The radio is malfunctioning. It is switching off, toggling between screens, switching stations, turning off car play when in use and closing out assitive driving apps and there is no one touching the screen

I have a photo of my car when I bought it people commented that the tires looked low however no sensors were on within 3 days of me buying the car and with less than 200 miles my tire started leaking air and became flat I believe the pressure in the tires was low and no sensors…
