The main fuel line feeding the fuel pump ruptured without warning, causing gas to spray across the engine compartment. The hot engine caused the gas to start cooking off, resulting in a fire in the engine compartment. The fuel line rupture has been confirmed by my Ford dealership

Door check spot welds broke. Door has unsafe operation. Will not hold open, and swings wildly. No inspection yet. Ford Dealer aware of problem. 2 month out of warranty
