Any water will disable the abs, traction control. Water shorts out the abs module making abs system inop. I have replaced 2 abs modules. They work great until you drive in the rain. This is a huge safety concern

Driving when the power steering quit working. Extremely hard to steer , luckily I was in a low traffic area. Could have been catastrophic. A warning lamp that looked like a steering wheel and exclamation point appeared after the fact. Very dangerous and a hazard
