The parking brake does not disengage even after the recall fix was applied. Mazda refuses to look at it any more as the fix has passed your testing despite it not working.

MY REAR BRAKES ALWAYS SEEM TO BE DRAGGING. THEY MAKE A LOUD GRINDING NOISE AS I EXIT MY NEIGHBORHOOD. AFTER DRIVING A WHILE, THE NOISE IS QUIETER BUT STILL NOTICEABLE. I AM AFRAID OF IT LOCKING UP WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSING ME TO LOSE CONTROL.

I'VE HAD TO REPLACE BACK BRAKES TWICE IN 4 YEARS. NOW CALIPERS HAVE GONE OUT WHICH RUINED ROTORS AND PADS. IT LOOKS LIKE OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH CALIPERS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND WEARING THE BRAKES PREMATURELY.

The vehicle automator mileage was changed. The original mileage reading is over 200,000 mi. While the dashboard mileage only reads 90,780 mi. I was unaware of this until I went to the DMV to do a title transfer. The private seller is now nowhere to be found from Facebook marketplace and has blocked me but I do have receipts of everything

I am filing this complaint regarding existing Manufacturer Recall Number 6023G (NHTSA Recall Number 23V-487). This recall has been posted since Jul 14, 2023 and the manufacturer has failed to remedy the recall in a timely manner. The remedy is noted on the recall page: "If inspections verify there is image distortion or flickering, the rearview camera will be replaced with a new part and a wiring harness fastening seal will be added." However, the manufacturer continues to state that the remedy is not yet available.

The problem I have is with my rearview camera, as described in Manufacturer Recall Number 6023G / NHTSA Recall Number 23V-487. This problem has existed since I purchased the car in November 2022. The recall was announced on 7/14/23. Mazda has failed to provide a remedy. Dealers report that they don't have the parts needed to make the repair and that no remedy has been provided by Mazda. It is meaningless to have a recall if the manufacturer doesn't fix the problem. This is a serious safety issue as when the problem occurs, it is not possible to see behind the car via the camera/screen.

The infotainment system sometimes has "ghost touches" where random buttons on the screen are pressed without a physical press. This is dangerous because it is extremely distracting to the driver. It often changes songs or calls a random person on my phone contact list. This requires me to quickly and constantly press the "back" button for the infotainment system to prevent it from placing a call. This forces my attention and hands away from the core task of driving while the car is in motion.

The Infotainment System will randomly change radio stations while driving, or start scanning through the various system menus, and on at least in one case, started randomly making phone calls from a connected phone. This creates a major distraction while driving. This has been looked at by the dealership and would cost $1500 for the system repair. I understand that this is a known problem.

The Mazda Connect touch screen in the center display may not accept touch commands properly or may operate by itself (ghost touch). The ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) film of the touch screen may be corroded due to moisture, which may adhere on the lens of the touch screen during the cleaning process at the plant. The corrosion may allow the electrostatic capacity to vary without any input, causing the malfunction of the touch screen.

Mazda call this “ghost touch” it happens when the screen starts to act up like crazy, jumping from different audio sources, Bluetooth lose connection, making unwanted phone calls. Almost like a ghost is touching the screen over and over again.

This car's backup camera has been un-usable ~50% of the time, dating back to last year, due to the issue described in the recall. Westcott Mazda refused to inspect and certify the existence of the issue and simply said parts to fix it were unavailable. This recall was issued over 9 months ago.

The "infotainment" system, which includes media, navigation, hands-free calling, and the backup camera function, frequently malfunctions. The system will either freeze, or it will execute button presses on its own. The result is that it will change audio selection, make hands free calls via the connected phone, etc. on its own with no driver interaction, which is distracting while driving and could and has caused hazardous driving conditions. While I am listing the most recent occurrence in this form, this has been occurring on nearly every drive for the last 2 years. This typically happens in stop-and-go traffic. The vehicle has a manual transmission and the movement in the center console caused by shifting may be causing loose electrical connections to be disturbed and contribute to the behavior.

However, the dealer refused to complete the recall repairs due to the vehicle having a Salvage Title. The contact stated that the rearview camera displayed a black screen while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The contact stated that the failure obstructed the driver's visibility, which prevented the driver from safely operating the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and referred the contact back to the dealer. The vehicle remained unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 86,000.

Since the middle of 2023 I have noticed a gas fume smell both inside and outside of my 2015 Mazda Mazda3 after I fill my gas tank to full. This smell persists up until I use about a half tank of gas or slightly less. I do not top my gas tank off and stop filling when the automatic gas pump stops. There are no visible leaks on or around the gas tank or below the vehicle, and there are no noticeable cracks around the gas tank, valves, lines, etc. Additionally, there are no warning lights present on my dashboard or any codes.

Started smelling gas fumes several weeks ago after fill ups at the gas station. Took to my mechanic who diagnosed a fuel tank leak due to rust. No warning lights present. No fuel on the ground or fumes within the cabin.

I was driving 90km and it suddenly stopped, I almost got into it, I put the 4 flashers and I let myself go on the shoulder, then call a towing after a machine test the error code P1092 appears , when I turn on my car, it's so miserable, it starts to bubble, it doesn't want to move forward anymore, lack of strength, All the rest is marked as PASS After googling around, I may have found an answer. Denso, who makes low pressure fuel pumps for a lot of different manufacturers, recalled several million of them a couple of years ago. They determined that there was a manufacturing defect that causes the pump impellers to crack and deform. Then they don't move enough gas to the front of the engine. I guess there is no pressure sensor between the tank and the high pressure fuel pump, so the problem isn't recognized by the car until the sensor in the fuel rail sees it. Several auto makers have issued recalls, including Mazda. But Mazda only went back as far as 2018. Toyota recalled cars as far back as 2013. There are now several lawsuits against various auto makers arguing that Denso knew about the problem in 2015, and the recalls should go further back in time. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 MAZDA 3. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED FUEL LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V621000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND WOULD BE KEPT UNTIL THE RECALL REMEDY COULD BE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT FELT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.

I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 60MPH ON A 4 LANE US ROUTE WHEN I HEARD A LOUD BANG COMING FROM MY SUNROOF. I LOOK IN THE REARVIEW MIRROR AND SEE A LARGE CHUNK OF GLASS FLYING BEHIND ME. I OPEN THE SUNROOF VISOR PARTIALLY AND NOTICE I AM MISSING GLASS. THE GLASS FOR MY SUNROOF IS TEMPERED. IT WAS ABOUT 65 DEGREES AND VERY HUMID, BUT NO PRECIPITATION. THE PICTURE IS FROM A PARKING LOT ABOUT 10MINS AFTER THE INCIDENT.

DEFECTIVE WINDSHIELD WIPER 0N MY 2015 MAZDA3, THAT NHTSA ACKNOWLEDGED DEFECTIVE ON MAZDA 3. 2016,17, 18, WERE DEFECTIVE AND RECALLED. I WANT MY AUTO TO BE ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR THE SAME DEFECT. THE DEALERSHIP WANTS ON ESTIMATE $900. THIS SEEMS TOTALLY UNFAIR.MY WINDSHIELD WIPER RENDERS MY VEHICLE UNSAFE. AFTER YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE DEFECT. WHILE DRIVING AND WASHING MY WINDOW WITH THE WIRE FLUID, THE WIPERS STOPPED INSTEAD IF TETURING TO TH WIPER BAY. THE NEXT DAY IN HEAVY RAINFALL IN SEATTLE. THEY STOPPED WORKING WITHOUT ME HAVING TO MANUALLY SWITCH BETWEEN SETTINGS. CREATING AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION. I FEEL THAT I AM BEING HELD HOSTAGE TO A VERY HIGH PRICE. AFTER YOUR COMMISSION RECOGNIZED THIS HAZARD. I WANT MY REPAIR, AND I WANT JUSTICE.

SUNROOF EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY GOING ABOUT 55 MPH. WEATHER WAS SUNNY ABOUT 70 DEGREES. NO APPARENT REASON WHY THIS WOULD OCCUR (IE. NO ROCKS HIT THE CAR, ETC). GLASS SHATTERED INTO DRIVER SIDE OF CAR AND BACK SEATS. HOLE IN THE GLASS WAS IN MIDDLE OF THE PANE AND EXPANDED OUT. CAR HAS APPROXIMATELY 50K MILES.

THE POWER SEAT LIFT AND LOWER MECHANICS HAVE FAILED SO THAT THE SEAT NO LONGER RAISES OR LOWERS TO ITS ORIGINAL EXTENT. THIS PREVENTS THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE FROM ADJUSTING THE SEAT PROPERLY FOR SAFE DRIVING. THE ACTUATOR, FUSES, AND WIRING ARE ALL FUNCTIONAL AND THE MECHANICAL COMPONENTS SIMPLY NO LONGER ALLOW FULL RANGE OF MOTION REGARDING SEAT HEIGHT EVEN WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT. I BELIEVE THE MECHANICAL COMPONENTS SIMPLY FAILED AND AM NOT AWARE OF ANY SPECIFIC CAUSE. I AM 6'3'' AND MY WIFE IS 5'4'' AND SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT IS CRITICAL TO SAFE DRIVING.

LEFT SIDE OF DRIVER'S SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT LIFTER LINK IS BROKEN. DRIVERS'S SEAT ROCKS ON THE LEFT SIDE DURING BRAKING, ACCELERATION, AND WHEN STATIONARY. THIS IS DISTRACTING TO THE DRIVER AND COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. IT COULD ALSO LEAD TO A MORE CATASTROPHIC FAILURE.

THE HEAD REST PUSHES MY HEAD FORWARD WHEN I SIT UPRIGHT WITH GOOD POSTURE NO MATTER WHAT THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT I USE. THE ANGLE OF THE HEADREST IS NOT ADJUSTABLE AND IS WAY TO FAR FORWARD FOR ME. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A NEW REGULATION, AND I BELIEVE THE STANDARD IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR EVERYONE.

I HAVE FILED THIS CLAIM BECAUSE THE CAR IN MENTION HAS BEEN REPAIRED BY MAZDA FOR FAILURES IN THE DOOR LATCHING-LOCKING SYSTEM ON THREE (3) SEPARATE OCCASIONS ON DIFFERENT DOORS SINCE I PURCHASED IT AND IT IS CURRENTLY SHOWING SIGNS OF FAILURE ON ONE OF THE DOORS THAT WAS NOT AFFECTED BEFORE. I NO LONGER CONSIDER THE VEHICLE SAFE TO DRIVE AND I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT FAILURES OF THIS NATURE MAY CAUSE ACCIDENTS WITH CATASTROPHIC INJURIES TO THE DRIVER AND TO OTHERS. AS A MAZDA CUSTOMER, CAR OWNER AND ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL, I'M EXTREMELY CONCERNED WHEN I CONTEMPLATE THE POSSIBILITY THAT THIS MIGHT NOT BE AN ISOLATED CASE AND THAT OTHER MAZDA OWNERS MIGHT BE DRIVING UNSAFE VEHICLES. I HAVE ALSO STARTED A CLAIM WITH THE BBB AUTO LINE CASE MAZ1714424 WHERE I PURSUE REPURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE BY MAZDA AMONG OTHER ITEMS.

1. Automatic transmission suffered a catastrophic failure during operation. Transmission was discarded by Bountiful Mazda, Utah. 2. Both other and I were at risk as the vehicle could not be controlled. 3. I read similar findings on Social Media posts. 4. Bountiful Mazda confirmed metal shavings in the drain trans fluid. 5. No prior warning on car instrumentation, or while driving, or on prior inspection by Cardinaleway Mazda, Gilbert, AZ 6. Neither Mazda USA (Mfr) nor Protective Asset Protection have taken responsibility for the initial equipment failure nor reimbursement through the extended service contract even with extenuating circumstances for late notification. I can provide copies of additional relevant material.

2015 MAZDA 3 WITH 75000 MILES. TRANSMISSION IN VEHICLE FAILED SPECIFICALLY THE MAIN BEARING. TRANSMISSION IS NEEDING TO BE REBUILT. REPAIR SHOP ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE CLUTCHES WERE BURNED OUT. SYMPTOMS: DELAYED ENGAGEMENT WHEN VEHICLE IS COLD. FLAIR SHIFTING FROM 3-4.

TRANSMISSION REPLACED AT 100000 BECAUSE OF BEARING IN THE TRANSMISSION. NOW TRANSMISSION MAKING THE SAME NOISE OF 111,000 MILES AFTER BEING REPLACED. MAZDA WAS PURCHASED AT PAUL MILLER MAZDA LEXINGTON KENTUCKY. TRANSMISSION PROBLEM BECAME NOTICEABLE WHILE IN MOTION IT STARTS WITH A LOW NOISE AND THE AIR IS THE BEARING GETS USED MORE AND MORE FROM DAY TO DAY USES HE GETS LOUDER AND LOUDER SPECIALLY AT LOWER SPEEDS FROM 10 TO 60 MILES AN HOUR IT'S QUITE NOTICEABLE STOPS WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPS. WAS INFORMED BY PAUL MILLER MAZDA THIS WAS THE ONLY SECOND ISSUE THEY'VE HAD WITH TRANSMISSIONS AND IT WAS NOT A ROUTE FIX WITHOUT REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION. I PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY AT PURCHASE OF THE MAZDA AND IT'S A GOOD THING I DID BECAUSE NOW I'M ON MY SECOND TRANSMISSION WITH A 2015 MAZDA WITH 111,000 MILES AND IT'S ALREADY BEEN THROUGH TWO TRANSMISSIONS ONE AT 101,000 AND NOW AGAIN AT 111000 LESS THAN 9000 MILES AFTER THE REPLACEMENT. TRANSMISSION WASN'T A NEW TTHAT WAS PUT IN THE 2015 MAZDA, IT WAS A TRANSMISSION WHICH I WAS TOLD HAD ONLY 8000 MILES BY PAUL MILLER MAZDA AND MILLENNIUM INSURANCE.

The contact's son opened the hood and flames came out from under the hood. The contact son burned his fingers but did not seek medical attention. The fire department extinguished the fire. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted, and a complaint was filed. The failure mileage was 200,000.

THE ENGINE SUDDENLY STALLED WITHOUT ANY WARNING LIGHTS AND THE CAR WENT DEAD RIGHT AFTER I EXITED THE FREEWAY. IT WAS VERY SCARY. I PUSHED THE START ENGINE BUTTON AND THE CAR STARTED AND I CONTINUED MY DRIVE. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER THE NEXT MORNING. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL FROM THE DEALER.

HEADLIGHTS ARE AIMED VERY LOW AND PROVIDE ZERO LIGHT ABOVE A LOW VERTICAL CUT OFF POINT. TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY AIMED THE LIGHTS HIGHER, BUT I DO NOT NOTICE A DIFFERENCE. LOOKED AT CHANGING THE AIM MYSELF, BUT THERE IS NO OBVIOUS ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM. The multifunction / infotainment display in my Mazda went haywire last weekend--it loops through bootup sequence over and over but never loads. Backup camera still works, sort of, but the image jumps and it goes blank sometimes. I can't unplug the display or pull the fuse, or would lose backup camera altogether. So I have no Nav system, can't change radio station, etc.--and am stuck with the 7" screen flashing in my face as I drive. Local Mazda dealer advises that this is caused by cell phone transition to 5G. They took my contact info but did not offer any solution. There have been a couple of local news stories this week about other Mazda owners experiencing this issue. Interestingly, those all seem to report that owners' radios are stuck on a local NPR station. TAKATA RECALL THE INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM IS GOING HAYWIRE, MAKING GHOSTS SELECTIONS SUCH AS CALLING PPL, SELF SELECTING SETTINGS AND ALL OTHER BUTTONS AT RANDOM TIMES DURING DRIVING WHICH HAS BECOME EXTREMELY DISTRACTING AND DANGEROUS TO DRIVE THE CAR WITH THIS ISSUE. THIS IS APPARENTLY A KNOWN ISSUE TO MAZDA BUT THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. ALL THEY WILL OFFER IS SWAPPING IT FOR ANOTHER INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM THAT WILL EVENTUALLY DO THE SAME THING AGAIN AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. THIS TAKES PLACE WHILE THE CAR IS TRAVELING AT 5MPH OR LESS SO IT MOST FREQUENTLY HAPPENS WHEN I AM SLOWING TO TAKE TURNS OR TRAVELING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND WHILE AT A STOP AT RANDOM TIMES. My 2015 mazda3 was in a collision on 09/08/2021 and my vehicle was totaled. None of my airbags deployed . Fortunately i only sustained neck and back injuries. I believe that i would have avoided these injuries if my airbags deployed properly. Has anyone else reported a problem with airbags on the 2015 mazda3? If there is a problem with the airbag then other owners need to be notified of this safety issue.

The contact received a notification of 23V487000 (Back Over Prevention) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

Vehicle touch screen has aggressive and persistent “ghost touch” during vehicle operation (while in drive), which should not be possible while in drive at all. This causes any setting or feature accessible through the vehicle “infotainment” system to be activated at random leading to distracting, undesired operation. There is no setting within the “infotainment” system that allows you to disable the touch screen, leading to dangerously distracting situations. There is a voluntary extended warranty period provided by Mazda, but I was not notified required by law, nor was the warranty service offered to me when bringing my car to dealership(s) during the warranty period. Mazda is not willing to pay to fix the acknowledged safety defect.

In February, 2022, my 2015 Mazda 3 experienced a major failure, while I was driving on a local road, going 35 miles per hour. All of a sudden, the engine lost power, three warning lights came on, and the car was struggling to go 20 miles per hour. Being near a friend's house, I drove there. From there, her husband followed me home. The next day, my car was towed to the Mazda dealership. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as “found TBS NUMBER: 01-014/16 and inspected coils found they were bad according to lot numbers”. He replaced all four engine coils and all four spark plugs. The service manager told me that the parts were not under warranty. My research revealed that engine coils are supposed to last the lifetime of the car, which is 150,000 to 200,000 miles for a Mazda 3. My car only had 43,048 miles. The spark plugs should have lasted about five more years. I looked into the Bulletin issued by Mazda USA. Mazda USA was first aware of a problem January, 2016. On 17 March 2016, I bought the car. Mazda USA updated the Bulletin to include my car on 29 July 2016. The car was under full warranty at this time and could have been fixed, if I had been notified of the defects. The faulty coils can cause a catastrophic failure, resulting in serious accidents and injuries. My car was a “ticking bomb”, waiting to go off. I was on a local road, with light traffic, not a secondary road or highway, with heavy traffic. Rather than notify customers of the danger of the engine malfunctioning, Mazda USA chose to remain silent. The Bulletin directs that nothing be done until a customer complains. The customer does not know to complain until the car malfunctions! The customer must complain within the normal warranty period. Mazda is hoping that the bad coils fail after the warranty period.

MY CARS INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM, WHICH INCLUDES THE REARVIEW CAMERA, STARTED MALFUNCTIONING IN EARLY 2019. THE INFOTAINMENT SCREEN (FOR THE CLOCK, RADIO, GPS AND REARVIEW CAMERA) WAS IN A REBOOT LOOP (CONSTANTLY REBOOTING OVER AND OVER). WHEN THE CAR IS PUT IN REVERSE, THE REARVIEW CAMERA WORKS SPORADICALLY, INCLUDING SHUTTING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF REVERSING THE CAR. I TOOK THE CARE TO THE ORIGINAL DEALER AND (PER THE SERVICE INVOICE ATTACHED), THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS "CMU FAILURE" WHICH WOULD COST ME $1000 (ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS) TO FIX. I REFUSED, AS I DID NOT THINK IT WAS APPROPRIATE FOR THE CMU TO FAIL ROUGHLY FOUR (4) YEARS AFTER PURCHASE. I GOOGLED THE PROBLEM AND IT'S EVIDENT THAT MANY OTHER MAZDA OWNERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM.

THE CAR'S ECU/PCM DID NOT SET ANY CODES AND THE PROBLEM HAS NOT OCCURRED AGAIN SINCE THAT HOT DAY. THIS IS A DANGER BECAUSE THE SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER COULD RESULT IN A REAR END COLLISION LUCKILY I WAS IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC. DEALER AND MAZDA HAVE BEEN SLOW TO INVESTIGATE THIS THOROUGHLY. FEELS LIKE THEY JUST WANT TO SEND ME ON MY WAY WITHOUT DOING A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THIS ISSUE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO PLACED AIR IN ALL FOUR TIRES AND RESET THE CODE. WITHIN LESS THAN A WEEK, THE TPMS WARNING LAMP CAME BACK ON AND REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

I WAS IN A REAR END COLLISION WITH THE MAZDA, AND WAS HIT AT 50MPH SPEED BY A DRUNK DRIVER WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT. THE DRIVER HAD FALLEN ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL, SO DID NOT BRAKE PRIOR TO THE COLLISION. DURING THE COLLISION, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, NOR DID THE SEAT BELT CATCH ME, AND I HIT THE STEERING WHEEL WITH FULL STRENGTH, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE WHERE I HAD HIT WITH EYE DAMAGE, AND SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE ALL OVER THE FACE WITH NERVE NUMBNESS ON THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE. OF CONCERN IS WHY NONE OF THE SAFETY FEATURES OF A 2 MONTH OLD VEHICLE DID NOT DEPLOY DURING A HIGH IMPACT CRASH. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 MAZDA 3. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CROSS A RAILROAD TRACK, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE AND CAUSED THE DRIVER SEAT TO MOVE FORWARD. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK AND BACK, BUT DID NO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
