My 2019 toyota rav4 hybrid xle (purchased in ca) will not allow a full fuel tank fillup. Once the 'empty' warning comes on, the 14.5 gallon tank will only accept about 9 to 10 gallons before shutting off. Even if you slowly 'trickle' the gas in, it shuts off before 11 gallons…
