The contact owns a 1999 chevrolet tahoe. While driving 5 mph, the brake pedal stiffened when applied. The brakes also made a squeaking noise. The brakes were replaced, but the failure still occurred. The current mileage was 81,000 and failure mileage was 75,000
Power Train Jul 1998
Vehicle clunks in the rear when starting from stop. Dealer lubed the slip yoke and replaced the drive shaft, which did not solved the clunking noise. Dealer believes manufacturer is aware of problem but has not released a remedy
