Have had to replace windshield full replacements 3 times in 2 1/2 years. Usually a small rock kicked up from highway starts the chip and it spreads very quickly. I have had chip filled but it still cracks across the windshield so the whole windshield has to be replaced again

Windshield cracked and is now half across from passenger side. No known rock hit same. Googled and noticed dozens of windshields cracked from structural defects. Subaru claims this is why eyesight cuts off " eyesight cannot see it don't work." so I guess it doesn't work at night?
