The contact owns a 2013 toyota rav-4. The contact stated the while the vehicle was parked, the contact stated they noticed smoke coming from underneath the hood from the engine. The contact got out the vehicle and called 911. The vehicle engulfed in flames and no one was injured…

Toyota USA failed to start recall campaign and fix Manufacturer Recall Number23TB13 & NHTSA Recall Number23V734 It was promised to start fixing recall in the middle of 2024, it is 3rd quarter of 2024 and not remedy available, Toyota USA fails to provide timeframes

It is taking too much time for Toyota to offer a remedy on this recall. I am disappointed. This is affecting me because I have not been able to work with my car for to this unresolved recall. I don't know what to do please help

At any speed in any weather it is impossible to see the navigation system in this vehicle...this needs addressed by the manufacturer as is a paid for upgrade and due to people working to see the system accidents are going to happen
