Fuel overflows when the tank is filled. The auto-shutoff doesn't work. It happens every time I fill the tank, no matter what gas station. This is a safety and environmental hazard

I get the death shake. The first time was in 2015 and I had it fixed. I have it again, started in july 2017. It is so dangerous. I literally have to stop my jeep to make it stop. It is usually when I am driving between 50 - 55 mph. It is awful
