Driving at 45mph, the emergency collision detection warning sounded and the brakes were applied. No cars or pedestrians were located in front of the vehicle. This occurred going thru an intersection at 1:30am and luckily there was no traffic present

When turning sharp the rear end makes a grinding sound and will jerk. I believe this is the differential grinding. Was told it just needed serviced at 17,000. I did this and problem was not fixed

The push button on the gear select lever fell off after shifting to drive. The I had to search the floor where the button fell and place it back into the select lever in order to shift to park. Now the button easily falls off. It looks like the plastic inside the push knob broke

Ist oil/filter change by dealer at 4k miles all appeared to be normal. 2nd oil/filter change by dealer at 8k miles oil level was excessively high over dipstick max fill mark by 1/2 inch and oil dipstick had intense gasoline smell and oil viscosity was extremely low. Dealer says…
