTER AND BEING TOLD ITS A BAD QUALITY PAINT AND WILL ONLY BE CORRECT WITH BEING STRIPPED DOWN TO THE METAL AND REDONE, THIS WAS COMPLETELY DISREGARDED BY NISSAN. THEY THEN SENT ME A "SPECIALIST" WHO TOLD ME THAT PAINT CHIPS ARE COMMON AND THAT MY ORANGE PEEL IS IN THE NEW BLACK ARMADA IS TO HELP HIDE IMPERFECTIONS. NISSAN WILL NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING. NISSAN IS SELLING AUTOS WITH INFERIOR PAINT QUALITY. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND THIS IS A LESSON LEARNED ABOUT NISSAN PRODUCTS.
