What's wrong. Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. (PGA) is recalling certain 2026 Vespa GTV 310, Vespa Primavera 150, and Vespa Primavera 50 motorcycles in the color Officina 8. The convex mirror warning "objects in mirror are closer than they appear," is missing.

Risk. Without the convex mirror warning, riders may misjudge the distance of other vehicles, resulting in unsafe lane changes or maneuvers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Fix. PGA will install new mirrors with the warning message, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 18, 2026. Owners may contact PGA's customer service at 212-380-4400, or [email protected]. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 18, 2026.
