I was stopped at a red light. When the light turned green the engine turned off and I had to manually turned the car on to proceed. Same thing happened when I was waiting to open my garage. The car turned itself off, I had to turn it back on manually

At around 60 to 70 mph, the vehicle has a slight vibration which shakes the car and the steering wheel. Along with vibration there is a slight fluttering noise at the same time. The car has been at the dealership for repairs three different times but the dealership claims this…
